I can't believe we stumbled upon this gem on our trip through Germany. Prices-amazing Grounds-stunning Front end staff-the best! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What an awesome place to stay! The accommodation is very good, the staff are very friendly and and the dining experience was second to none! We are only here for a night en route to Poland and this has proved to be the perfect place to wind down after a 600 mile trip this morning. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Wow I was very excited to have such an amazing quality of food and so beautiful setup of it in a restaurant more or less in the middle of nowhere in Brandenburg. It's a very inviting restaurant with lots of outdoor and indoor seating. There is a big food menu and a separate dessert menu which is an absolute must to check out. I had the cheese cake which was superb. Given the food prices were OK but...

We checken in late and stayed in rooms across from the restaurant, very friendly staff great breakfast, had drinks in beer garden .rooms were probably the best we've stayed in .

So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good and the environment is good

The hotel is designed in a colonial style. Its location is surrounded by beautiful nature. The dining room is a bit too small and therefore too noisy and crowded. The food is good, but not great. The fitness room is nice, but the equipment is rather lacking in quality. The sauna is okay, but a bit small, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are quite decent. The shared duvet isn't our thing.

This being our fourth time at this resort, we have nothing but the best experience one can wish for. Pure relaxation and amazing ambience, combined with friendly staff and high quality services give an unmatched holiday feeling. They are extremely family friendly with activities for children to indulge in. There is a kids area with lots of kids stuff for different age groups and some lovely rabbits...

We really enjoyed to stay in the hotel; we live nearby in Berlin, but it was two days of relaxing. The breakfast was great, everything seemed to be very natural fresh from the fruit.

I've read through so many reviews and can't understand how anyone could even begin to rate this hotel with less than 4 stars! The hotel is fantastic! Very nice, clean, newly furnished room and bathroom with a very well-equipped communal kitchen. The host family is very friendly and accommodating. Parking space for cars and bicycles is provided free of charge. We will come back.

We spent a few days in the beautiful and modern pension. We really enjoyed Glindow. From here you can go on many bike tours and explore the area. The only disadvantage of the guest house is that it is right on a busy road. But with the windows closed you can't hear the street noise.

Wonderful modern furnished pension. A wonderful communal kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating ... Landlords are super nice, and the location of the pension is ideal, as you can be in Potsdam within 15 minutes and Berlin is not far either. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back ... Cosy small hotel on the stunning Werder old town island, perfect location for exploring the whole Potsdam and Havel region, cycling, water sports etc.. Very nice staff, good breakfast, bicycle storing possibilities, nearby restaurants... almost perfect = in normal weather conditions a solid 9+.

Was a nice stay! Clean rooms, very good food in the half Board (could be something more, to be tired of), and great staff. The SPA area is small but also very nice, clean and relaxing. We felt completely at ease.

We stayed there for one night, practically passing through, we liked it a lot, there was nothing to complain about at the hotel so far, everything was good, breakfast was also more than good, the location is almost perfect, right on the lake and many things can be reached within a radius of about 30 kilometers, I could imagine booking this hotel again for 4-5 days with bikes.

Great location for a short trip to Potsdam

Very nice hotel with a great location next to a lake. Swimming Pool, sauna and gym are free to use. Breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for parking but parking on the street was free.

Very beautiful and quiet location in the forest right by the lake. Underground parking is expensive at 14 euros per night. What I have never experienced before is that you have to pay 6 euros per day for the hotel's own swimming pool as a hotel guest. Room is small (but clean), closet too small for 2 people. Breakfast offers little choice. It would also be nice to have buffet signs everywhere.

Parked the car close to hotel outside the stadium. The hotel has ample parking on 2 levels in their underground garage. Make a note which level you parked on! Plenty of helpful staff and decent rooms. I was here for a seminar, they have a large choice of seminar rooms and room to mingle on breaks. 2G covid checks at the main entrance.

The room is decent with basic amenities. No slippers available in the room, however the reception provided a pair straight away. The same happened with towels and water. My room was not cleaned the second day, neither water or towels were provided. I asked the reception and they were very polite to assist, that was late at night. I would prefer not to have to look after my room myself but to be treated...

Perfect for small us, with small baby. Stayed for one night only. For us it could be closer to the highway but the location is fine really. Lots of covid rules but didn't really matter. Next time we should stay longer.

Good secluded place for company meetings. Staff are helpful and accommodative. But as i said its location is secluded, so if you want to buy some snacks or drinks, there's no stores nearby

Room was clean but the noise was annoying. No idea what is was though, air con, the fridge, something in the bathroom...just a constant sound from somewhere. The balcony is actually a joke as well. Must be careful not to drop anything cause it would fall straight through and no space for two chairs next to each other. Dinner was good with a lovely service and breakfast was good too.

The rooms are about the same size, but there are too many beds, which take up a lot of space. There is no kettle in the room. To boil water, you have to go to the front desk to borrow water instead of the kettle, which they don't lend. The breakfast was not as rich as described online.

The location is relatively quiet. Overall, the service is OK. The breakfast is relatively simple. Basically, there is no change in a week. Overall, it is still good. It is next to the Shingu Palace and can be reached on foot.

Stayed for six nights. The staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a very nice variety and tasted good. Only complaint was the carpets were old and damaged, which seems to be normal for European hotels.

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

Room ok, carpet was old and dirty. No one here seems to have heard about corona. Even around the Buffett, most people didn’t wear masks, we were shocked how even the staff didn’t seem to care.

This is a great hotel, centrally situated. Good for buses and trams, opens on the lovely Square. Not too noisy in or out of the hotel. Breakfast there is plenty of choice. We had dinner one night which was very good.

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

The location is just perfect. Breakfast also very good. The downfall for me was the smell of the room, the fact that the TV had no internet connection (smart tv) and no charger in one of the bed sides. In general I would recommend.

We had the suite: the room was spacious, bright, elegantly decorated and with large windows facing the Brandenburger Tor. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a cozy area, I would still book it despite at walking distance from the hotel are several eating options.

The Remise Blumberg is really a picturesque spot between Potsdam city centre and SansSouci. There's bus and tram connection just around the corner and as a guest you receive a public transport ticket for free. The owner, Mrs Ketzer is very friendly and often knows what you wish for without you having said a word. A large breakfast is included with sparkling wine, eggs to your taste, some salads, cereals...

A nice place to stay at Potsdam

Nice owner, clean rooms, great location. The deduction for the refrigerator in the Cabinet next to the bed (noise), and old Cutlery. But it would come back.

Just one criticism, which may only apply to certain rooms. There was very little privacy with regard to the bathroom, just clear glass between you and the rest of the room. This was certainly an issue for my teenage children. The toilet could do with a wooden door, again to provide some level of privacy.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, walking distance to almost everything. Decent room nothing too special but clean and comfortable. The 2 gentlemen at reception were very nice and helpful (don’t remember the names but the one I believe was Coskun?). Should add that there was no mini fridge in my room which was a surprise.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Hotel. The rooms are a bit small and it is a bit far from the main area of town, but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to the water, a boat tour company, and a lovely tapas restaurant with clear vegan options. I highly recommend taking the 90 minute boat tour across from the hotel and/or renting a bicycle from the hotel and riding...

The worst Mercure hotel I've ever stayed in for in-room amenities, not at all 4 star level. We stayed for three nights at 135 euros per night, there were hardly any lockers for storing clothes, and you couldn't walk around the room properly with a 20" suitcase unfolded. The shower head in the hotel is very old and does not have enough water pressure. The hotel is on the river and has a nice view, but...

It is a good hotel located at a good junction where you can easily jump off to any site. The staff speak good English and German, and the rooms are neat. My room was on a 8th floor so I had a good viewing point. Generally ok, but the restaurant was only open in the morning!

Overall decent hotel but the wifi was so slow you couldn't even load in an email, the room was filthy (Literally a layer of dust sat under the bed) the parking is troublesome, and the breakfast was almost empty when we came down ( even though we had over an hour and a half left till the end). We used the "Couples Time" offer from the hotel's website, and while the flowers and the champagne were a great touch, the two single beds pushed together with a large gap between them were not.
