We were greeted to this fantastic property by the most informative, friendly and professional gentleman in the lobby. We were treated to a clean and comfortable room that overlooked a beautiful courtyard that led to a picturesque lake with a private dock and beach. I had one of the best sleeps in my life here...no kidding.

I can't believe we stumbled upon this gem on our trip through Germany. Prices-amazing Grounds-stunning Front end staff-the best! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What an awesome place to stay! The accommodation is very good, the staff are very friendly and and the dining experience was second to none! We are only here for a night en route to Poland and this has proved to be the perfect place to wind down after a 600 mile trip this morning. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

So the price for a one-night apartment with breakfast isn't justified, and then there are parking fees. The breakfast isn't really varied either; there's no fruit salad, no natural yogurt, and the service... tables are cleared slowly.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good and the environment is good

The hotel is designed in a colonial style. Its location is surrounded by beautiful nature. The dining room is a bit too small and therefore too noisy and crowded. The food is good, but not great. The fitness room is nice, but the equipment is rather lacking in quality. The sauna is okay, but a bit small, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are quite decent. The shared duvet isn't our thing.

This being our fourth time at this resort, we have nothing but the best experience one can wish for. Pure relaxation and amazing ambience, combined with friendly staff and high quality services give an unmatched holiday feeling. They are extremely family friendly with activities for children to indulge in. There is a kids area with lots of kids stuff for different age groups and some lovely rabbits...

We really enjoyed to stay in the hotel; we live nearby in Berlin, but it was two days of relaxing. The breakfast was great, everything seemed to be very natural fresh from the fruit.

I've read through so many reviews and can't understand how anyone could even begin to rate this hotel with less than 4 stars! The hotel is fantastic! Both the individual apartments in the outlying buildings (which we were able to easily exchange for a room in the building) and the entire complex, the hotel, simply everything! The highlight Michelin restaurant was a bit disappointing. The wine source was a bit overdose and led the dish a bit too sauer. The plain Bolognese by room service was saltier than average. Was a nice stay! Clean rooms, very good food in the half Board (could be something more, to be tired of), and great staff. The SPA area is small but also very nice, clean and relaxing. We felt completely at ease.

We stayed there for one night, practically passing through, we liked it a lot, there was nothing to complain about at the hotel so far, everything was good, breakfast was also more than good, the location is almost perfect, right on the lake and many things can be reached within a radius of about 30 kilometers, I could imagine booking this hotel again for 4-5 days with bikes.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. Great location for a short trip to Potsdam

Very nice hotel with a great location next to a lake. Swimming Pool, sauna and gym are free to use. Breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for parking but parking on the street was free.

Pleasant location and reasonable value for money. Perfect for a short stay as a business traveler, but also a pleasant location not far from Berlin for a family holiday.

Very beautiful and quiet location in the forest right by the lake. Underground parking is expensive at 14 euros per night. What I have never experienced before is that you have to pay 6 euros per day for the hotel's own swimming pool as a hotel guest. Room is small (but clean), closet too small for 2 people. Breakfast offers little choice. It would also be nice to have buffet signs everywhere.

Parked the car close to hotel outside the stadium. The hotel has ample parking on 2 levels in their underground garage. Make a note which level you parked on! Plenty of helpful staff and decent rooms. I was here for a seminar, they have a large choice of seminar rooms and room to mingle on breaks. 2G covid checks at the main entrance.

The room is decent with basic amenities. No slippers available in the room, however the reception provided a pair straight away. The same happened with towels and water. My room was not cleaned the second day, neither water or towels were provided. I asked the reception and they were very polite to assist, that was late at night. I would prefer not to have to look after my room myself but to be treated...

Perfect for small us, with small baby. Stayed for one night only. For us it could be closer to the highway but the location is fine really. Lots of covid rules but didn't really matter. Next time we should stay longer.

Good secluded place for company meetings. Staff are helpful and accommodative. But as i said its location is secluded, so if you want to buy some snacks or drinks, there's no stores nearby

Room was clean but the noise was annoying. No idea what is was though, air con, the fridge, something in the bathroom...just a constant sound from somewhere. The balcony is actually a joke as well. Must be careful not to drop anything cause it would fall straight through and no space for two chairs next to each other. Dinner was good with a lovely service and breakfast was good too.

The rooms are about the same size, but there are too many beds, which take up a lot of space. There is no kettle in the room. To boil water, you have to go to the front desk to borrow water instead of the kettle, which they don't lend. The breakfast was not as rich as described online.

It is an interesting location when you plan to visit Potsdam. Unfortunately the quick connection ti city center of Potsdam via water taxi is not running anymore. So you need to be prepared to cycle or to take your car to get of this little island. The Interieur and set up of this hotel is a little bit out dated and serves its purpose.

Nice hotel in a quiet area in a park. The only downside: paid parking 10 euros ... it is advisable to park in the adjacent area.

Was more than once in this charming Hotel. Love the room, great Breakfast - everything fresh. Find it to stay nice in such a small "country house". Have a variety of rooms what is seen - real for every taste. Each time the room was super clean and nice, free W-Lan worked flawlessly. I wish to get even a third pillow :) The location is One of A ! Room ok, carpet was old and dirty. No one here seems to have heard about corona. Even around the Buffett, most people didn’t wear masks, we were shocked how even the staff didn’t seem to care.

This is a great hotel, centrally situated. Good for buses and trams, opens on the lovely Square. Not too noisy in or out of the hotel. Breakfast there is plenty of choice. We had dinner one night which was very good.

I booked a room at your hotel early this Christmas morning, but due to a system error, there was a double booking, which could have resulted in me being charged double. I called your hotel & in just a couple of mins the problem was completely solved...

Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever.

The location is just perfect. Breakfast also very good. The downfall for me was the smell of the room, the fact that the TV had no internet connection (smart tv) and no charger in one of the bed sides. In general I would recommend.

We had the suite: the room was spacious, bright, elegantly decorated and with large windows facing the Brandenburger Tor. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a cozy area, I would still book it despite at walking distance from the hotel are several eating options.

The Remise Blumberg is really a picturesque spot between Potsdam city centre and SansSouci. There's bus and tram connection just around the corner and as a guest you receive a public transport ticket for free. The owner, Mrs Ketzer is very friendly and often knows what you wish for without you having said a word. A large breakfast is included with sparkling wine, eggs to your taste, some salads, cereals...

A nice place to stay at Potsdam

Nice owner, clean rooms, great location. The deduction for the refrigerator in the Cabinet next to the bed (noise), and old Cutlery. But it would come back.

It's a good hotel in the heart of old city. Everything was good and well maintained. The room was a bit small but overall comfortable.

We opted for the suite which was an excellent choice. Breakfast is ample and very satisfactory. Overall a recommendable hotel with the usual NH level of service, comfort and cleanliness. Ideal location in the center of Potsdam.

The best place with very friendly staff. Absolutely well maintained rooms. There are even smoking rooms on request. Also worth mentioning is the rich breakfast buffet, where every guest will be happy! We will be happy to come back.

clean. good beds. simple room design. nothing too exciting. great location if you visit potsdam with castle sanssouci and the historic markers. they only have one charging station which charges two e-cars at the same time. and you need to have a RFID card from the front desk. not really a great UX. to free up the station is at the grace of the individual e-car driver. i hope the hotel learns that...

Beautiful rooms with a great view, the bed is extremely comfortable. All in all a place to feel good. Unfortunately, the consistently positive experience was spoiled in the end. Since my friend accidentally booked for 1 person (instead of 2), we received an additional payment shortly before check-out. Of course, that goes without saying, the fault was ours and of course we were happy to pay the missing...

Very beautiful guesthouse beautiful with love furnished rooms. clean and tidy. Everything needed. nice quiet but central all within walking distance .p.s. The staff is awesome and friendly it will lack nothing. So who on old construction villas is the hammer. We drive 100% back. In the Dutch quarter you can spend very nice evenings in the inner court of the gastronomy.
