I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The advantages are the cheap price, the cleaning which is done everyday, and the nice and easy going owner. The cons are it doesn't smell good in the lobby, but you'll not stay here for hours so it's berreable. Rooms are very humid, which isn't a problem for me but can be if you have asthma for example. I recommend this place ☺️ The owner is good man who helps injured dogs. You can meet calm nice dog in reception so don't worry ☺️. Rooms are clean and staff is very nice people. It is very close to the beach and it is silent also. When you cross a reception it looks like paradise ☺️. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, excellent location, fair price. It isn't a luxury hotel, and you shouldn't book expecting that, but it is great for what it is. The location is superb and it is very easy to get anywhere in Cabarete that you would want to go. The front borders a busy road, and isn't particularly appealing from the outside, but the rooms and bungalows are set further back in an oasis from the busy area...

I have not stayed here but got a quick tour the other day. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool looks clean and inviting. It feels like you are staying in the middle of a jungle. There are normal hotel rooms and separate "cabanas" that are simple and look adequate, if not fancy. Some of the reviews are pretty bad so use caution. I had a mixed experience here. When I arrived, they put me in the wrong room. I booked the Bungalow and they put me in a hotel room. It was not very nice. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and it had cockroaches in the wall. It was also quite small. The Bungalow I had was much nicer, no issues with that. However, my hot water stopped working and the management was not too interested...

Great hosts and space to enjoy your stay. Not too far from beaches and activities. Airports within 30 min pop and 1.5 hour sti.

Beautiful property. Chris the host takes great care, he is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are huge. Safe and quiet neighborhood. This property is very close to hundreds of restaurants within 10 min car ride. Many grocery store nearby as well. We were very happy with staying at this place, and highly recommend it.

I loved my stay! Apartment is superb. Sea view. Swimming pool. The Front Loop restaurant is right up front. The managers are friendly and attentive.

When I travel with my family, my main concern is safety, hygiene, comfortability and peace. In my opinion I feel that Cabarete Palm Beach Condos has that and more. they also have a large staff of excellent employee 24/7 to ensure the happiness of the time that people stay there. We have stayed at the palm beach condos for years . It is a great place , wonderful staff, clean, maid service each day-who could ask for more? Will be there again Wednesday for 3 weeks.

We stayed for Thanksgiving vacation and it was incredible! The apartment was clean and cozy and in the best location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. We would definitely go back!

I love going there, the pool and how peaceful it is. Remy helped us with our reservations, he was so professional and soooo helpful answering questions, food suggestions and his service was the best I've ever experienced!

The Hotel is very relaxed and comfortable, 1/4 mile away from the beach and businesses. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. My room was comfy, good bed, it has a top burner (gas powered), small fridge, a sink, microwave, and a/c. I recommend this if you are a bacherlor looking for a nice and quiet spot to relax. P.S. This place is WOW! It is the nices place in town hands down. It sits right on the beach, has beautiful garden, pool and 2 jacuzzi. It is an apartment hotel. I hot the 1 br without a kitchen. There's a bigger one with fully equipped kitchen and living room, or 2 brm apt also. Security 24/7. Really friendly staff. The noisy street is far and blocked of so only thing you hear are the waves of the ocean...

We’ve been there multiple times. Beautiful and quiet spot, yet a walking distance from all the actions. Staff is amazing. From reading negative reviews; in regards of the cemetery visible from some balconies: balconies are huge and building are round; so you can sit in a different spot and not seeing it. I would like to see them upgrade the mini fridge and the tiny flat screen, but this is my go to place on the north coast. A on site pool bar would be cool also.

Just a tip**the hotel location on Google maps isn't accurate, you have to walk until the end of the road after turning in where the "El Magnífico" sign is. Otherwise, the place is absolutely paradise. 🤙🏼

We really liked staying here. The location is 2 blocks off the main drag which can feel a little isolated but we had no issues walking to and from the beach.

VIP Villa has pool inside the villa....the villa itself is a bit run down...but it is a relaxing place to spend a couple days with a pool.
