Very pleasant experience. Welcoming and friendly staff, stayed in a 2 bed bedroom. Clean, and exceeded my expectations. Very cool pool.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to access. I also enjoyed the meals which had a great variety of delicious options. One of the best hotels to run business events! the location in 6th October city is easily accessed from every side and road! The people responsible for the service are so friendly and the rooms are suitable for training and team building activities as well as the outside garden! Beautiful!

Good hotel for short stays that are related to the west side of Cairo. Rooms are very good in space and amenities, though bed pillows are not comfy for the neck position. Service is friendly, yet facilities are limited to all groups of people. Atmosphere and ambience are definitely advantages here, with lots of green in the outdoors spaces. On the other hand, management does allow renovation works during the day time disregarding guests comfort and/or satisfaction. And food is neither bad nor great.

We stayed 2 nights here part of our Nile cruise trip. Both Amy and Ramdan were excellent in their jobs and very polite. They did an excellent job in cleaning our rooms. We also had an excellent night assistant who brought water to our rooms every time we called . I sadly don’t remember his name but he had silver hair. We stayed in room 5120 from 26-04-2024 to 28-04-2024. He provided excellent service with a smile. Both me and my husband were impressed.
There was only one problem in the restaurant I felt that there was lack of vegetarian food options.

Hotel is in a good location,
The best thing about the hotel is the staff they are very friendly and accommodating from the accommodation staff to the waiters,receptionists and barmen.
We travel to Cairo for business and the Novotel suited our needs.
Abd EL-Nasser Saeed was particularly helpful during our stay and is always helpful when we need to make a repeat reservation .
