This place is located exactly in front of the train station. The location is perfect for a day of work if u have to catch the train in the morning. I liked the service. But I really didn’t like the floors because they seemed unsanitary and not clean. I could they could be replaced from many years of being used. Other than this, the whole experience was extra nice.

They were very nice and helpful. They changed our room due to a problem with the air conditioner.

Me and my boyfriend left our luggage at the hotel's storage for a few hours after check out. It was clear someone went through our bags. My boyfriend found his wallet in the wrong pocket. My bag was clearly opened. Nothing was stolen only because there was no high value in the bags. Strongly not recommend unfortunately.

After we left the gentleman from the reception called to threat us. He said he would call police on us because of our false aligations.

Great location and very good rooms. The bed was comfortable. Near to restaurants and shops that stay late at night. All the major subway lines are less than 5 minutes away by walking. The welcoming was good. The wifi was good.

We stayed at the Frankfurt between the 6th and 7th Match 2024. We had to get an extra night because of the train and plane strikes. The afternoon staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. That made our stay welcome. Thank you all for your help with this.
Hotel was very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds and ample breakfast. But the staff were worthy of extra praise.

Great location across from the main train station therefore could be noisy from passing trams/trains during the night. Typical self served breakfast. The room was a bit worn out/pealing off paint from the walls and couple of lights in the bathroom were gone. No usb chargers in the room. Not sure how stars are awarded, but I wouldn't call it 4****...

Good hotel opposite the main railway station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Would stay there again.

Hotel was very cute and clean. Slightly too dark in the rooms, pillows were a bit flat. Our room was a bit noisy since it was right opposite the main train/tram Station.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very good, close to local travel routes and the main city is walkable. Lots of good places close by to go to.

The franfurt It’s a 4star hotel, located close to main train station, restaurants and grocery which is good. Just be careful in the evening outside the hotel is always crowded of random drunk people. It’s very noisy(train,cars and people)outside the hotel in the evening you can’t sleep properly.
Hotel room is spacious, floor carpet have stain/dirty and smell bad.
I booked queen size bed, got double bed. 4star hotel but very limited toiletries which is hotel usually provide. Not even complimentary water.

Rooms are good. Service was great. But since it's right across the street from the train station there are drug addicts openly using on the street in front of the hotel.
