Reviews
First, the check in and check out processes are super slow. The staff needs to manage a way to do it faster. More than 15 minutes is too much.
The hotel itself is beautiful and with a great location close to Centro Historico and El Malecon. Right next to the hotel is a casino too. The rooms are old, but with a classic look and enough space to spare.
The staff, is a Caribbean standard of chillness. They are not the most efficient but they do the job.
The restaurant is pretty good. I had dinner two times and breakfast multiple times. The food was great. But I found it a bit expensive.
In general, I consider this hotel offers a good value for your money.
Environment: Good environment, close to the beach, many restaurants around, convenient for eating, hotel service is average, invoice issuance is unclear, many people, many large gatherings
