However, the drinks on the regular side were not good… The servers wouldn’t go to the hotels private beach to serve you, you always had to go back to the bar if you needed something

Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff, all taff in the beach and pool, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional ❤️The service was exceptional! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the amazing team here that truly makes the experience unforgettable

Our room was in the adult section with a beautiful view. The food at the hotel was pretty bad, drinks were ok on our side

I had the most wonderful time during my stay at this hotel from September 29 to October 10, 2024! From the moment I arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable

We were a group of nine, with five kids. Everybody could find food to their liking every meal. Great variety

The food was outstanding! The variety at the buffet is incredible, catering to every taste, and the à la carte restaurants were top-notch. We especially loved the fresh seafood and authentic Dominican dishes

This was our second stay at the Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus, and it was just as magical as the first! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home

But we were so exhausted by the difficult 2021 year, flights, that we did not bother with the issue of resettlement. Nature compensated for everything. They cleaned every day, put 2 bottles of water

The resort was great with good food and good service although I got allergic reaction from vegetarian food in Italian restaurant as I’m allergic to fish

+ a magnificent beach and a stunning ocean (long coastline, clean sand, lots of sun loungers, the entrance to the ocean and the ocean itself is magnificent, lots of palm trees in the shade of which you can hide, we even decided not to go on excursions to the islands, because everything is really cool on site) + good food

However, for me, I missed the basic shake at the bar, which is normally available in other hotels in the Dominican Republic - namely coco loco with rum. But thank you anyway for a nice stay

Family oriented all inclusive resort best for all kind of family vacation, businesses etc. They offer a different show every night, rides, excursions. Rooms makes you feel well taken care off

We had a wow experience! We were lucky to get Francisco as our Butler who made our stay more special! The staff is amazing and they made everything more enjoyable with their personal touch! We would go back only for them

Great family resort with a fabulous beach. Not ideal if you want a peaceful vacation as lots of entertainment. Food is good for an all inclusive resort but limited wine choice without paying extras

Our Butlers Eric and Carlos also made us feel like family and took care of all of our needs, any requests at all, they took care of it

I enjoy the 45 minute shuttle from PUJ to the Resort. When you arrive, you are greeted with a glass of champagne fruit drink mixture and warm towel. Check in is quick and the staff is friendly and attentive

Happy and peaceful new 2025 year! Update: the bars manager Alexis Arias was able to get the non-alcoholic beer!!! He drove to La Romana to get it there and make sure I will get enough during the our stay

Dancers, singers, karaoke, so much fun very night! Service was very attentive and everyone was always so friendly! The Peruvian restaurant was amazing and we very much enjoyed our meal at the Italian restaurant as well

The beach and the riff are very beautiful. We had mixed experiences with the restaurants, they were out of a lot of dishes. If you are vegetarian or lactose intolarent this can be an issue

Lovely anniversary meal tonight. We decided to use the main buffet restaurant as the choice is always so great. Served by Elizabeth tonight, quick, attentive and polite. Made us welcome and looked after our every needs

There are so many activities for kids which is unique. The entertainment team was great for adults as well. We enjoyed the water aerobics and dance classes with Juliana, Maria, Picasso, and Juan

We stayed at the palace but often found ourselves going to the beach side for the night life. I have been to this hotel multiple times in the past and this is why I decided to have my wedding here

Macarena was an amazing officiant for the ceremony performing it in both English and Spanish which was just what we needed. The hotel was fun and lively for our 87 guests

Alice helped with anything I need as well when it came to rooms and small stuff like getting me power back when I blew the fuse in my room during hair and make up lol

She helped with a welcome dinner, the ceremony on the beach and the actual reception in the Atlantis (which had a breathtaking view of the ocean and sunset)

The palace hotel or the beach hotel will meet all your expectations! The wedding was exactly what I wanted and the resorts themselves will always have something for you to do and enjoy of during the day

And I want to thank you for the very great experience that I have had in the Dominican Republic. It is a chance that I can come back and visit again

The pools are varying levels of cleanliness, the ground floor partial ocean view appartment looks out on a wall and the back of the beach huts (no ocean), the buffet restaurant is sheer chaos but the food is reasonable (the show-cooking section is good), the house wine is undrinkable so stick to beer or cocktails, the sunset is fabulous and the staff are helpful (albeit over-busy)

Food is great, staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I would rate higher if it had better access to the sea. Power loss three time once for over 7 hours. When power is off you have no water, a/c

On plus sides has high speed internet at no charge with that said it drops quite often. Beach towels are given with deposits of 10 US dollars also only replaceable on certain days

Certainly not somewhere I'd stay again given the numerous alternative options available on the island

Also beach access is available with free shuttle and shopping close by

Amazing place to go with your family, friends or partner ,great neighborhood a lot restaurants and bar in the area, the Apts cleans, elegant

Bad - Wifi is trash (unreliable connection to router, poor download speed). Good - Not busy in early-mid December. Big pool (no diving, but very clean and well maintained). Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room

Small range and toaster oven are great for a quick breakfast. Edge of Dominicus, easy to taxi to Bayahibe

Parking right in front and very nice Italian restaurant inside, frequented by tourists and locals

Cheap place to stay in a great location, a short 10 minute walk to the public access to the beach. Part of the walk is along a pedestrian street filled with shops and restaurants

Rooms were big and fairly well maintained. The Italian restaurant on site should not be missed, amazing food

Good and safe place to stay in Bayahibe. Bus transfers to sights or to scuba diving. Quite a distance to the beach, however bikes are available

Location is OK but you still have to walk ~8min to get to the public beach. There's a breakfast but it's pretty basic. Room are clean though kind of old looking. And there's a pool, that could be cleaner

Good value for money even though breakfast isn't included. Staff friendly and clean rooms. However you will probably hear your room neigbours talk and they will hear yours

Awesome place I have only a good review about my experience there, this place is so beautiful and quiet that I miss already the sound of the birds and the waves, the food, the good service, and the smile that everyone has there makes me feel that I wanna come back as soon as possible, I wanna thanks to all of the people that make my stay wonderful

Got here today I am very impressed the room is beautiful and clean. It's not a lot of people which is great there reinforcing social distances. The food is very good and the staff is attentive and friendly

Night staff wasn't too personable. Returned something we left in the room. The location was good with a minimart right in front and restaurants bars nearby. Rooms weren't the best but they were clean

Wi-fi is so nonexistent even their credit card reader couldn't process transactions. Honestly we conected to the wifi but it said there was no internet. Using my data to write the review

Our first room stunk of cigarrets. so someone had been smoking in there recently. We were changed and the room was better but only in terms of smell not quality

I love this place because the grounds are beautiful. They are very accommodating with their food options. They are on the more expensive side for day passes but I do think the service here makes up for it

There is only one restaurant but the food was really good, especially for lunch/dinner. One night we ate at Al Patio restaurant nearby which was also really delicious. The rooms were spacious with strong AC

Make sure you take into account of what you order though. They overcharged me on drinks that I did not order and then it was a mess at check out

Do not sleep on the day pass (pase día) at Tracadero! One of my faves in the DR. Entry fee (~$65 USD) goes toward food and drinks that are actually delicious

The best part of the hotel was the staff, especially Esmerlyn who treated us like family and contacted us before to arrange airport transport (with Michael, who was very helpful and professional) and helped us organize a tour to the beautiful Isla Saona

Gorgeous little resort near the centre of town with a lovely pool, quiet clean rooms, and super friendly receptionists. Highly recommend this place if staying in Bayahibe

The italian owner is amazing and super friendly. Considering the city is small and access to the beach is not possible there, one has everything needed to enjoy in natural and clean environment

Modest rooms but great terrace and patio, and cozy chairs to lay down by the pool
