1. Room was very good

Slight cons
1. key card deactivated at every day it it was no where close to my phone. I was told they’re in the process of changing the entire keycard system during checkout.
2. The food and service at the beach lounge at night was subpar
3. Toilet flushing go system was a bit odd
I chose the hotel due to its proximity to my conference and gym availability but was also very happy when the room turned out to be great. I’ll still give it 5 star and potentially stay here again next time.

Had an amazing two nights at this hotel- staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is truly 5 stars in terms of interior facilities and service. Food was ok to be fair not the best I’ve had at a 5 star. Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean. Spa was amazing and the massage was even better! Sadly I left my ring on the table on the lobby and have tried to contact the hotel since but not heard back from anyone and I am unable to call directly to the number now I’m back in the U.K.! Would be great if someone can come back to me on this that would be great.
I have since tried to contact the email address supplied to get in touch but it seems like that doesn’t work either as it bounced back. Such a shame but overall it’s a nice hotel one of the best to stay in in Alexandria.

The place is amazing and has a private beach and shopping mall. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the smell of the hotel was awesome.
There are two swimming pools and spa facilities inside the hotel.
All the team are friendly and willing to serve with smile.

Lovely hotel with amazing food and service. The typical FS attention to detail is evident in the rooms and facilities. Friendly and professional staff always ready to help with a smile. To enjoy the full experience Upgrade to a sea view as most rooms without sea view don't have any particular view. This is the only downside I have found so far. I had an amazing experience still without the view. The breakfast on the beach is remarkable!

You can relax yourself in many ways at this premium hotel.
Room is nice and all hotel staffs are kind and friendly.
Needless to say there are many good restaurants and facilities including indoor , outdoor pool in addition to private beach. Advanced gym 🏋️♂️ facilities.
Only thing that does not match with this hotel was hotel TV. Not NO1 TV and small size TV.

Beautiful rooms, excellent soundproofing (the corniche is loud with nonstop traffic noises but you won’t hear a thing in the rooms), and great service from the staff, particularly the concierge who helped with transportation and other things we tasked them with. On the less pleasant side of things, unfortunately we didn’t appreciate the choice to play house music all day nonstop both in the breakfast area and beach area. Would prefer a more calming vibe especially given how intense the surrounding city can feel. Also unfortunately the sea water is riddled with micro-plastics. Not something the hotel can really fix, more of a societal issue, but made the water not very swimmable.

Dear Four Seasons Management,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Ms. Yulia Gromova during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, Ms. Gromova's understanding of hospitality fell short of the high standards typically associated with the Four Seasons brand, resulting in a disappointing experience on our first night.
From the outset, Ms. Gromova was unaccommodating and made us feel unwelcome. Despite having booked a stay at a luxury hotel, she caused significant delays during check-in, which took more than half an hour. She also insisted that my 8-year-old daughter must pay for breakfast, despite our reservation including breakfast.
Furthermore, Ms. Gromova refused our request for an extra bed, citing that it would disrupt the room's decor, and insisted that my daughter sleep on the sofa bed. Her rigid and unhelpful attitude starkly contrasted with the professionalism exhibited by the rest of the hotel staff. When I escalated the situation, everyone else was responsive and understanding, except Ms. Gromova.
The following day, the Head of Guest Experience addressed our concerns with utmost professionalism and apologized for Ms. Gromova's conduct. This intervention was greatly appreciated and helped to restore our confidence in your esteemed hotel.
It is regrettable that one individual's behavior marred our initial experience at your hotel. I wish to emphasize that all other aspects of our stay were excellent, and the rest of the staff demonstrated the exemplary service the Four Seasons is known for.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure that no other guests have a similar experience in the future.

Our stay was fantastic
Great hotel and so clean.
A professional team is organized and takes care of the small details of the service.
The pool was incredible with a charming view. Mohammed Hassan was very helpful and welcoming.
