The staff overall were amazing and made our stay memorable. We especially want to thank Ibrahim, who kept our room spotless and pleasant, and Ahmed from the Kids Corner in the restaurant, who spoke “cat language” to our son and turned our meals into a highlight of the day.
The animation team was a mix of fantastic and underwhelming. The boys and Saio were great - very professional and engaging. On the other hand, the brunette hosting darts seemed more focused on her watch than the guests. Natasha in the mini-club didn’t show any interest in entertaining our son, even though we were the only guests there. We had to ask for things like painting supplies ourselves, and in the end, she announced we had 7 minutes left before asking us to leave.
The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone, and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
Despite the issues with maintenance and some parts of the animation team, we had a really good stay thanks to the friendly staff, good food, and beautiful setting.
Highly recommended hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The animation team were always friendly and put no pressure on us to participate in activities they all had a smile for us.The negatives were it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues could do with lifts and it’s far from any shops and nightlife. All in all a very nice holiday with good staff and food.
We checked into the hotel around 4-5 in the morning, tired from the flight and the day, and we were not welcomed very well. They said that we had to pay an extra fee to get to the room early and that they could help if there was a room (even though I booked early check in), so we accepted and fell asleep in the reception area for exactly 3 hours; We were hungry, we were thirsty, it was almost unnoticeable, and no one came to help us. Until we wake up and ask ourselves. In terms of hospitality, it already started as -1 from the first day.
Apart from this, the friends who constantly come to talk to you for massages or events for hours with different price policies given by different people while you are resting by the pool or the sea, is a very disturbing system, you should stop this; Half of my holiday was spent with these conversations, it was quite boring. There was talk for hours about massage and other activities, but no service was offered as described in the packages I bought. We wanted to take a photo, and when we said that we did not want to take the whole photo, it was not nice that the photographer gentleman made fun of us both physically and with his facial expressions for taking only 5 photos without even looking at our faces, but we still did not disrespect him. If we talk about the events, it was a hotel that only appealed to Russians and played Russian songs, we couldn't enjoy it and it was quite a funny situation. Watching a performance specific to Egyptian traditions excites me rather than listening to Russian songs by the way. I guess you don't care about people from other nations as minorities, but there are many things you need to improve regarding this. And surprise news, our luggage was lost by the hotel on the last day. Yes, you heard right, our luggage was lost by the hotel, not the airport, and we arranged ourselves to leave 3 hours before the flight. Our luggage went with the other guests' bus and would arrive in 15 minutes, but it never arrived within 15 minutes and the guest was not happy with your services and management, which caused us to rush to the flight and get stressed. I didn't stay. I hope improvements are made.
