I stayed at Pyramisa Aswan, and I was really impressed! The hotel has become much better than before — very clean, comfortable, and organized. The staff are all so friendly, polite, and always ready to help

But in my personal experience, the cleanliness was acceptable. Previously, I stayed in a Pyramid View room at Mena House in Cairo, and honestly, I found the cleanliness to be similar

I did a massage there and it was really amazing — very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The jacuzzi is clean and calm, and the whole spa atmosphere is peaceful

Rooms are lovely with views of the Nile and the pool area especially is beautiful. The boat to the island is easy enough and is roughly every 10 minutes operating all day & night

If I ever come back to Aswan, I would definitely stay at Pyramisa again and go to spa for sure. Everything was perfect, and the people working there really make the place special

Our only disappointment was that we ordered a Caesar salad at the bar restaurant and it was iceberg lettuce with mayonnaise. But this is sort of par for the course for food in Egypt

We are staying here for the first time, but have found everyone to be beyond accommodating. We found ourselves at the spa with no appointments, but they were able to get us right in in a double room

The property is beautiful and couldn't be more safe if you had little ones who needed to run around. We had absolutely fantastic massages. The spa is not large, but very nice

There is also a gym, heated pool, very large indoor jacuzzi, saunas in the spa restrooms. My mom and I had a great experience

We found everything we ordered on the economy to be very bland. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was FABULOUS. There were more options that we could possibly have tasted

You can spend the day sailing on a small boat around the hotel, or you can spend time lying on a deck chair and enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant views of palm trees and the Nile behind which are sand dunes

What can I say, I had a fantastic experience!! From the very clean rooms with AC, the view of the pool and the city, and the exquisite restaurant, I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel

The hotel is not as good as expected. There’s no Nile view from our room, located at 2nd floor nor from the restaurant, so we didn’t see Nile from the hotel at all. The service didn’t make us feel welcomed

When we asked if the hotel has first aid kit, as my husband was scratched by a cat and needed sanitary treatment, the receptionist just directly said “No”, although he promised to check and came back to us, he didn’t… The room is good but the bathroom is quite old and the AC heat function didn’t work - it’s just around 8 degree during night in Aswan

Couldn’t find my booking after booking online although the name is the same.

The receptionist didn’t say hello or welcome, and looked impatient

I was worried about the hotel because of the reviews But it was actually very good♡♡ I stayed at a hotel with a view of the Nile It was very pleasant to walk back to the room at a leisurely pace⛵️ Breakfast🥣 was average But dinner was at the hotel restaurant🍽️ The menu was extensive and very delicious✨

Next to the Nile River, the hotel is very unique, the small garden is very beautiful, and the night view is amazing. It is recommended to choose rooms starting with 2 and 6, which are far from the street and quieter

I watched the sunrise and sunset of the Nile River and felt that the trip was worthwhile. In addition, the Egyptian buffet breakfast can be taken away, which is very friendly

There is a pier next to it, so it is also convenient to take a sailboat. We made an appointment for a sailboat at the pier outside at night, and the boatman took us directly to the hotel's pier after the end

In Egypt, where prices are high, this service is particularly good. Secondly, the hotel has a beautiful river view. Although it is not at the old waterfall, the river view here is not bad

Great value for price that i paid. We have all that we want in any accommodation - clean good bed, towels, toilet roll supplied, floor mat to keep bathroom dry, hot water supply 24hrs to make simple tea /coffee

just out of Aswan Train Station at 1:30am, walk in for the night. Ended up stay for 3 more nights! front desk help to arrange trip to Abu Simbel. i think we paid lowest $US20 pp in a 14 seater AC van promised 8filled

BTW simple breakfast, buns w cream cheese, jam, an egg, box juice was included in price

The room is really big and good space. The price is little high for it's category. The location is perfect and you are close to market, cafes, train station and Nile decks

Critiques: Beds had spines protruding out that weren't easy on your back and spine; shower curtain was not designed properly, went up to your waist, water gushed out the bottom onto the floor, parking is NOT included, good luck finding one on the adjacent streets

Hair dryer is not available, air conditioner doesn’t work well n quite hot inside the room, water is leaking everywhere from the hose when I use shower, adapter is not available, the door is too difficult to open with the key

Great free breakfast on the roof and free WiFi. Rooms basic but clean and they make shapes out of towels.

Booked for one night but stayed for 3. Great location, friendly staff, safe area for our bikes, great breakfast. Fast wifi in room 101. Looks like renovations are happening.

It's very simple and alright if you just looking for a place to crash for the night, but they do keep it clean and offer a nice simple breakfast, they also offer boat trips that are cheaper than out there so make sure to ask for it

It’s a fine place to stay for a few nights. I wasn’t hassled about buying tours, but the tour I did attempt to book through their travel agent was canceled thirty minutes before I was supposed to leave

I booked a three-day chartered boat tour of Abu Simbel Temple, Philae Temple, Kaunbo Temple, Nubian Village, etc. The price is not expensive, convenient and comfortable

The only disadvantage is that the breakfast is simple. For dinner, you can order your own food, and there are many choices, which is acceptable

The customer service is excellent! My husband and I stayed there for four days and they treated us so well. Anytime we called for any type of service they came to our room so fast. Very clean and excellent room service
