Lovely location right on the beach. Excellent customer service from everyone we talked with. Room was spacious and felt airy.

2 days in Pärnu
Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally well maintained.
However, I did experience a minor issue in the hotel restaurant. The food delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was only partially warm. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. While the staff did apologize, the delay and temperature of the food affected the overall dining experience.
That said, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this was a one-off incident. I would consider staying again, but I hope the restaurant service is more consistent next time.

The hotel has a very good location and I want to highlight that the breakfast was excellent. Everything else in the hotel is mediocre. We paid a lot at the Akord restaurant, but drank the worst and most expensive wine, the food was mediocre🙈 There was also a problem situation in the room, which the hotel solved with great difficulty. The spa area is also mediocre, nothing special.

This hotel is located near the sea, but I always feel that the facilities are somewhat successful. It is said to be the best hotel in the area, but it is still a little far from my standards. The spa facilities are still very complete. The food in the restaurant is generally nothing too amazing. The breakfast There are many varieties. This hotel is probably high-end in Estonia.

3 hour silent spa was 33 euros, it comes with a little kit to help you enjoy the full spa experience. I did get a little lost in finding the rooms, so I spend a bit of time walking around looking for the different numbered rooms. It was helpful to have a picture on the wall with what to do next, I needed some arrows to help direct me to the right areas though. Thankfully the staff was helpful and friendly! You can also take a walk on the beach after, it is right behind the hotel!

In my opinion this is a pretty good hotel ..
at least the location is the best .. but want to notice.. if You pay for a sea view check that your room number is less than 312( 311, 310 etc) , 212.. otherwise you will have a “ tree view “.. I guess that winter-spring time it “ doesn’t work “. Because the trees don’t have any leaves.. and probably you will have a sea view ..

P.s. was very surprised by the internet check-in option.. you can open the door of your room by your phone. Without any contact with a check in desk ., cool!

Lovely spa, but sadly, very poor service. Having arrived there for my birthday weekend, the check-in was rather painful. To make sure the check-in bit would be smooth for everyone, I made sure to pay everything upfront (days before). The receptionist, however, misread the numbers and told us that I had ‘’only’’ paid 147 euros to which I replied that it had in fact been 747 euros. After a few back and forths she was finally convinced that I had indeed paid the right amount. After that, all my guests knew exactly how much the stay had cost (awkward).
The next the morning, at 11:30ish, while my partner was changing clothes, our door opened without a knock and a cleaner walked in. Seeing us, she just said ‘’oh’’ and walked out. No hello, no sorry. To my (unpleasant) surprise, the exact same thing happened to my sister who was staying in the next room. Just to be clear, no ‘’please clean’’ or other sign was hanging on our doors. Rude and odd, as the check-out time is 12PM.
For 250 euros a night, I would expect a bit more, service wise.

Close to Pärnu beach as
GPS took us to Hedon Spa not Hotel reception and we had difficult time to find reception. Young woman at reception was very dismissive when we asked for a trolley to take belongings to 3rd floor. I am on crutches. Dinner at Raimond Restoran was great and waitress Anastasia was excellent.we enjoyed a fish platter
