It mostly depends what you are looking for. For a no frills kite surfing vacationer it's a good place for the money. Even if you come with the family. I'd say that's the great place for kite surfing groups, as soon as there are no folks picky on five star food, drink and entertainment service. Be ready though the hotel electrical grid sometimes runs on the generator, so that if your room is facing it, it might be quite noisy for quite some time. The kite surfing beach is great but waves might be quite a problem for a beginner.

Great experience! Our servers, greeters, and all the workers are extremely welcoming and want to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The entertainment is so fun and they provide a variety of things to do such as dancing, bingo, beach tours, etc., especially when you come with a group! The food is good too, with a lot of variety. Beautiful view of the ocean and cute resort villa. Overall would recommend!!

Our girl group went for a week long trip and had so much fun!! We felt so welcomed and safe here by the staff and the environment. The room was kept clean, and there were lots of food options as well for what we all liked. The drinks were great, and the service was great; welcoming us to the buffet, the bar, and around the pool! There were lots of fun poolside activities and dance lessons which was so fun!! Definitely recommend! We came start of May and it wasn’t too busy and was absolutely beautiful!!

The resort is beautiful and was perfect for our girls trip getaway. The staff is all very nice and attentive. They ensure you have what you need and that you are enjoying your stay. The animation crew are all very talented and make everyone feel included during the daily activities. Eduardo starts your day off on a positive note ensuring you have all the delicious coffee you need to energize you for the day. The bar staff are all extremely kind and fun especially Albert, Raul, and Rosely always greeting you with a big smile. Overall such a great spot and would definitely go back again!

This location is in a busy part of the town. My goal was to stay in the resort and relax which I did. I have family in the Dominican Republic and we purchased a stay for them as well. There are not many sidewalks to explore outside of the resort so I do not recommend it as there is quite a bit of thoroughfare which include motorbikes, cars, trucks, etc. Can be a little dangerous.

Regarding the resort the staff are very friendly and are eager to assist the guests. We cannot complain about the staff and Eduardo provided us additional. assistance as we had an elderly relative with us for 2 days. He is a rockstar!

I am going to say that the only major setback is when the resort allows the locals to reserve rooms at a huge discount from Friday to Sunday. As a patron, we were not informed of this
regular weekly occurrence. The locals flooded the facility, the pool was totally full of guests, drinking and eating in the water, of which is not allowed. We couldn't enjoy two full days of the resorts amenities of which we paid for in our weekly reservation.

If travelling to this resort, please ensure you check in Sunday after 3 pm and check out Friday at noon. You will enjoy all the resort has to offer, but please do not waste your time booking on the weekends.

I further wanted to add that this resort is a smoking resort. There are no areas marked as non-smoking. That also made it very uncomfortable for us as at every turn there were smokers, especially by the bar area as they parked themselves at most of the tables/chairs by the bar so that they can have easy access to the alcoholic beverages while smoking. There are kids at this location as well and although the pool and bar areas are located outdoors, it is still very unsafe for children, older adults and those with compromised immune systems. Smoking should be limited to areas further area from the common areas.

The hotel was generally quite good. What struck me most was how nice the staff are and how great the entertainers do their job. The shows here are super nice and there is always something new. The complex is also beautiful and right by the ocean. But you really Need to know that the ocean is very wild most of the time so be careful with kids! What really disappointed me was the food. I had eggshells in my scrambled eggs several times and generally it just wasn't tasty. The selection was also rather small. The rooms are very big a clean. Nevertheless of the food, it was a nice hotel.
