A Wonderful Stay at Crystal Inn
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crystal Inn during my visit to Al Alamein.
I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home, great hospitality, positivity and always smiling
Special thanks to Mr. Amr and his team for their kindness and help.
The first thing that caught my attention was the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby was elegantly designed, and the entire property exuded a sense of luxury. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the tasteful decor to the well-maintained facilities.
The room I stayed in was simply stunning. It was spacious, beautifully furnished. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches like a well-stocked minibar Coffee, Tea & Water and a selection of high-quality toiletries.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff.They were always attentive, prompt, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or accommodating special requests, they were always there to assist with a genuine smile.
Overall, I cannot recommend Crystal Inn enough. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location made my stay truly unforgettable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit

Is also great.
Food is fresh all along the day with a lot of choice, plus the chefs are here to cook what you need.
The beach is very nice, golf car is practical to reach it.

We stayed here for two nights, when we first came in they said the reservation was only made for one person and mentioned that we had to pay for the extra person. Housekeeping never came in to the room. The breakfast buffet wasn’t that bad but we never got assisted by a waiter. They were always assisting other guests but never approaches to us to serve coffee or anything that we might need, it was basically a self service. And at the moment we did the check out they charged us a $120 dollars for an iron that suddenly fell and broke when we have left the room.

I will start first with the challenges I faced in the Hotel during my 3 nights stay.
1st problem: No clear system for arrangement of the golf car between hotel and beach. Driver will take whoever will hop first in the car and no body from hotel is there at beach to arrange the turn of guests who came first. One day I had to wait for the golf car for around 25 min at beach to take me back to hotel. For the route from hotel to beach there was no real issue.
2nd problem: The beach quality is not as expected. The beach is full of rocks stones ans shells and not clean. Me an my wife were injured in our foot and hands. There is a separator between the beach of regal heights and crystal inn. I saw the life guard in regal height beach section very keen to remove all the stones and rocks however same was not being done in crystal inn section.
Other than that every thing was perfect. - The room was new, neat and clean. Rating 5 star.
- Hospitality and responsiveness of all Staff was amazing. Rating 5 star. Thanks to Mohamed, Rana and Menna from reception. Special thanks to Mariam from sunshine restaurant for the great hospitality and her daily passionate smile.
- The breakfast buffet was amazing. One of the best I have ever tried. They even provided us with special food requested by our kids that was not originally part of the breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was amazing from the minute we arrived till our checkout. Great location , amazing staff. We will definitely return again
