We had a rest with the family, the weather was great, the sea was cool, but it was nice to swim) There was always something to do for both adults and children :) Both in the restaurant and in all the bars on the territory of the hotel there was always a lot of different food, breakfasts were very tasty, pastries especially The rooms were cleaned every day, the whole hotel was clean and tidy. It is so big that you will rarely cross paths with people. The guys at the reception were friendly and smiling, ready to help with everything at any time, the same goes for the waiters in the restaurant, they always greeted and patiently waited until everyone had dinner (for all those who like to sit for a long time)). The animation is very cool for both adults and children! Every day was different, in the evening children and adults had fun, each with their own programs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we loved this hotel 💓

Just returned from vacation, rested in the hotel Steigenberger Alcazar hotel is just super luxury fast without problems room Daria is very good with a view of the pool we liked in general everything there are many pools that are heated also the main restaurant which has a very large selection of food If also again or each country which we almost all visitors we liked the fish restaurant Safir most also Lebanese cuisine was very tasty ribs. Cleaning in the rooms was perfect mini-bar replenished daily also on the territory of the hotel all the staff is very responsive and pleasant Huge thanks specially to the girls if you suffer on which they can always help We really like the hotel and we will definitely come back.

Good hotel, there were some downsides when checking in, but thanks to Tatyana (guest relations), she sorted out all the downsides and saved our vacation. Once again, thank you very much Tatyana 🌷 The management should appreciate her! She knows how to resolve conflicts just great! The hotel is very good, clean, not noisy, there is a lot of food - but in fact there are not many edible dishes, in the a la carte restaurants - not very tasty, rather even tasteless, few fruits every day the same (apple, banana, dates, guava, orange, pineapple, many fruits taste like water 😅), now on November 9 there are a lot of people, a little cramped, as our Russian tourists like to occupy a sun lounger on the beach or by the pool in the morning and for the whole day with a towel or a book and you come and there are places only in the sun and at the end. The staff tries, but simply cannot keep up with the Russian guests who - bring everything and more, Valera pour)))) that's why sometimes they pretend that they just don't hear you or "forget" your order. The beach is full, I'll attach a photo. The restaurants are full, in general there are too many people. It's 1 km to the sea, the water is ankle-deep near the shore, the reef is good but you can't swim often, a red flag hangs (in the photo there is the end of the path into the sea at the end, this is where you can swim, you are not there). The animation is rather passive, there is nothing active, or rather there is almost nothing at all, I thought I would go to yoga - I came, there is none - no one wants 😅, the hotel is like Relax. We liked it, but a lot of people is a big minus, but the hotel is good. In short - if you are very picky, this is not for you. We liked it, but next time I'll think about it or not

Wow what an amazing place to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort was awesome, three huge pools as well as the beach like 20 metres from the hotel. Definitely going back and already missing it

From picturesque to staff it has all been a wonderful experience.

Everyone in the staffing team will try to help and resolve your issues and questions. The entry on Ala Carte and Spa is appointment based which is really professional and appropriate as that ensures quality experience and service.

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste. And again you have to factor in the originality of local flavors which can vary.

Arabic coffee was a slight miss (I am not sure if Egyptian and Arabic coffees are slightly different) but americano (both out of the machine and filter) was good.

There is a kids club with brilliant staff and some simple games for kids but that was slightly limited in comparison to some resorts but again because of that the resort was serene and not over populated.

Hats off to the hard working staff and management.

Well done to all the team in the Lebanese restaurant for fantastic service. Special thanks to Mahmoud, and his continuous attentiveness serving drinks poolside. All staff at this hotel have been outstanding.

Holidayed here from 18-26 November. A really lovely hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Kareem from consierge was kind and Aladoby in the buffet restaurant was always happy to greet us and was most respectful. The gentleman who served drinks from the trolley every day around the middle pool was always pleased to see us. We would thoroughly recommend the hotel. We had two massages in the spa which were wonderful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food choice and quality. Snorkeling at the beach, kite surfing, excursions, great spa. All amenities you need. Real 5 star. We will come again. Absolutely recommendable.

Here for our 2nd two week visit. Service from all the staff is excellent. They are all friendly and can’t do enough for you. Ahmed and Ali at the pool bar are superb!
Sony and the magic team do a great job entertaining both adults and children.
Can’t fault the place will definitely be back!
