We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and couldn't be more safe if you had little ones who needed to run around. We had absolutely fantastic massages. The spa is not large, but very nice. There is also a gym, heated pool, very large indoor jacuzzi, saunas in the spa restrooms. My mom and I had a great experience. Our only disappointment was that we ordered a Caesar salad at the bar...

The hotel is located on a small island Elephantine island on the Nile River in the middle of Aswan. The hotel is very nice, modern and safe. There is also a high tower in the area, the service is at a high level and the food is very tasty. You can spend the day sailing on a small boat around the hotel, or you can spend time lying on a deck chair and enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant views of palm...

Fabulous view from our room and the restaurants, great food and a genuine inclination from the staff to help guests. We loved our 2 nights here. The deer enclosure is a treat. We also loved watching all the birds along the river bank.

Centrally located in Aswan. The only trouble is the need to travel across to Elephantine Island by shuttle boat to reach the hotel. But worth it with the beautiful view of the surroundings from the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially chairs/tables at the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful resort. Everything was organized to perfection and everybody was super kind. Very neat and we had a great view on the Nile. We certainly hope to come back and stay in the same hotel. Thank you so much for!

What an amazing place! It’s an extremely nice hotels on an island in the Nile. Their pool is perfect! The spa is very pampering. We had a birthday in our group and they helped us celebrate in style! Thank you for the experience!

We were arranged to stay in a river view suite in a small house across the road from the hotel (in fact, there is no river view on the first floor). The room was relatively damp. We paid the price of a five-star hotel but lived in a county guesthouse with decoration standards. The overall feeling was that the premium was very high and there was no cost-effectiveness.

The location is far away from the city center. The hotel helped to call taxis at extremely low prices. I was forced to stay in the hotel for dinner. Of course it was not delicious. No bottled water ready in the room Only the sunset is beautiful

The room is very big. I like its bed the most. It is super comfortable. I want to have the same one in my own home. We stayed in two rooms, the new building (Nile view) and the old building (garden view). The interior decoration of the new building is not as retro and elegant as the old building, but the bathroom and room layout are much larger than the old building, and the Nile view is really unbeatable. Loved our stay except my wife Got food poisoning from under cooked chicken tenders by the pool on the last day. She got a bacteria which caused acute cholitis. It cost her an MRI, antibiotic and 10 days of feeling terrible after we got home. Other than that, the hotel is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at, and we have traveled extensively around the world.

Looks nice on the exterior but the rooms are very old. Aircon was very noisy throughout, bed was uncomfortable (uneven), service is average, breakfast is also very average. I wouldn’t recommend it for this price.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed. The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient. Hotel reception is friendly and nice. Location is not super good (it is on the hill). But house keeping is bad. The cleaning person opened our luggage (because he/she figured out our password is 000). Luckily we didn’t put anything valuable in the luggage.

Next to the Nile River, the hotel is very unique, the small garden is very beautiful, and the night view is amazing. It is recommended to choose rooms starting with 2 and 6, which are far from the street and quieter. I watched the sunrise and sunset of the Nile River and felt that the trip was worthwhile. Location in the very city center, on the banks of the river Nile and just opposite to the famous Aswan souk - couldn't be better. Staf very attentive. Nice view across the river Nile to the Elephantine Island. Fellucca harbour just beneath the hotel - only a few steps away from your room.

i heard the owner is bad but i am not sure sense our egyptian guide payed for the food from my experience i think the food is wonderful and view is very good

This place is cozy, impeccably clean and with great ambiance. The atmosphere is laid back but the staff is very helpful and eager to please. They are very proud of their beautiful place and take good care of it and their guests. You must eat at their restaurant!! The food is divine! Simple but exquisite. I reccomend it very highly!

Very nice hotel. The customer service is excellent! My husband and I stayed there for four days and they treated us so well. Anytime we called for any type of service they came to our room so fast. Very clean and excellent room service. Amazing view and roof top food/hangout area. Fitness area could use some updating but I love how it's partially outside. Overall had a great experience!
