Reviews
Staff is amazing specially Mr. Moamen, the manager of main restaurant.
Enjoy your stay and be near all historical places in Alex and having a wonderful breakfast experience you have never seen before, overlooking the sea and old Alexandria city.
Strongly recommend
Highly recommend the place
Maybe being a historic building makes it hard to maintain all high tech requirements of modern hotels but overall a decent place.
Breakfast is amazing on the roof with a great view
Staff was really hepful and polite.
The hotel manager really cares about the feedback and she is working well on solving all guest concerns.
It's quite ..peaceful..sea front . Location is in the real Alexandria..
Staff was helpful
More facilities would be excellent
The price was a little high compared with the availability of facilities and room .
Also, the breakfast spot on the terrace offers a great view.
This museum is a 116 years old and you get to live in it for a few days. You’re instantly transformed to a different era of beauty and culture as soon as you step foot through the front door.
The staff is friendly and well trained. The views are to die for. The location is so central to the greatest food spots and shopping centers in Alexandria.
My wife, little boy and I enjoyed exceptional hospitality and were grateful for the staff’s quick response to a small incident with our son. Luckily he wasn’t seriously hurt, in no small part due to the staff’s attentiveness.
We highly recommend the Windsor Palace to anyone wishing to enjoy Alexandria the way it was meant to.
