We had a great time with our family at this hotel. The food and drinks were very good. The service was amazing as well. Alvaro from the Asian restaurant was super nice and helpful. This is my third time visiting but I notice a radical change with the customer service. Manager is none existent. The manage even ignore the Experian agent that called to resolve the issue. The service in the restaurant is a hit or missed. You might get very attentive service but you might also get those that will let the plates pile up on the table and ignore you completely.

The hotel's main advantage at this time is the seaweed-free sea, so be prepared for it to be crowded. The sun loungers by the sea are tightly packed in about 10 rows, but you have to reserve a spot in the shade by 8 p.m. The green area is quite large, including a family area where you can stroll. This resort has the most beautiful beach you could ever find. Unfortunately, this is the only reason the come here. The other amenities are good but are just like any other resort. The food is also just okay. In fact, during our stay we got very sick from the food for two days. Outside of the beach, swimming, sailing, scuba diving and snorkeling their is not more to do or see here.

Place is good, but personnel could be better. The best by far was our cleaning lady, who was always happy to help us in any way she could. However, to have a rather "standard" service when you paid for a premium one, really does not go according to expectations (or even what was promised). It was good, but we will not be back. Wonderful place with amazing Italian food. We experienced awesome service and a small, boutique hotel feel. We were treated as special guests and enjoyed the location, the grilled squid and the welcoming passion-pina welcome juice drink. Quietest place we stayed during our 10 day trip. We never saw a pool, but spent most of our time exploring parks and beaches nearby.

Cheap place to stay in a great location, a short 10 minute walk to the public access to the beach. Part of the walk is along a pedestrian street filled with shops and restaurants. Rooms were big and fairly well maintained. Staff was friendly. Beds could use an upgrade. Wifi worked well. The Italian restaurant on site should not be missed, amazing food.

It's an average place. Location is OK but you still have to walk ~8min to get to the public beach. There's a breakfast but it's pretty basic. Staff could be nicer. Room are clean though kind of old looking. And there's a pool, that could be cleaner. You get what you pay for but there's probably a better deal around.

Good and safe place to stay in Bayahibe. Bus transfers to sights or to scuba diving. Quite a distance to the beach, however bikes are available. Parking right in front and very nice Italian restaurant inside, frequented by tourists and locals.

Good value for money even though breakfast isn't included. Staff friendly and clean rooms. However you will probably hear your room neigbours talk and they will hear yours. Don't be fooled by the appearant closeness to the beach. Because of the resort there is a 15 min walk through pesky vendors to reach the public beach.

This hotel has good accommodation, it is extremely clean, the rooms have balconies, with their chairs, there is a TV, there is air conditioning and a fan in the room, there is hot water in the shower, they serve you a la carte breakfast, (it is not a buffet) which is good. There is internet service. This small hotel is located close to absolutely everything, the beach, public transport, restaurants...

I love this place because the grounds are beautiful. They are very accommodating with their food options. They are on the more expensive side for day passes but I do think the service here makes up for it. Make sure you take into account of what you order though. They overcharged me on drinks that I did not order and then it was a mess at check out. Overall I’d return

We were staying at a local hotel and came for dinner. The service from Gian was impeccable, food was delicious, well presented and excellent value for money. The hotel grounds are stunning, clean, beautifully decorated and unique. Unfortunately we came on our last night, if we came on our first night we would have ate here everyday! Do not sleep on the day pass (pase día) at Tracadero! One of my faves in the DR. Entry fee (~$65 USD) goes toward food and drinks that are actually delicious. The service is excellent, it is rarely crowded and I cannot overemphasize the food quality.

The rooms are outdated but the rest of the property is absolutely gorgeous especially the wildlife! And the beach is amazing no sea need or anything!
