Here for our 2nd two week visit. Service from all the staff is excellent. They are all friendly and can’t do enough for you. Ahmed and Ali at the pool bar are superb!
Sony and the magic team do a great job entertaining both adults and children.
Can’t fault the place will definitely be back!

Very nice resort, highly recommended! The staff is so nice, and the smile is always on their faces and are willing to help with everything. On our stay, we had Nada from the staff she was very helpful and caring.

We had a great time in Steigenberger Alcazar with our family. The service is great. Rooms are pretty clean. Territory is huge. They have a lot of swimming pools and wide beach territory. We had a comfy stay with our 1,5 years old baby.

Specially we would love to highlight the service. Ahmed Selim made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. We very much appreciate his kindness and positive energy.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at swim-up rooms and truly enjoyed having the pool right in our balcony. It offered great privacy. The hotel overall was nice and as luxurious as promised. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better. Note to people of color considering staying here- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware of.

It’s amazing place, service is good, cleaning is good. I like this place so much. The Jazy kids club is awesome place, that your child can spend good time making crafts and dancing, singing. The stuff are amazing!!! So thanks for good services.

Great resort! We’ve spent here 10 days and it was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back here after few months to celebrate my moms birthday!
The check in was fast, the reception team was very welcoming, concierge escorted us to our room, we’ve booked a swim up room and it was amazing. I liked that our pool was private and nobody could interrupt our relaxation. The food is amazing everywhere, as well the room service. Service is great ❤️ our housekeeper Mohamed was very lovely. I wish this paradise in this resort could never stop

Our first holiday to Sharm El Sheikh. Overall, a great experience. The hotel grounds are immaculate and the ambience is calm and relaxing. Food is generally of a very high standard. The staff are all friendly and hard working. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.
