Parking - there are 2 parking place: outside and in the garage. In the garage you could use your room card to open the gate. Just be careful since the entrance is quite narrow so make sure that you check both sides of your car after you open the gate. Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped. The breakfast was simple and tasty, nicely served. The personell was friendly. We were satisfied with our intermediate stop on our trip to the South.

We (family) stayed in an apartment in the Hotel Am Hachinger Bach for 3 months. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is on a rural corner (Neubiberg) right on the brook and yet very close to Munich. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. All wishes are fulfilled. Attention is paid to cleanliness. The rooms are nicely furnished. We are happy to recommend the hotel to others.

The rooms were really good! They were large and clean. The staff was awesome and helpful. The breakfast was good, too, and fresh. At first the breakfast seemed to have an exorbitant price, but its quality made it reasonable. The room was at a reasonable price.

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

Great location, next to subway. Right below hotel have grocery store. Hotel lobby is at Level 1, which you need to ring the bell at the entrance for them to open the gate. The room is quiet, not far from U2 and Sbahn station Passing, about ten minutes walk, convenient transportation to the city center. The room is relatively quiet, with basic facilities, and there is a 24-hour small water bar downstairs, which is ok.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The room has a lovely balcony. The room is very clean. They also helped us store our luggage. The service staff is very kind.

Apart from the expensive 6.5 euro bottled still water, everything was fine. Studios are superb. Would be great if parking was free for hotel guests.

A positively surprising experience! Despite a very moderate price for a hotel in Munich, it offers quite a good accomodation for the traveller, who is willing to go further away from the city centre. A very convenient self-check-in via an automated key box. The only minus is a bit weary signs here and there - nothing seems to be new.

This is a very pleasant little hotel. It’s very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite long and narrow and as such all the beds were single, however comfortable and warm enough. The breakfast was tasty although options were limited compared to bigger hotels.

This is same as other ibis budget hotels.It was compact and clean. It's on busy road. If you open the window, you will hear lot of noise. Other than that it doesn't have any issues. Its easy to tackle with Receptionists for the people like me who doesn't know German as they speak good English. They provide breakfast too by paying some extra payment. This Moxy is on the outskirts, and isn't very convenient to anything in the city center. Once inside, I found that the hotel was nothing more than barely adequate. Twin bed rooms are constructed in a way that the beds cannot be pushed together, meaning if you are tall or broad the dimensions of the bed are very tight. The beds are very firm. As with all Moxy's, you don't stay for the rooms. They are small, but clean, light and new. Normally the lobby is where you spend the majority of your time. 5 stars. Came from Washington, DC and the staff was extra courteous, friendly, kind. They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful pleasant stay. You walk in and are greeted by a smiling face, its not very BIG or over the top like some of your more commonly known hotel chains but this one has a nice little quaint feel about it. Its not an eerie feeling but more of a calming relaxing feeling...

Excellent simple room with a balcony and kitchenette, very close to metro (U-Bahn) and walking distance to S-Bahn. The nice Ostpark is nearby for a walk by the lake. Shops and supermarkets in the quiet and safe neighbourhood. I like that they clean only every other day. I’ve stayed multiple times already. My only not so positive comment is that the wifi quality could be improved.

Stayed here during Scotland's time in Munich at Euro 2024. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Location is good with the underground nearby and also shops and cafes adjacent. I would certainly return if back in Munich.

The location is pretty good. I booked a newly renovated room and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances. But the toilet seat in the bathroom is a little smaller for some reason? The room was heated but was covered by curtains so it was a bit cold.

From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel. Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. We spent 6 days at this Hotel. It's located 20-minute walk from the downtown area. The breakfast is good and bedroom is quite wide and comfortable. No complains.

Excellent hotel with well decorated rooms and a fantastic location. The building is directly opposite Munich East train station and has great links for the city and airport. The hotel offers breakfast but I did not partake. There is also a help-yourself bar with free soft drinks which was a nice touch. The room is very clean and well air-conditioned. The surrounding area is the conference center, which is very convenient for travel. There are also various supermarkets for buying local specialties. Hotel was great. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is a bit too small and too crowded in the morning. Weird thing is they did not give us water daily and the only time we had cleaning they took away our card from the electric. Otherwise all good.
