Our experience was good besides the room itself which had sticky floors and smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise the beds were clean and comfortable. Our balcony was shared directly with the next room (no separation) and there was no window (there is a glass door that opens like a window on top). It was also very loud at times outside with music and people partying, but that's not the hotel's fault.

I am so disappointed at the hotel’s appearance it was not as I expected, the stench of cigarette was all over the place starting from the lobby all the way to our room. We had a very unpleasant time checking the room and we would like to get a refund . It has been a week since we asked this question and we would like to get a refund on our money and please make it fast.

I really liked the hotel, it has AC (a bit weak but does the job) and also a fan. They gave complimentary fruit in the room, tea, sugar, etc. The coffee machine in the lobby is free. It's clean, the bed and the TV are huge, it's also a smart TV. I really can't ask for more. Only annoyance was the door in the hallway which is quite difficult to close.

My recent stay at City Hotel Wiesbaden was a complete disaster. Here's why: Filthy: The place was dirty and neglected, from stained carpets to grimy walls. Staff Inaccessible: Trying to reach any staff members for help was nearly impossible. Couldn't Stay: The moment I entered my room, I had to leave due to the unbearable smell and unkempt conditions. Sleep Impossible: Given the conditions, sleeping there was out of the question. Overall, my non-refundable stay at City Hotel Wiesbaden is not worth your time or money. Avoid it if you value comfort and cleanliness.

I recently stayed at City Hotel Wiesbaden and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked into the hotel room, I was hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, which was incredibly off-putting. It was also clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.

After a sleepless night due to the unpleasant smell and unsanitary conditions, I decided to try and get a refund for the remaining nights of my stay. However, when I approached the front desk staff, I was met with indifference and unhelpfulness. Despite explaining the issues with the room, they refused to provide any assistance or compensation.

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The combination of the terrible smell, dirty accommodations, and lack of customer service made for a truly unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel.

I've read some of the previous reviews and they made me think. This hotel isn't pretending to be the Ritz. It is a classic German 3 star hotel and way up on the scale. The room was clean, beds extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond. As for the location, yes it may seem intimidating, but welcome to a 21st century European city. There is nothing intimidating, just people having a good time. There are a trillion restaurants within walking distance catering for every taste. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

Staff are a delight. They are very nice. They lay out a huge breakfast with many items to choose from. Rooms are modern equipped. They're reasonably quiet. Overall, the atmosphere is very nice. Thankfully, there is an elevator. My only disappointment is that the hotel is far from almost all points of interest. Not what I would call "close to city center" or the main train station. It is best suited for travelers who have a car.

The Hotel was the most expensive three-star Hotel I stayed in ever and the rooms extremely clairaudient. To Sleep, it was 5 o'clock in the morning because of the traffic. Also, the pop of the doors of the neighboring rooms makes you Wake up. Two stars only for the relatively Central location.
