We had a fantastic vacation here — everything exceeded our expectations. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality. The bars serve amazing, creative cocktails — truly something special! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sea, with a clean and well-maintained beach. Fresh towels were available every day, which was a lovely touch.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff — professional, friendly, and always smiling. A special shout-out to Mohamed from the bar, who’s simply the best! He always creates a great atmosphere, makes the most incredible drinks, and brings so much positive energy — he really made our evenings special.
Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back! 🌴🍹

MR Bassem one of the restaurant supervisor's he is very cooperative and he did all his best for us.
Mahmoud at reception he was so nice with us and made his best regarding to our requests as much as he can in a perfect way.

The staff overall were amazing and made our stay memorable. We especially want to thank Ibrahim, who kept our room spotless and pleasant, and Ahmed from the Kids Corner in the restaurant, who spoke “cat language” to our son and turned our meals into a highlight of the day.
The animation team was a mix of fantastic and underwhelming. The boys and Saio were great - very professional and engaging. On the other hand, the brunette hosting darts seemed more focused on her watch than the guests. Natasha in the mini-club didn’t show any interest in entertaining our son, even though we were the only guests there. We had to ask for things like painting supplies ourselves, and in the end, she announced we had 7 minutes left before asking us to leave.
The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone, and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
Despite the issues with maintenance and some parts of the animation team, we had a really good stay thanks to the friendly staff, good food, and beautiful setting.
Highly recommended hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet.
