This being our fourth time at this resort, we have nothing but the best experience one can wish for. Pure relaxation and amazing ambience, combined with friendly staff and high quality services give an unmatched holiday feeling.
They are extremely family friendly with activities for children to indulge in. There is a kids area with lots of kids stuff for different age groups and some lovely rabbits...
We really enjoyed to stay in the hotel; we live nearby in Berlin, but it was two days of relaxing. The breakfast was great, everything seemed to be very natural fresh from the fruit.
Enjoyed 4 days at the Precise Resort Schwielowsee. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Friendly and professional staff, mostly from Eastern Europe and fluent in multiple languages, including English and German.
We booked two of the slightly more expensive "Executive Zimmer mit Balkon". These are large, comfortable, and nicely furnished rooms that have a lake facing balcony. Only one of our rooms had a shower...
The hotel location and vibe are great! Really cute room interior. Breakfast was always same but really descent! Liked the saunas and warm water in the pool.
Some feedback for improvements: facilities (especially showers) really need some renovation, the curtains in the room had few stains, also would be great to place "no photo" sign in the pool as there were some weird parents taking "great" pics...
Great location and facilities. The Finnish sauna is very good. You have also great sunsets views at the lake. They have a "Havanna Bar" and I really liked how it's decorated. The bungalows are also amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there and would totally recommend it.

What an awesome place to stay! The accommodation is very good, the staff are very friendly and and the dining experience was second to none! We are only here for a night en route to Poland and this has proved to be the perfect place to wind down after a 600 mile trip this morning.
I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough and wholeheartedly recommend this place!
Wow I was very excited to have such an amazing quality of food and so beautiful setup of it in a restaurant more or less in the middle of nowhere in Brandenburg. It's a very inviting restaurant with lots of outdoor and indoor seating. There is a big food menu and a separate dessert menu which is an absolute must to check out. I had the cheese cake which was superb.
Given the food prices were OK but...
We checken in late and stayed in rooms across from the restaurant, very friendly staff great breakfast, had drinks in beer garden .rooms were probably the best we've stayed in .
A bit expensive for being a 3star but maybe it was only bad timing, almost everything was full in the area.

Very nice, clean, newly furnished room and bathroom with a very well-equipped communal kitchen. The host family is very friendly and accommodating.
Parking space for cars and bicycles is provided free of charge.

We spent a few days in the beautiful and modern pension. We really enjoyed Glindow. From here you can go on many bike tours and explore the area. The only disadvantage of the guest house is that it is right on a busy road. But with the windows closed you can't hear the street noise.

Landlords are super nice, and the location of the pension is ideal, as you can be in Potsdam within 15 minutes and Berlin is not far either.

The staff was very kind and friendly (including the dog)! Breakfast was very nice. The room was also quiet, clean and cozy.
Very nice little hotel located on the island part of town. Fresh and quite solid breakfast, friendly service, nice welcome, contemporary room with solid furnishings. It was just a shame that you couldn't drink anything or eat a bite to eat in the evening. Can definitely be recommended!

Spent a nice weekend at the hotel, location far enough from the city to relax. The swimming pool and training centre were inviting. The room was large & clean, but the TV was old fashioned and too small. Breakfast was good, but the menu for dinner was a bit meager.
I don't know much about the hotel as I was there only for the seminar and not stayed overnight. But I like the food servive there.
Amazing hotel near the river, dream place. Very much recommend for a relaxing stay. Walking cam bring back energy.
The Hotel itself is in order. The rooms are clean, Wi-Fi reception was in my room well, the Breakfast is rich.
Me during my stay to be very annoyed that you have to pay for a dog 20€, which is out of all proportion - especially since I don't have been told at Check-in.

Parked the car close to hotel outside the stadium. The hotel has ample parking on 2 levels in their underground garage. Make a note which level you parked on! Plenty of helpful staff and decent rooms. I was here for a seminar, they have a large choice of seminar rooms and room to mingle on breaks. 2G covid checks at the main entrance.
The room is decent with basic amenities. No slippers available in the room, however the reception provided a pair straight away. The same happened with towels and water. My room was not cleaned the second day, neither water or towels were provided. I asked the reception and they were very polite to assist, that was late at night. I would prefer not to have to look after my room myself but to be treated...
Perfect for small us, with small baby. Stayed for one night only. For us it could be closer to the highway but the location is fine really. Lots of covid rules but didn't really matter.
Next time we should stay longer.
Good secluded place for company meetings. Staff are helpful and accommodative. But as i said its location is secluded, so if you want to buy some snacks or drinks, there's no stores nearby
Room was clean but the noise was annoying. No idea what is was though, air con, the fridge, something in the bathroom...just a constant sound from somewhere. The balcony is actually a joke as well. Must be careful not to drop anything cause it would fall straight through and no space for two chairs next to each other. Dinner was good with a lovely service and breakfast was good too.
Pros: Great location, beautiful grounds. There's a great bike path right in front along the lake, which can take you into Potsdam or South along the water, over bridges, through towns & fields. We rode down to Ferch. Comfortable bed. Good shower size and water pressure.
Cons: Unfriendly and subpar customer service. Upon arrival, we were sent to the wrong room 2 times with keycards that didn't work...

Overall a good choice if just stay overnight and go on a tour after breakfast.
Nice hotel, close to the Park San Souci (Potsdam). 5 minutes to the railway station, then through the main station in Potsdam offers a wide opportunity for travel. There is a restaurant and Parking (free).

Stayed for six nights. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted good.
Only complaint was the carpets were old and damaged, which seems to be normal for European hotels.

I got a good sized standard room with double bed, shower, airconditioning, fridge and WIFI.
All, except airconditioning, worked perfectly. Airconditioning is not cooling, but just blowing air. I had to sleep with open windows and I could see the other rooms had to do the same. There is a road just outside, so that gives some noise from cars in the night, but I slept fine. Nice...

The place is relatively clean, and is located close to the train. The room is quite small, and we got 2 beds next to each other instead of a double bed and during sleep the beds kept separating which was not comfortable, and there was no refrigerator in the room.
We didn't order breakfast.
Place is good for vacation stay with family. But otherwise it's bit outskirt and if you love to see the people and shops around then not a good choice.
Simple accommodation with good breakfast. Very close to the Potsdam train station and to Park Sansoucci. Has a bus stop in front of the hotel.
Nice Hotel with comfortable large rooms. Breakfast buffet could be a little more versatile, but what's there is good. One exception, extremely nice and courteous employees

We stayed as a last minute Plan B due to Berlin coronavirus numbers being so high that became a hotspot overnight. This hotel is very secluded, on an island in Potsdam. It is not very central which was ok for us since we wanted to restrict and limit contact to many people. Hotel was not fully booked but they had safety measures in place because of coronavirus. We had to reserve the indoor pool/spa...
so great to hang out and recover. friendly, professional & empathic. The dinning part - there is room to a higher level.

Apartment location is good enough. Bus station is right in front of the building. Spacious outfield area is best to get some fresh air and peace. Overall a good recommendation for spending vacation with friends or family.
Rooms are very spacious and bathroom is spotless clean. But in summer the rooms located on the 3rd floor are just under the roof and get very hot. There's no air conditioning. The road passing in front of the hotel is busy so keeping the windows opened is also a bad idea.

The rooms are in need of renovation. In our room several großfächige stains were on the carpet pieces. The back part with white floating (?) the bed hanging fridge door, abgestoßener table was stained, the balcony railing was dirty, the walls stains had, the shower curtain was down dark (this would have to be placed in front of the Washing time in Klorix can do wonders for you, toilet lid hinges yellow...

This is a great hotel, centrally situated. Good for buses and trams, opens on the lovely Square. Not too noisy in or out of the hotel. Breakfast there is plenty of choice. We had dinner one night which was very good.

Very clean and surprisingly quiet despite having a room to the front street. Friendly service, even though a bit pricey and outdated decor. Super comfortable beds and big sauna. Reservations are required for the sauna but could potentially be quite busy when many guests ask to use it. Luckily we had it for ourselves.
The rooms are nice and clean. The location is wonderful, very near the city center. The included breakfast was really tasty, and there was a variety of options.

I booked a room at your hotel early this Christmas morning, but due to a system error, there was a double booking, which could have resulted in me being charged double. I called your hotel & in just a couple of mins the problem was completely solved...
The location is just perfect. Breakfast also very good. The downfall for me was the smell of the room, the fact that the TV had no internet connection (smart tv) and no charger in one of the bed sides.

Small boutique hotel, well-maintained, short walk to the city centre. The rooms with windows towards the street seem to lack a soundproofing a little bit. The others with garden views are good.

Wonderful hotel with terrible wifi! Hotels that charge as much as they do should have high speed internet ! All that is needed are wifi repeaters. Not sure why this hotel doesn't offer those to insure the best internet! Breakfast was good but not worth the price! I can not recommend this hotel in this day and age! Wifi service kept buffering making it impossible to do work or stay in touch with...

Great hotel, can only recommend. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment which looked newly renovated and was a great value considering the space and location. Staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend for anyone visiting Potsdam
We had the suite: the room was spacious, bright, elegantly decorated and with large windows facing the Brandenburger Tor.
Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a cozy area, I would still book it despite at walking distance from the hotel are several eating options.

Ideal building to be a hotel, it was an orphanage (clue is in the name). Centrally located with a small car park, need to make sure that you book it when booking a room, not a lot of easy street parking. Clean comfy rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. It was a return visit, so that says it all.
Schöne große und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage in direkter Nähe zur Brandenburger Strasse. Die ÖPNV Anbindung ist gut. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Als langjähriger Stammgast immer wieder ein "nach Hause kommen"

Cozy apartment in a charming house in a courtyard. Really close to Sans Souci and the historical centre of Potsdam
The Remise Blumberg is really a picturesque spot between Potsdam city centre and SansSouci. There's bus and tram connection just around the corner and as a guest you receive a public transport ticket for free. The owner, Mrs Ketzer is very friendly and often knows what you wish for without you having said a word. A large breakfast is included with sparkling wine, eggs to your taste, some salads, cereals...
Nice owner, clean rooms, great location. The deduction for the refrigerator in the Cabinet next to the bed (noise), and old Cutlery. But it would come back.

Beautiful old building with comfortable rooms, and nice view over potsdam.
The fiendly staff put together a great vegan breakfast upon request, with home-made spreads!
One point I found to criticize is that the details for wifi connection were not readily available in the room.
Very nice and comfortable. Rooms are clean and quite big. Breakfast very familiar in a home kitchen (with a good espresso), just 10 minuts walk to reach the center.
Fantastic place, quiet and friendly with great views of Potsdam over the back, close to the Schloss Sanssouci park and gardens and walking distance to the centre of Potsdam. Breakfast is good and the rooms I've stayed in have been clean, crisp, modern and well appointed. There is not much parking and it's pretty small but otherwise it's a lovely hotel and I'd love to stay there again...!
Free parking, excellent view of Potsdam, a traditional German breakfast, and a friendly staff. Not much more you can ask for. Also, free wifi.
Lovely building, clean rooms and good location. However the entrance closes at 10pm and have to use a side entrance instead. Some people don't realise this and ring everybody's room. My room got called 13 times in one night.
For people on business like myself the Wi-Fi is also extremely slow, my VPN kept kicking me out due to the packet loss.
Staff were welcoming and warm-hearted. Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet was awesome, like that of a four star. The well-maintained villa was tastefully decorated, charming and elegant. Best of all, guests could rest in the garden chairs, enjoying the quiet and idyllic atmosphere.
