Hilton La Romana All- Inclusive Adult Resort & Spa Punta Cana

The hotel is wonderful, I really liked the beach! The Caribbean Sea, starfish .... The food is good, there are some shortcomings, but in any case, the quarantine has an effect. There is nothing near the hotel. The animation is simple, the children's club is very weak, only for the little ones. The room is good, the bed and towels are clean! The water park is not big, but the children liked it!

Great hotel! Great beach without seaweed and there are even starfish, nice pools and a hot jacuzzi! We were platinum and had access to all restaurants and pools. The difference is not big, but it's still nice to feel like a VIP)) the rooms on the first floor are just great! Cons: very weak playroom, no playground (not water), kids don't have much to do in the evening, but we usually go to bed right after dinner. Another huge minus: the water in the pool stained all the swimsuits with yellow spots!

This resort was definitely one of the nicest hotels I have been to on vacation. All of the staff was amazing the food was great and the amenities and atmosphere were unmatched. Being here for my friends wedding it was a blessing to be treated how we did by all of the cooks, servers, bell boys, and cleaning staff. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and will look forward to coming back in the future!

We had an excellent time. There are so many activities for kids which is unique.

The entertainment team was great for adults as well. We enjoyed the water aerobics and dance classes with Juliana, Maria, Picasso, and Juan. In the evenings, there is a mini show and dancing for kids which was very fun. Freddy, the MC of the main show, did a great job and we were laughing every evening. There was a wonderful Christmas event for the kids with decorations and characters.

All of the food and drinks were delicious. We especially enjoyed The Grill and Le Mustache. There was always a good selection at the buffet. We loved the cafe in the lobby where we ordered different coffees and pastries every day.

The beach was beautiful and great for kids because the water was calm.

We LOVED this Hilton Resort. Stayed 5 days 4 nights, the grounds were impeccable, well manicured. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our daughters are 7 & 4 and they had a blast between the water park and all the different pools. Wife did a spa day had nothing but great things to say. Overall it was an excellent experience, we are already planning on coming back. The Morel family!!!

My fiance and I are planning our wedding here and although we had booked it before visiting the resort, we recently visited and are very excited to return for our wedding.

Rooms are modern and clean. We found the pools to be nice although more crowded in the family side. We thought the food was very good for a resort and did have a few stand out meals at Chinola and the tasting for our wedding! The hibachi is also great! Drinks are generally very good, especially the frozen ones.

We loved the beach, water is clean and calm. We rented a paddle boat for an hour as a fun excursion.

The staff was lovely and we enjoyed every second of our stay. We can’t wait to return next year!

My family and I can’t say enough about our amazing time(s) at La Romana Hilton. The views, the hourly activities, the food, and most importantly the STAFF! My kids never want to leave and thats a huge compliment to the staff and facilities. We always feel at home here, always safe in the entire environment. We love the water park, the buffet, and the nightly shows.
Pablo Picasso is one of a kind! He doesn’t just “run” activities, he gives it his all, and my son Oliver will speak about him forever. He helped him with his bball swing while always exuding positivity. NEXT The Rock, a staple to our trips to the Hilton! His ability to help nutrition, work outs, and overall positive attitude towards fitness is continuing!

Great experience once again at the Hilton All Inclusive resort. This was our fourth time staying at this resort and it was a wonderful stay. We stayed 10 nights at the adult side of the hotel albeit, you can walk between the adult and family side as you please and use the same services and restaurants in both sides (as long as you’re over 18). We ate at all the different specialty restaurants which were all nothing short of amazing. Different restaurants such as a grill, Japanese, Dominican, Peruvian, seafood, French, Italian all give you a great menu selection with delicious food. Apart from this, everyday there was a different selection of food being cooked by specialty chefs outside in the adult side apart from the regular hamburger/hotdog. Both hotels also have a coffee shop each open all day and the servers Kenia, Juana, Rosaury, and Danilys welcomed us each morning with a smile on their face and exceptional service. Our room was clean everyday and air conditioner was cold. Many people question the service of the workers here however, I found them to all be extremely helpful and nice. Our butler Victor Val made sure to keep us hydrated with a variety of drinks throughout the day and helped us secure reservations at the different restaurants each night. The butler service manager Blanca was also extremely helpful with any questions that we had and very hospitable. The beach is one of the best in all of Dominican Republic and is one of the main reasons we keep coming. No seaweed, very little waves, no rocks and crystal clear water. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you this is a great hotel and I recommend it to anyone everyone. One of the only things I see lacking compared to other hotels in the Dominican Republic is the entertainment however most people that stay at the adult side aren’t really looking for that anyways. The kids side has more entertainment and a full water park which is plenty of entertainment in it of itself. If you’re looking for a party hotel this isn’t it but if you’re looking to relax on an all inclusive resort this is the best.
