A well located hotel with plenty of independent stores around. Clean and comfortable, with a well equipped gym. Helpful and courteous staff.
Our first room was noisy with a generator outside and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work well. They gave us a great room for the rest of our stay. Not salubrious but just right for us. A small balcony with the view in the attached photo. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The room had a small fridge. All round, it worked out well for us. The restaurant ’Oldish’ was about 140m away and did very reasonable food. We can recommend the date cake there!
The internet was a bit variable but with 5G from an inexpensive 20G sim from the airport, I didn’t have an issue.

The room was spacious and clean. The facility is new and beautiful.
The restaurant is pretty decent. At the lobby there is a french bakery open all time.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in Zamalek, quite centered.

I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Cairo again.

Stayed here for five nights in December 2024. Mostly had a good experience. Room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and modern. Location in Zamalek is incredible, you're right in the middle of perhaps the best neighborhood in all of Cairo with the ability to walk to many amazing restaurants. Service was good and the breakfast was amazing.

Only issue I had was at night you could here tables/chairs being moved around in the restaurant. My room was right under the restaurant so I definitely heard some banging on the ceiling of my room. When I brought it to the hotel's attention it did improve for the rest of my stay but I was lacking peace and quiet my first few nights here. Really the only significant issue with my stay. If they could solve that problem it would be more or less a "perfect" hotel.

Very good hotel and it’s super safe place to stay for solo female. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Desk is working 24/7 and whenever I needed anything they would help within minutes.
They have an amazing spa too!

Although I do suggest to improve their linen and duvet cover was very old and rubbing into skin with those little cotton bubbles - not pleasant. Also there was a siren at like 1am which would wake me up, I was not sure what was happening with that.

Over all my experience was 5 stars!

Location is good. Restaurant is reasonably priced and food is good. But maintenance need to be improved. Smoking should not be allowed in lobby and public areas. Wifi is poor and water pressure need to be improved in toilets.

I stayed here 3 years ago now and was reminiscing on my trip, This hotel made my visit 10 times better. The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean and comfortable and room service was delicious. The area that the hotel is located in is beautiful, very walkable and has numerous places to visit. Having stayed in 3 different neighborhoods throughout my trip I can say that I enjoyed Zamalek the most. Even after 3 years President hotel still leaves a great mark on my visit to Egypt.

I stayed at this hotel in October and had a fantastic time. The location and services are the standout features of this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

A special thanks to Menna and Iman, who consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed in my room. They always left my room spotless and made me feel at home.

I will definitely return!

The rooms were superb, as was the restaurant. Esraa at Reception makes a fantastic coffee, Ali the porter was very welcoming each time returning to to the Hotel and the reception staff were wonderful. Mohamed in the Cellar bar was superb - always smiling and offering to help, however one of the staff members in the Cellar bar was possibly the most unfriendly staff member I've found in a very long time - I'd prefer not to name him in case it caused any issues with his work, but the experience was poor. When the bar was empty, we asked for a table and were told to sit at the bar counter. When we asked multiple times for a table for our small group, he refused again and again but eventually relented sighing loudly. When we sat down, he literally dropped the menus loudly on the table in front of us and walked away ignoring us. When we asked for coffees before food and drinks, which were on the menu he provided us, he said no rudely. When asked for an explanation, he repeated no and walked away speaking Arabic and looking clearly frustrated. We left the bar, went upstairs, and were served with no issues by the lovely staff on the ground floor.

Overall the Hotel is highly recommended, and couldn't have done more for us to welcome our group. We just recommend some of the staff receive more training.

It stinks cigarettes because they allow people to smoke anywhere and the smell get inside your room underneath the door. Beds, AC and bathroom were good. Sound isolation also good, almost can’t hear the noise from the street
