I stayed at Pyramisa Aswan, and I was really impressed! The hotel has become much better than before — very clean, comfortable, and organized. The staff are all so friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spa is also great! It’s very clean and relaxing, and the therapists are professional and kind. I did a massage there and it was...
Rooms were little outdated.. locks were little old.. shower area was less functional because the space in the shower area was less and water spills out from the shower area due to small glass cover which makes the floor wet. Location was amazing but nowhere it says that you have need to take ferry for every movement. And food was good they have 3 restaurants inside
Stayed here with my dad as part of our trip up the Nile. By far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Ms Christeen was great and very welcoming - as we're all of the staff. Rooms are lovely with views of the Nile and the pool area especially is beautiful. The boat to the island is easy enough and is roughly every 10 minutes operating all day & night.
It is difficult to find words to describe the hosting in Pyramisa. The island is amazing, well entertained, the pools are amazing and the scenery around the island is stunning. We did not use the spa experience but the rest of the services were great! Some special mention for the dinner, which is good, at a fair price and the employees are really nice. Namely, the custom manager (really gentle), Faisal...
Another Egyptian hotel that was half built when we arrived. The foyer was impressive and rooms okay though. The evening food was reasonably priced. The breakfast options were plentiful on the buffet and the coffee great but the early, takeaway breakfast was pretty appalling - 2 sandwiches, one mystery meat, one cheese, 3 pastries from the day before's breakfast and 2 pieces of fruit that looked around...
The facilities are a bit dated, definitely have shown the age of the hotel. Hoping that the hotel can do some refurbishment to return the hotel to its former glory. The boat is easily accessible from the dock across the Egypt Air office

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and couldn't be more safe if you had little ones who needed to run around. We had absolutely fantastic massages. The spa is not large, but very nice. There is also a gym, heated pool, very large indoor jacuzzi, saunas in the spa restrooms. My mom and I had a great experience. Our only disappointment was that we ordered a Caesar salad at the bar...
The hotel is located on a small island Elephantine island on the Nile River in the middle of Aswan. The hotel is very nice, modern and safe. There is also a high tower in the area, the service is at a high level and the food is very tasty. You can spend the day sailing on a small boat around the hotel, or you can spend time lying on a deck chair and enjoying the atmosphere and pleasant views of palm...
Fabulous view from our room and the restaurants, great food and a genuine inclination from the staff to help guests. We loved our 2 nights here. The deer enclosure is a treat. We also loved watching all the birds along the river bank.
Centrally located in Aswan. The only trouble is the need to travel across to Elephantine Island by shuttle boat to reach the hotel. But worth it with the beautiful view of the surroundings from the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially chairs/tables at the restaurant.
We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful resort. Everything was organized to perfection and everybody was super kind. Very neat and we had a great view on the Nile. We certainly hope to come back and stay in the same hotel. Thank you so much for!
What an amazing place! It’s an extremely nice hotels on an island in the Nile. Their pool is perfect! The spa is very pampering. We had a birthday in our group and they helped us celebrate in style! Thank you for the experience!

Basma hotel is good value. They've updated and modernize all the rooms and public areas. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. If you have to leave early in the morning and can't make the excellent breakfast buffet, you can ask for a breakfast box. The best option is Basma for it's price.
We stayed two nights in this hotel. The location is really not ideal — it’s right next to a cemetery and a mosque, so from around 4 a.m. you hear the loud call to prayer and morning ceremonies for almost an hour. The hotel was also under renovation during our stay, and the noise from drilling and construction continued until around 10 or 11 p.m. The hallways smelled strongly of paint. The quality...
What a beautiful hotel. We loved our stay at Basma Hotel. The welcome was very friendly. The room was clean, a bit outdated. The bathroom was nice. We had a wonderful view. Breakfast was really good and had everything you would need. We can recommend Basma Hotel if you are looking for a nice rest.
My experience at the Basma Hotel Aswan was excellent. The suite I stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and had a touch of luxury that made my stay very comfortable. The most impressive part was the breathtaking view of the Nile River from the terrace of my room. The hotel overall has a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, with a peaceful pool area free of loud music, allowing guests to enjoy the natural...
Looks nice on the exterior but the rooms are very old. Aircon was very noisy throughout, bed was uncomfortable (uneven), service is average, breakfast is also very average. I wouldn’t recommend it for this price.
The hotel service was great. All staff were nice and kind. The restaurant was good as well.

During the entire trip to Egypt, I was quite satisfied with this hotel and the St. Regis in Cairo. Maybe I have high standards. The hotel is good, the scenery is beautiful, but the restaurant is average. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here.
The mattress is uneven, bumpy and full of big lumps, like a pot lid was secretly stuffed inside. The food in the restaurant is not good, and I had diarrhea after eating. As an old hotel, it is really unacceptable... The only thing I can praise is the scenery, which is really beautiful. This is probably the best scenery in Egypt. The overall cost performance is quite low, but it is indeed the best in...
The room is very big. I like its bed the most. It is super comfortable. I want to have the same one in my own home. The most worthwhile thing is the view, so you must book a room with a Nile view, otherwise the experience will be much worse. The hotel is not big, but the room is super big. The food is average.
The decoration style is full of old money style. The service is very good. The room facilities are relatively old. The included breakfast is in the 1902 restaurant. There are not many varieties and the taste is average. However, it is worth staying just for the beautiful view on the balcony
We stayed in two rooms, the new building (Nile view) and the old building (garden view). The interior decoration of the new building is not as retro and elegant as the old building, but the bathroom and room layout are much larger than the old building, and the Nile view is really unbeatable. Both are different and worth it. It is recommended to stay for two nights.
One of the most famous hotels in Aswan and even Egypt, it was once a hotel for royals, politicians, and celebrities. If the budget is OK, don't hesitate, it will be a very unique and beautiful experience. The shower in the bathroom is really useless. The bathtub is large and suitable for bathing, but there is no shower curtain. After showering, the floor is full of splashed water. The hotel has a...

Marhaba Aswan Hotel is a budget-friendly accommodation option located in the heart of Aswan, Egypt. The hotel offers rooms with views of the Nile River, providing guests with a scenic experience. The rooms are spacious, but our friends have noted minor maintenance issues, such as leaky shower heads. The hotel's central location is a significant advantage, being situated near the Aswan train station...
I've never been better taken care of than at the Marhaba! The staff was attentive and proactive, the location was perfect, my room was comfortable -- with a phenomenal Nile view!
Cheap hotel but the hygiene is not good And the room is normal quality
Nice place with well manor stuff
The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's close to the train station and the rooms have a nice view, they need a few updates though. Overall it's an okay stay for a few nights.

We were arranged to stay in a river view suite in a small house across the road from the hotel (in fact, there is no river view on the first floor). The room was relatively damp. We paid the price of a five-star hotel but lived in a county guesthouse with decoration standards. The overall feeling was that the premium was very high and there was no cost-effectiveness.
The hotel is close to the Nile River, the swimming pool in front of the house is very clean, the environment and scenery are first-class, and it is very enjoyable. The room is very large, the bedroom, living room, and bathroom are all large and clean. The hotel yard is large, parking is convenient, and the service staff is very friendly. I booked a three-day chartered boat tour of Abu Simbel Temple...
Excellent room, and very friendly and sincerely caring staff. The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Monica the Guest relation manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay is at its best. Ibrahim from the breakfast restaurant always prepare our breakfast to go as our excursions were very early. Thank you Tolip staff for making our stay memories unforgettable. THANK YOU.
The location is far away from the city center. The hotel helped to call taxis at extremely low prices. I was forced to stay in the hotel for dinner. Of course it was not delicious. No bottled water ready in the room Only the sunset is beautiful
I booked it temporarily because of the change in the itinerary. Tolip is a chain of five-star hotels in Egypt. Although the decoration style and facilities are relatively old, it is already considered good in the local area. The price is also very cost-effective. There are rooms with Nile views. It is only a one-minute walk away. It is very good.
The environment is good, next to the Nile River, and you can see the Nile River from the room. The breakfast is also quite rich, but the room facilities are very old, like a third-tier city hotel in China in the 1980s. The price-performance ratio is a bit low, so there are very few guests in the hotel.

Location: A hidden gem of a hotel! Located on a hill, this hotel boasts stunning views of the Nile River. It's within a 500-meter walk of the Old Falls Hotel, 800 meters of Carrefour, and 600 meters of the Nile River banks, including the affordable park. The location is incredibly convenient. Room Facilities: The rooms are quite spacious, offering twin and double rooms. The window views of the Nile...
The hotel is on the top of the mountain with a great view. It is small but exquisite.
Facilities: Very new, a rare sight in Aswan. They even have Chinese outlets and hot water for breakfast – I suspect they've been customized for Chinese people. 😹 Cleanliness: Very clean Ambient: A view of the Nile from a distance, but it's not very clear for photos; it's still far from the close-up view of the Old Falls in the picture. Service: Excellent, excellent. The welcome snacks, fruit, and wine...
A very nice hotel, clean and sanitary, the welcome drink is delicious, the service here makes you feel as warm as home, the room is very quiet on the mountain and you can see the beautiful view of the Nile River. It is very close to Carrefour and a good place for shopping
I booked a club and was given a hotel upon check-in. They seem to be the same hotel. Let me start with the positives: the setting is nice. The hotel is located on a hilltop, offering views of Aswan's nightscape and the Nile River. It has a swimming pool and a massive 40-square-meter terrace. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was also good. The negatives are that the room...
The breakfast was very rich and the environment was very beautiful. The breakfast location is the same as his other hotel, the Aswan Bashima Hotel. In my experience, the overall feeling is that the Bashima Club Hotel is more cost-effective than the other hotel.

Although it's on an island, taking the hotel's shuttle boat to and from the island was much more convenient than I expected. Before checking in, I added the hotel on WhatsApp (which is also their phone number), and they sent me the pier location. Each time I needed to use the pier, I just needed to send a message and they would prepare the boat in advance.
I personally like this hotel very much. Although it is not as convenient as other hotels, and you need to take a boat to get on and off the island, the experience is indeed unique. You can see the Philae Temple on the boat going up and down the island. In fact, if you have seen many temples in the second half of your trip to Egypt, you don't have to go up to this temple. It would be nice to just look...
The staff here are a real treasure! From the front desk to the restaurant to room service, everyone is warm, friendly and helpful with a genuine smile. They always promptly attended to our needs, proactively provided various travel suggestions, and even helped with travel arrangements, making us feel warm and valued as if we were at home.
Location and view the best in Aswan. Breakfast was also excellent. Unfortunately, dinner experience was quite bad as it took them 40 mins to serve our food.
This was my favorite hotel in Egypt and I returned! With beautiful scenery, lots of flowers, and a white-themed landscape reminiscent of Santorini, you can spend a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all friendly, and the cats kept at the hotel were very cute and sociable, and we ate together and played the whole time ♡ The only disappointment was that this time the jacuzzi...
The scenery is beautiful. We checked in very late and took a boat to see the lights of the entire island. It was really beautiful. The room and surrounding facilities were not old. There are also many beautiful cats in the hotel restaurant. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the island. The scenery was even more beautiful in the morning. The terrace of the room faced the Temple of Philae. I regretted...

The room I booked in a hurry through the shoe city that day was only 120 yuan including breakfast. The location is in a street next to the railway station square. It is easy to find, the transportation is convenient, and it is not noisy. After checking in, I found that the room is large, the bedding is clean, and the heat is hot. The water is strong. I have stayed in the well-known Cleopatra Hotel...
We have passed one night at this hotel and the attention was very good, Abdeen, the recepcion responsible was more friendly, nice and hospitable. The breakfast is egipcian food, the rooms are enough for pass one night with all the necessary. There is a gym next and the cleanning is good. To spend a short stay , I recommend this hotel! Also, the train station is at 2 minuts and the near, you will find...

The room we stayed in was not well-illuminated. Very dim lights, otherwise a simple, standard room that's fair for its price. Critiques: Beds had spines protruding out that weren't easy on your back and spine; shower curtain was not designed properly, went up to your waist, water gushed out the bottom onto the floor, parking is NOT included, good luck finding one on the adjacent streets. However, service...

I’m in this hotel now. Just came to spend one night to go to Abu Simbel in the morning. Aswan is a poor town and don’t be shocked not to see “regular” restaurants or “normal” hotels when it comes to a budget. Good thing about this hotel is its location on the river and “ok” bazar behind it, which offers local gold jewelry, fruits and vegetables, clothes and other local things for a price you must...
The location and cleanliness are not bad, but the hot water is limited and they do not clean the room.
Hmm~ The location is great, across the Nile River from a famous restaurant, close to the station, and perfect for enjoying the Nile to the fullest. At first, I sighed deeply when I first saw the hotel facilities, but the kindness of the hotel staff made me persevere. The TV was a CRT and didn't work, and the air conditioning was a rare find these days, but it worked well. The hotel entrance is a long...
Great location. 15 minutes walking distance to train station and the big market where they sell everything, no need to take taxi. Location is good, very convenient. Cross Street is the Nile River with all the boats, got KFC next to it, beautiful and romantic to walk around. Room and beds are very small, smells from the bathroom have to use the air fresher. Okay for a short stay.
The best people in Egypt. Very nice people and humans and the best coffee in the whole egypt.
Location is great and the hotel is simple and nice. The room was bigger than I expected. Strong air conditioning and basic breakfast. 10 minutes walk to the market. However, it does not have a Nile front rooms.

Booked for one night but stayed for 3. Great location, friendly staff, safe area for our bikes, great breakfast. Fast wifi in room 101. Looks like renovations are happening.
Good for the money. Following the egiptian standard, it's not modern nor well maintained, but it's ok for one or two nights. Staff is nice and trustable in our experience. Rooms are just ok. The terrace, old and dirty thb. Breakfast ok. Location is quite good actually, near the old market and close to the Nile. For the services they provide, hey are a bit overpriced tough.
It’s a fine place to stay for a few nights. I wasn’t hassled about buying tours, but the tour I did attempt to book through their travel agent was canceled thirty minutes before I was supposed to leave. (Yes, thirty minutes.) It was supposed to be a two-night cruise to Luxor, so now I have to find my own way there and figure out what to do. Stay there but don’t depend on the guy to book a cruise.
It's very simple and alright if you just looking for a place to crash for the night, but they do keep it clean and offer a nice simple breakfast, they also offer boat trips that are cheaper than out there so make sure to ask for it. The staff is very friendly and it has a good location like 10 min walk from the train station.
Location is good. but it is in a narrow Street and it is noisy there. Rooms are simple but ok. Room service is not that good but breakfast is very good.
Great place to stay, very professional staff.
