I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, offering a calm and peaceful atmosphere while being conveniently close to the city center and numerous attractions.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Al Masa Hotel in Nasr City, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was both comfortable and memorable.

A special shoutout to Mohamed Hassen at the front desk, who truly made a lasting impression with his outstanding service. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with my initial room, he immediately offered to upgrade me to a luxurious suite, ensuring that I had a far more comfortable and enjoyable stay. His professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for the rest of my visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Things took an unexpected turn when my wife fell ill during our stay, and I found myself in need of urgent assistance. I contacted Ahmed, the night shift front desk staff, to inquire about the nearest hospital, but to my surprise, he informed me that Al Masa Hotel has its very own doctor on-site, ready to help guests in need. This was a relief, and soon enough, Dr. Islam Amer arrived at our room. His dedication and care were beyond what we could have hoped for.

Dr. Islam Amer was incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough. He performed an IV treatment on my wife, and stayed with us for hours, monitoring her condition and ensuring she was comfortable. He didn’t leave until she was feeling significantly better, and his reassuring presence was exactly what we needed during a stressful time. The level of care we received from Dr. Islam was unparalleled, and it was truly a testament to the high standards of service at Al Masa Hotel.

What impressed me even more was that, even after our departure, I was able to reach out to Dr. Islam for advice on my wife’s condition. He was incredibly responsive and willing to offer guidance, which further solidified our trust in the hotel and its staff.

In addition to the amazing service, Al Masa Hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay. The facilities are impeccable, and everything you could possibly need is readily available within the hotel. The food offerings were top-notch, and I particularly appreciated the variety and quality. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury.

Overall, I am truly grateful for the incredible service we received at Al Masa Hotel. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care shown by the staff, especially Mohamed Hassen, Ahmed, and Dr. Islam Amer, made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a hotel that not only provides great amenities but also delivers an exceptional level of customer service, look no further than Al Masa Hotel. I will undoubtedly return for future stays and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nasr City. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so remarkable.

It's the worst customer experience ever. They actually ask for a marriage certificate!!! To prove relationship before they let you check in, which never happened in any hotel in EG before. The guy at the front reception is unprofessional and disrespectful and have zero know how on how to handel customers.

Location is okay ish.

The hotel is fancy from the outside but needs serious cleaning from the inside.

The staff are great, just a small issue with the professionalism of the management. If you are going to go, then avoid dealing with them if you can. The rooms are run down and massively disappointing compared to the look of the hotel but for the price having a bed to sleep that is safe as it's a military hotel can't complain. The shower floods the bathroom every time you use it, the floor is covered in stains and the iron was cracked and leaks water on your clothes.... But there was AC! (Throughout the whole hotel not just the rooms) Pros and cons! If you are British and going to travel do not exchange money in the airport, get to the hotel as they have banks located within the grounds and it's cheaper to use the ATMs then exchange anywhere else! Enjoy!!!!

Hotel general setup is great; decorations and quality are super. When it comes to accommodation, then things start to change. Unfortunately, I didn't like the quality of furniture in the room, they are a bit old. Electrical appliances are broken. Mini bar is fairly supplied. For the price I paid per night, it's definitely not worth 100$ per night. Also, room service is expensive, not to mention that this is an armed forces facility opened for all types of guests. Positively, they changed the room for me when I asked, but not too different. Definitely, rooms have to be renovated. I would be sceptical to repeat the experience.

Loved our stay here in Cairo. It is a very nice, luxious, super-secure compound with a cinema, bowling alley, and restaurants in the complex. The pool area was super nice. The chicken wings/chicken lollipops were delicious and reasonably priced.

The rooms for the original al masa hotel are a little older, but the common areas are grand.

The hotel architecture was amazing. The wedding planning and organization were great.
Unfortunately, it was one of the bad experiences that made me want to leave as soon as possible. Was staying with my mom and my aunt for my sister's wedding, and trust me when I say we were not treated as guests at all. The room hosted the 3 of us, and all supplies were for 2 only. We stayed for 3 nights however tje room was not cleaned, and water was not provided every day as expected for other rooms. There was a security and bag check at every entrance that we understood for safety. However, we were told we were not allowed to bring food from outside... I wonder what they do for food delivery orders. Every time we asked for an item to be provided, we had to ask for it 4 times before it got to us.
Then, on the first night, we had people installing chairs and tables for the next event at 1AM on the top floor of our room.
The staff apologized and tried to be "helpful" verbally at every occasion. However, actions speak louder than the words. This was honestly one of the most disappointing situations.
PS: it is a great option if you don't want to sleep at the hotel. The DJ was playing until 11:30PM by our window, and people are in and out of the pool area, even up to 2AM.
The weddings are ongoing every day from 6 to 11 pm

I have NEVER been so happy to haven choosen a Hotel before. I will start with the building, absolutely stunning! It is a full resort with Spa, 4 different restaurants, bowling, swimming pool and Gym. You will never run out of things to do in this resort. The fish is their specialty but every food was so well garnished that I wasn’t able to pick my best food.

Next it’s their Hospitality. Coming from London, I was overwhelmed by their welcoming approach. There was not one single person that did not welcome us with open arms and did beyond imaginable to provide the best service. We were able to have rooms service for medications, food and tools we never expected they had. I was to especially thank Salma (lovely receptionist who was like a sister to me from a different mother), Ahmed Saied (Exceptional Security Guard who made us feel so welcomed and even made us tear up when he got emotional as we were leaving) and Mr Mohamed Lamlom who because he found out that I was going to be proposed, upgraded our room and made sure that we had a full experience of Egypt.

You would make a mistake if you do not book this resort, believe me

We had really bad experience at this hotel. We had flies coming out of the sink in the “best room”. Everything is rundown and old even if the photos looked really good online before booking. We don’t recommend this hotel.
