Amazing hotel. Beautiful beach. Great service. Food was tasty. A lot of people but that's the way it is - this object is huge. I would love to go back there.

The beach and activities were a lot of fun and had a lot of options to do throughout the day. And compared to the other reviews from earlier years this resort as really improved

Also the only cons is that they close awfully early and the food is great at first but then it gives a stomach ache for a while and sometimes food poisoning

Resort is beautiful, along with the beach. We were actually upgraded complimentary to one of the beach bungalows, which was awesome

The resort was great with good food and good service although I got allergic reaction from vegetarian food in Italian restaurant as I’m allergic to fish

Stayed 5 days 4 nights, the grounds were impeccable, well manicured. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our daughters are 7 & 4 and they had a blast between the water park and all the different pools

Every cocktail she prepares is a small masterpiece – always perfectly tailored to guests’ preferences. Thank you for such amazing service that made our vacation even more special

There are so many activities for kids which is unique. The entertainment team was great for adults as well. We enjoyed the water aerobics and dance classes with Juliana, Maria, Picasso, and Juan

No seaweed, very little waves, no rocks and crystal clear water. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you this is a great hotel and I recommend it to anyone everyone

We stayed at the palace but often found ourselves going to the beach side for the night life. I have been to this hotel multiple times in the past and this is why I decided to have my wedding here

Macarena was an amazing officiant for the ceremony performing it in both English and Spanish which was just what we needed. The hotel was fun and lively for our 87 guests

Alice helped with anything I need as well when it came to rooms and small stuff like getting me power back when I blew the fuse in my room during hair and make up lol

She helped with a welcome dinner, the ceremony on the beach and the actual reception in the Atlantis (which had a breathtaking view of the ocean and sunset)

The palace hotel or the beach hotel will meet all your expectations! The wedding was exactly what I wanted and the resorts themselves will always have something for you to do and enjoy of during the day

And I want to thank you for the very great experience that I have had in the Dominican Republic. It is a chance that I can come back and visit again

Bad - Wifi is trash (unreliable connection to router, poor download speed). Good - Not busy in early-mid December. Big pool (no diving, but very clean and well maintained). Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room

We were a group of nine, with five kids. Everybody could find food to their liking every meal. Great variety

This was our second stay at the Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus, and it was just as magical as the first! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home

The beach is pristine, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water, perfect for relaxing or snorkeling. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view of the gardens

The food was outstanding! The variety at the buffet is incredible, catering to every taste, and the à la carte restaurants were top-notch. We especially loved the fresh seafood and authentic Dominican dishes

Service was exceptional! The service between Milky Way, Sexy Black, Tormenta, and Way was awesome as they exceeded the entertainment every single day and night! I had so much fun with them and my family as they incorporated everyone! They treated my parents and cousins very nice

After polite protest, they managed to find us the original room category in short time. I advised the hotel prior to our trip that we were travelling with a CPAP machine and needed distilled water

We had a wow experience! We were lucky to get Francisco as our Butler who made our stay more special! The staff is amazing and they made everything more enjoyable with their personal touch! We would go back only for them

Upon CK in, they knew nothing about it and were not acquainted with the machine. But after a few days, there were able to hunt down this water. I say this only out of concern for fellow travelers carrying this device

We didn't find a great deal of value in it accept for access to the preferred beach bar that served meals. The spa was absolutely worth every dime we spent! Best massage I ever had and the environment was very calming

Our Butlers Eric and Carlos also made us feel like family and took care of all of our needs, any requests at all, they took care of it

Lovely anniversary meal tonight. We decided to use the main buffet restaurant as the choice is always so great. Served by Elizabeth tonight, quick, attentive and polite. Made us welcome and looked after our every needs

The pools are varying levels of cleanliness, the ground floor partial ocean view appartment looks out on a wall and the back of the beach huts (no ocean), the buffet restaurant is sheer chaos but the food is reasonable (the show-cooking section is good), the house wine is undrinkable so stick to beer or cocktails, the sunset is fabulous and the staff are helpful (albeit over-busy)

Food is great, staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I would rate higher if it had better access to the sea. Power loss three time once for over 7 hours. When power is off you have no water, a/c

On plus sides has high speed internet at no charge with that said it drops quite often. Beach towels are given with deposits of 10 US dollars also only replaceable on certain days

Certainly not somewhere I'd stay again given the numerous alternative options available on the island

Also beach access is available with free shuttle and shopping close by

I want to give a huge thank you to Moreno Feo. So versatile and truly makes the stay an amazing experience. Victor at the Bar is friendly and detail oriented. These guys add value to an already lovely resort

The drinks were delicious, especially the mai thai and the sex on the beach. The beach was especially wonderful considering the stunning view of the ocean. I can't wait to come back to visit in the future

I love this place because the grounds are beautiful. They are very accommodating with their food options. They are on the more expensive side for day passes but I do think the service here makes up for it

The best part of the hotel was the staff, especially Esmerlyn who treated us like family and contacted us before to arrange airport transport (with Michael, who was very helpful and professional) and helped us organize a tour to the beautiful Isla Saona

The hotel grounds are stunning, clean, beautifully decorated and unique. Unfortunately we came on our last night, if we came on our first night we would have ate here everyday! I will definitely be coming back to stay
