The front desk staff was very friendly. There is a big parking place for free on just 4 minutes walking distance. The hotel room is very suitable to accomodate a 4 persons family. Shower is good and clean.

Excellent hotel, polite & cooperating staff always eager to help. Restaurant was very good, food quality is excellent and buffet had many options to choose from, during breakfast as well as lunch/dinner times. Overall very well managed facility. Without a doubt highly recommend it.

We stayed there once in 2015. Recommend if you want to stay in a quite area. Few restaurants around. Better to rent a car (if you don't have one). Not far away from the high way but no real shopping centres within a walking distance.

Friendly welcome, good hotel bar with plenty of seats and a good selection of beer. Food also served in the bar. Bedroom was a good size and fairly modern. Static electric shocks from the carpet in all the hallways, which is bad because there are a lot of doors.

Good food / buffet. Easy to get to with public transportation. Rooms were quiet and in very good shape. I was here for a conference. As many people get up at the same time, the seating at Breakfast can be a little tight. It is worth it to get breakfast a little early. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We knew about the location. Don't get me wrong. Great neighborhood and good connection. Just a bit far. No restaurant in the hotel and breakfast was more expensive than I had hoped. ALL in all we had a great stay.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff , conveniently located nearby Münich. At the reception Sandra -who has a very sharp memory- helped us very good several times and her younger colleague from nightshift who solved a heated parking discussion with other customers brilliantly. The service when you do not need housekeeping and getting drinkvouchers is also a clever move for saving the environment...

Very friendly staff. Rooms were exceptionally large and well equipped. Breakfast was also very pleasant. The fitness room is rather small with one elliptical, one treadmill and a branch with some smaller weights. Parking was also expensive with 16€ per night in their parking lot. Outside parking has too little space for your car.

Very good location. I would rather say the best one in terms of location in Unterhaching. Very clean and good breakfast. Small parking place and small lobby bar and difficult to change because of the architecture design. Good mindest of environment protection with the green room service voucher. The Automat close to the reception is creative and welcome.

It is a very nice and newly renovated small hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (towels, cofee machine, tv, wifi). The bed is really convenient and large. The wifi quality is perfect, even for streaming services. The breakfast was ok, well enough, maybe not the widest selection of fruits. I would go again. Parking - there are 2 parking place: outside and in the garage. In the garage you could use your room card to open the gate. Just be careful since the entrance is quite narrow so make sure that you check both sides of your car after you open the gate. Definitely I would pick this hotel again. Pros: nice service, nice rooms (a little small bathrooms), great location, free on-site underground parking, price, s-bahn really close, elevator from underground parking to your level Cons: thin walls, reception not 24/7 (although your key can be in a coded locker if you arrive after reception is closed - just ask for it)

Under average rooms, not working things, useless curtains, average breakfast. Very good cleaness and service though. Overall not worth the cost, better rooms nearby for the same price.

Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped. The breakfast was simple and tasty, nicely served. The personell was friendly. We were satisfied with our intermediate stop on our trip to the South.

Good-sized room, amenities all included. The staff was very helpful in accommodating my late check-in. The breakfast was full and varied. The walk from the S-Bahn wasn't my favorite, but also not super far. The traffic from the road was a bit noisy despite being in a quite area.

Stayed one night in the hotel at the Hachinger Bach. Everything worked out great. Breakfast was ordered a day in advance and could then be eaten either in the room or in the breakfast room, at a distance. I slept wonderfully 👍

From booking to on-site service, everything worked out wonderfully. The reception is not always manned. Due to a traffic jam, we arrived 1 hour later than advertised. We (family) stayed in an apartment in the Hotel Am Hachinger Bach for 3 months. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is on a rural corner (Neubiberg) right on the brook and yet very close to Munich. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. All wishes are fulfilled. Attention is paid to cleanliness. The rooms are nicely furnished. We are happy to recommend the hotel to others.

Rooms are furnished typically bavarian - old school hunting style. They were spacious and quite. Breakfast was very poor, therefore 3 stars.

A pleasant surprise! Found by accident but will remain on my list for the next trip of work. Private parking, nice and pleasant, highway 2 km, P+R U5 a 10-minute drive, and Train station Urban a few bus stops away (bus 100m) Deserves!

The hotel is Unterhaching outside Munich city. The nearest train station is 10 minutes by walk. There is free parking lot. Room is large, clean and comfortable with small kitchen. However, kitchen ware is not in the room. It's at reception with fee. Breakfast is served on the gtound floor. It's very good. Reasonable price.

Nice apartments with a lot of shops and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is however not free and is pretty pricy. Also in the summer, there are a lot of little insects due the location.

We stayed in a family room, with space for 4 adults, and a kitchen. The place had a lot of space, the beds were confortable and the bedding super clean. It was super easy and fast to check-in and out.

Everything was good, the breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was too flat for my taste. Nothing fancy, but it was a work trip, and for that I was satisfied.

The basic criteria are almost perfect. The hotel is very clean, my room spacious and comfortable, the bathroom with bathtub and window very bright, modern and well maintained. Amazing experience at the Aigner Hotel, very clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and gentle staff. I've been there for the Oktoberfest with 3 friends, position of the hotel is a bit outside from the city center but there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and after the underground connection that's very quick... in half hour you can reach the Oktoberfest. Absolutely approved!
