We had some small problems with our room and immediately they fixed everything!
We have a river room view, the view is amazing. The noise is so loud from the outside thank god we have our earplugs. Also if you’re not a smoker person then you have to ask for non smoking room , the smell between these two rooms is really much different!

My stay at Novotel Cairo El Borg was fantastic! The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the Nile and within walking distance to many major attractions in Cairo. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a peaceful escape after a day of exploring the city.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. The breakfast restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food and exceptional service. However, I was a bit disappointed with the rooftop restaurant. While the view was breathtaking, the food and service there didn’t quite meet the same high standards as the rest of the hotel.

Despite that, Novotel Cairo El Borg still exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it for its fantastic location, excellent breakfast, and overall great service!

Very nice hotel an easy distance from many attractions, and not too far from the airport. Service was very nice, the staff were immensely friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant and room service are recommended. Breakfast is great, and they have amazing looking cakes that I sadly didn't get to try this stay.

Great location with priceless view of the river and the city. Very clean hotel with great attention, kindness and availability from all the staff. Restaurant with international menu with good food and a fantastic ice cream, difficult to find so good even in Italy. A small suggestion: improve the cleaning of the windows.

The hotel services are great in all aspects. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, all of them. I needed couple of things to be done at my room, they responded very nicely and quickly. The included breakfast was great, delicious, clean and had a wide varieties that fit all of us as family. The hotel is very clean and its location is very very convenient. It really has a great value for the cost per night. Thanks to all the stuff !! Well done !!!

Will definitely stay again!

Booked a 6 night business trip for my team. Email booking response rate was slow but when we arrived everything was perfect. Service for our meeting rooms/lunch/tea and coffee was exceptional. The staff are very accommodating and happy to help. The chef personally came out and made sure our lunch was served well. The F&B department in this hotel is 5 star. The roof terrace is 5 star too - beautiful views of the Nile.
I gave this review a 4 star as the rooms could do with a better clean - especially the bathrooms that need upgrading.
