However, the drinks on the regular side were not good… The servers wouldn’t go to the hotels private beach to serve you, you always had to go back to the bar if you needed something

Our room was in the adult section with a beautiful view. The food at the hotel was pretty bad, drinks were ok on our side

I would go bk again but I would treat it more like a hotel than an all inclusive because the food was gross

Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, all taff in the beach and pool, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional ❤️The service was exceptional! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the amazing team here that truly makes the experience unforgettable

There were plenty of beach chairs. Exchanging What wasn't so good! When you go to the main restaurant in the evening, it's difficult to find a seat. Personally, I felt there weren't enough security personnel

The rooms were not very clean. The dinning restaurants are limited and the food offered isn't very tasty

The service and staff were very reliable and courteous. The entertainment was very good and well organized. The food selection was good; everything was available. There were many different nationalities in the hotel

Positive: I stayed at the hotel for four days. Check-in took a while, but it was within the time limit. We had a beautiful room, a bit small, but in an excellent location

Overall we enjoyed as always, the resort was under stuff, dining was challenge, dining tables not cleaned after guests left, we removed the left over plates and clean the table ourselves before we can seat, because there was no clean tables

Great family resort with a fabulous beach. Not ideal if you want a peaceful vacation as lots of entertainment. Food is good for an all inclusive resort but limited wine choice without paying extras

The property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and hard-working. The beach is one of be he BEST, so calm, clear and just perfect. There’s not much of a night life which is fine since I am more of an early bird

The pools are varying levels of cleanliness, the ground floor partial ocean view appartment looks out on a wall and the back of the beach huts (no ocean), the buffet restaurant is sheer chaos but the food is reasonable (the show-cooking section is good), the house wine is undrinkable so stick to beer or cocktails, the sunset is fabulous and the staff are helpful (albeit over-busy)

Food is great, staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I would rate higher if it had better access to the sea. Power loss three time once for over 7 hours. When power is off you have no water, a/c

On plus sides has high speed internet at no charge with that said it drops quite often. Beach towels are given with deposits of 10 US dollars also only replaceable on certain days

Certainly not somewhere I'd stay again given the numerous alternative options available on the island

Also beach access is available with free shuttle and shopping close by

The location is perfect, there is an amazing beach with a lot of sun loungers available. The main restaurant is great, food variety and service are beyond any expectations

Thee property was beautifull, rooms nice and spacious. There was not much beach area and very crowded, pools were in much need of update on tile & plaster.

Do not sleep on the day pass (pase día) at Tracadero! One of my faves in the DR. Entry fee (~$65 USD) goes toward food and drinks that are actually delicious

I reccomend to eat their than to eat at the beach. Their is wild animals that get near you for you to feed them. Their is also alot of bees and mosquitos and insects that get on your plate and food

I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area

I think I was charged an extra 600 pesos for two nights. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel that charges extra for electricity after paying over a hundred US dollars for the room

I was very unhappy on the first day and said I wouldn't pay for the electricity. They told me to cancel immediately
