Rooms were little outdated.. locks were little old.. shower area was less functional because the space in the shower area was less and water spills out from the shower area due to small glass cover which makes the floor wet. Location was amazing but nowhere it says that you have need to take ferry for every movement. And food was good they have 3 restaurants inside

Stayed here with my dad as part of our trip up the Nile. By far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Ms Christeen was great and very welcoming - as we're all of the staff. Rooms are lovely with views of the Nile and the pool area especially is beautiful. The boat to the island is easy enough and is roughly every 10 minutes operating all day & night.

It is difficult to find words to describe the hosting in Pyramisa. The island is amazing, well entertained, the pools are amazing and the scenery around the island is stunning. Another Egyptian hotel that was half built when we arrived. The foyer was impressive and rooms okay though. The evening food was reasonably priced. The breakfast options were plentiful on the buffet and the coffee great but the early, takeaway breakfast was pretty appalling - 2 sandwiches, one mystery meat, one cheese, 3 pastries from the day before's breakfast and 2 pieces of fruit that looked around...

The facilities are a bit dated, definitely have shown the age of the hotel. Hoping that the hotel can do some refurbishment to return the hotel to its former glory. The boat is easily accessible from the dock across the Egypt Air office

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and couldn't be more safe if you had little ones who needed to run around. We had absolutely fantastic massages. The spa is not large, but very nice. There is also a gym, heated pool, very large indoor jacuzzi, saunas in the spa restrooms. My mom and I had a great experience. Our only disappointment was that we ordered a Caesar salad at the bar...

The hotel is located on a small island Elephantine island on the Nile River in the middle of Aswan. The hotel is very nice, modern and safe. There is also a high tower in the area, the service is at a high level and the food is very tasty. Fabulous view from our room and the restaurants, great food and a genuine inclination from the staff to help guests. We loved our 2 nights here. The deer enclosure is a treat. We also loved watching all the birds along the river bank.

Centrally located in Aswan. The only trouble is the need to travel across to Elephantine Island by shuttle boat to reach the hotel. But worth it with the beautiful view of the surroundings from the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially chairs/tables at the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful resort. Everything was organized to perfection and everybody was super kind. Very neat and we had a great view on the Nile. We certainly hope to come back and stay in the same hotel. Thank you so much for!

What an amazing place! It’s an extremely nice hotels on an island in the Nile. Their pool is perfect! The spa is very pampering. We had a birthday in our group and they helped us celebrate in style! Thank you for the experience!

Looks nice on the exterior but the rooms are very old. Aircon was very noisy throughout, bed was uncomfortable (uneven), service is average, breakfast is also very average. I wouldn’t recommend it for this price.

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. Hotel reception is friendly and nice. Location is not super good (it is on the hill). But house keeping is bad. The cleaning person opened our luggage (because he/she figured out our password is 000). Luckily we didn’t put anything valuable in the luggage.

Next to the Nile River, the hotel is very unique, the small garden is very beautiful, and the night view is amazing. It is recommended to choose rooms starting with 2 and 6, which are far from the street and quieter. I watched the sunrise and sunset of the Nile River and felt that the trip was worthwhile. In addition, the Egyptian buffet breakfast can be taken away, which is very friendly.

Location in the very city center, on the banks of the river Nile and just opposite to the famous Aswan souk - couldn't be better. Staf very attentive. Nice view across the river Nile to the Elephantine Island. Fellucca harbour just beneath the hotel - only a few steps away from your room.

Great value for price that i paid. We have all that we want in any accommodation - clean good bed, towels, toilet roll supplied, floor mat to keep bathroom dry, hot water supply 24hrs to make simple tea /coffee. just out of Aswan Train Station at 1:30am, walk in for the night. Ended up stay for 3 more nights! front desk help to arrange trip to Abu Simbel. i think we paid lowest $US20 pp in a 14 seater...

The room we stayed in was not well-illuminated. Very dim lights, otherwise a simple, standard room that's fair for its price. Critiques: Beds had spines protruding out that weren't easy on your back and spine; shower curtain was not designed properly, went up to your waist, water gushed out the bottom onto the floor, parking is NOT included, good luck finding one on the adjacent streets. The hotel is clean. The room is really big and good space. The price is little high for it's category. The location is perfect and you are close to market, cafes, train station and Nile decks. The staff there is kind. Breakfast 🥞 is horrible

It’s part of my tour staying @ this hotel. So I don’t know how much the tour agency paid per night. Probably a budget hotel. The location is just 2 min or less walking distance from Aswan railway station, many restaurants or shops around here. Hair dryer is not available, air conditioner doesn’t work well n quite hot inside the room, water is leaking everywhere from the hose when I use shower, adapter...

Good for a short stay, work or so, safe enough, no luxuries

Good for the money. Following the egiptian standard, it's not modern nor well maintained, but it's ok for one or two nights. Staff is nice and trustable in our experience. Rooms are just ok. The terrace, old and dirty thb. Breakfast ok. Location is quite good actually, near the old market and close to the Nile. For the services they provide, hey are a bit overpriced tough.

It’s a fine place to stay for a few nights. I wasn’t hassled about buying tours, but the tour I did attempt to book through their travel agent was canceled thirty minutes before I was supposed to leave. (Yes, thirty minutes.) It was supposed to be a two-night cruise to Luxor, so now I have to find my own way there and figure out what to do. Stay there but don’t depend on the guy to book a cruise.

It's very simple and alright if you just looking for a place to crash for the night, but they do keep it clean and offer a nice simple breakfast, they also offer boat trips that are cheaper than out there so make sure to ask for it. The staff is very friendly and it has a good location like 10 min walk from the train station.

Location is good. but it is in a narrow Street and it is noisy there. Rooms are simple but ok. Room service is not that good but breakfast is very good.

This place is cozy, impeccably clean and with great ambiance. The atmosphere is laid back but the staff is very helpful and eager to please. They are very proud of their beautiful place and take good care of it and their guests. You must eat at their restaurant!! The food is divine! Simple but exquisite. I reccomend it very highly!

Reception desk needs the most work. There was a lot of noise from outside. Didnt have toilet paper, and there was a whole situation with the heater. At the reception they wanted us to pay in dollars and only accepting cash, that is the most absurd request knowing the law in EGP, wifi was ok and the breakfast was incredible, almost wanting to go back for that. The property is so beautiful, it takes you away from the city and it's chaos. If you want to relax, enjoy the beautiful Nile river, the birds singing and the peaceful nature, it's a must to visit. The food is authentic and delicious.

Nice hotel with a view of the Nile. Clean rooms. And nice staff. It does look older in some parts but the rooms are updated and great. Also the gift shop is a great spot to buy suvenior a without the hassles.

You will find the basics, clean bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast not that good and you may nees to bring something with you to eat specially for snacks. Room service is slow and don't have exact rime for cleaning. Most of rooms have a nile view which is magnificent.

The hotel has a lot of stairs before reaching the reception or your room area. They should install a small lift. As in big stores. Other than that it is a very very nice hotel with shops, delious drinks at poolside. River Nile view and boots to take you to see smaller villages. The rooms are good and comfortabele. Right next to the pool.

One of the old well maintained hotels of the city, very nice view.

We were arranged to stay in a river view suite in a small house across the road from the hotel (in fact, there is no river view on the first floor). The room was relatively damp. We paid the price of a five-star hotel but lived in a county guesthouse with decoration standards. The overall feeling was that the premium was very high and there was no cost-effectiveness.

The location is far away from the city center. The hotel helped to call taxis at extremely low prices. I was forced to stay in the hotel for dinner. Of course it was not delicious. No bottled water ready in the room Only the sunset is beautiful

I booked it temporarily because of the change in the itinerary. Tolip is a chain of five-star hotels in Egypt. Although the decoration style and facilities are relatively old, it is already considered good in the local area. The price is also very cost-effective. There are rooms with Nile views. It is only a one-minute walk away. It is very good.

The environment is good, next to the Nile River, and you can see the Nile River from the room. The breakfast is also quite rich, but the room facilities are very old, like a third-tier city hotel in China in the 1980s. The price-performance ratio is a bit low, so there are very few guests in the hotel.

Very nice hotel. The customer service is excellent! My husband and I stayed there for four days and they treated us so well. Anytime we called for any type of service they came to our room so fast. Very clean and excellent room service. Amazing view and roof top food/hangout area. Fitness area could use some updating but I love how it's partially outside. Overall had a great experience!

I got a very very nice room! I was happy there till it was breakfast time. Very basic and kinda disappointed. No one was there at 7am till 7.30am when I had to go to reception to tell them if there was breakfast. I was super tired and slept good. You do can hear clearly the cars from streets, I only stayed there for 1 night. Managed to watch sunrise from the balcony.

Good service and welcoming staff. The hotel is very close to Aswan market (about 60 meters). If you have an activity or about to check out early before breakfast, the staff will have you ready a breakfast box to take out with you. Now the downsides, the bath has the water heater and it's power socket very close to where the water is pouring and it seems dangerous (cause for electric shock). We left...

The staff was nice. For egypt it was ok. Wifi slow and spotty. Our door couldn't be locked from the inside, shower pole wouldn't stay up. Location was near market but pretty gritty in the area. Check in took a while, breakfast was decent. Good place to stay if you want the local feel. Clean.

We really had fun in it, the service is very good and the staff is friendly. The hotel is located in a special spot in Aswan; highly recommend.
