In general the experience was amazing. But room close to the beach was tiny, bed was very uncomfortable, me and my husband couldn’t sleep properly. Also I had some stomach issues during the visit either from tap water or food. Last 2 days of my stay I skipped breakfast and I felt better a bit. Food that they have except breakfast was amazing! Hotel was about 3:45 hrs from Cairo. Staff were friendly and polite with us and very helpful specially house keeping . Breakfast and dinner were excellent, delicious with lots of choices. Room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed staying in it especially it was directly on the lagoon. Beach is nice and clean.

The most beautiful beach, cyan water and white sand, not hot weather. Really like Caribbean, maybe better. Hotel is nice, luxury, but older, the bathroom a bit worn out. We visited in December, so hotel was nearly empty. We graciously got upgraded at reception (Noor) to a sea room view which was very nice. The price was very good. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the walks by the seaside. We booked HB. The dinner and breakfast were adequate. The water pressure in the bathroom is not very strong and I got a couple of ant bites when I went to sleep.

I will start first with the challenges I faced in the Hotel during my 3 nights stay. 1st problem: No clear system for arrangement of the golf car between hotel and beach. Driver will take whoever will hop first in the car and no body from hotel is there at beach to arrange the turn of guests who came first. The rooms are acceptable but they have some problems such as the lack of facilities in the rooms and the blackout of the curtains is not good. We had a great time! The hotel is clean the staff are friendly and the decor is just amazing! We went September and it was off-season I would recommend visiting north cost mid summer June-August.

Played golf on the back 9 only because the front 9 is under maintenance. Course is so good and challenging especially hole 13 par 3. After this we went yo 19th hole , a Bar at the lobby.
