Where to stay in Weil am Rhein

Near the border of Switzerland. Very nice hotel to make a Pitt stop. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant serves Mexican food besides the well known Wiener Schnitzel.

Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Ideal if you're looking for a comfy bed and filling breakfast (with many choices) when on the road. Close to the highway, big parking lot and all in all, great value for money. The takeaway coffee in the lounge is a nice touch

Relatively old hotel in the 3 country city, Weil am Rhein. Friendly staff and nice rooms, only downside is that the airco isn't working well (it starts only after 20 minutes with the cold airflow and is not able to cool the room at maximum capacity). Nice staff but Illmaintained rooms. No fridge, no USB ports, missing bed lamp, broken radio. However, good for the price, but I wouldn't pay more. Clean. Dog-tollerant.

Great location near the highway and just at the border with Switzerland but still on the German side. Prices are much better than in Switzerland and they have 24/7 desk do no issue when we drive through to go to italy also if we arrive at night. Room is clean and the bed comfortable. Working in Basel so booked into a superior room on 9th floor. Very spacious with a table of 4 chairs so easy to work and have dinner. Fan included so no air conditioning unit but comfortable. Nice large windows so lots of breeze. Shower is high pressure so amazing to use and overall very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and lots of options to choose from. Will defo book again! Uber is difficult...

We have stayed here a few times and only just realised that I have never left a review. Always a friendly and efficient check-in/out. This stay we were arriving after reception closed, however they very generously offered to come and open up for us when we arrived, all it took was a phone call once we were a few minutes away. Perfect for a quick stop. Free Parking, WiFi (although bit slow). And breakfast for Just 5euro (buffet). Room had TV, fan, hairdryer and a small table where you can sit and work. You can't move the two single beds to make a double bed so make sure you specifically say what bed you want when you book. :) Even if you book for multiple days, you only get tiny shampoo packet and no toothpaste. Clean, dog friendly, and excellent location by the Rhein. Maintenance is poor. The hotel is on floor 5 and 6 with three lifts. One is permanently out of order, another failed, and was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With so many rooms, one small lift is inadequate.

Wow so surprised by the hotel. It was just for one night during our road trip but I actually want to stay longer 🫣 very spacious large room (3 people), amazing view, great service, clean.

We stayed only one night but it felt as an eternity. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The first room that we were assigned was really nice, big, smelled really good and clean but while I was in the shower the water stopped working because of a malfunction and I couldn’t even wash away the soap. Finding the hotel was a bit of a pain from the mall parking. We happened to bump into 2 other families who were going round in circles in the mall parking trying to find the hotel entrance and it still took us some time to find the hotel reception. Once you find the place, things start looking up - fast check in, decent food at the restaurant and I thought the place was good value for money.

Wow! Great hotel, very nice rooms. Is really suggest the room with the kitchen! Staff is normal, they are happy to help you but they are not really looking happy…. Breakfast is also good, simple but good. Bathroom is great also! Water flow is also good. Parking space enough! Elevators everywhere to bring you to the right level. Parking is also free.

Keep in mind that the hotel is under restoration. There is no noise but when I was there one elevator wasn't working. And there was very crowded group staying in the same hotel. You have to wait minimum 10 min for the elevator or walk by stairs 4 or 5 floors.

Excellent location, personnel, food and drinks. The price is not cheap but the rooms are very generous, clean and people are very friendly. Be aware of the clock of the church tower that bells at each quarter, so please, close the windows

This is a delightful family-owned hotel. The location is tucked back in a sleepy residential area of this small town. It was an easy walk to town center. The facility is charming and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. It is worth paying 10 € extra to get a newly-renovated room. Very clean, friendly staff. A very simple breakfast included, but we were very satisfied with it. Free WiFi. The Chinese restaurant had not opened when we we're there, but we found a lovely cosy restaurant 750m away that served delicious German food, Stettemer Wiikeller. I recommend the cordon bleu with spätzle.

I wanted a hotel that i can arrive late too an check in at any time. They gave me a code to get the key, stright forward.

It should be actually 3+ but let us round it up to 4:-). They have really nice staff and very decent breakfast. The hotel and its surrounding area are clean, people are very friendly. The restaurant was busy in the evening which is usually a good sign and indeed the food was excellent. The scissors between service and price/ quality is not good. Old Hotel, minimal room, old furniture. Top point the garden restaurant ( expensive!!! ) to be in Germany , and positin very close to the borders

The dishes we had were above average, even if a little more expensive than you are used to from anderen Greek restaurants.

Hotel was tidy and "as expected". Nice and helpful staff, and convenient free parking outside. The Greek restaurant was really great, with some of the best Greek food I've ever had and really nice staff as well. Would recommend both, but the restaurant especially.

We just needed a place to rest a night on our way from the Netherlands to Italy. This cosy hotel was a much better choice than staying at a large hotel. The family room is spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable. Amazing view from the roof window and from the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were fresh and abundant.

Great hotel. Small bathroom and the toilet was extremely cramped. The beds are nice. I do recommend bringing your own pillow. Extremely soft! Great service though and lovely people. Would stay again

Lovely hotel very closely situated to the train station and the downtown with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is outstanding, the stuff is helpful and very family friendly. A sauna is available for all guests and is nice to spend some time at. Parking is free at the inner court.

We slept in the old part of the hotel wich have older rooms. Didn't bother us, slept like kings and enjoyed the view. Perfect hotel for a descend price next to 3 borders.

Quiet place and nice rooms for the price. Big shower. Badroom was very clean, but there was some hair in my bed. Unfortunately no air-conditioning and it was warm during the night but nothing bad. I would recommend to take the rooms that are not on the last floor if the day was very hot.
