Staff are excellent. No issues with them. The room however was very disappointing.
The shower door didn't fully close.
The fridge didn't work.
Broken tiles under carpet that needs a steam clean.
TV is 14 years old and doesn't allow smart view to stream from phone.
Decor is very dated.
Windows were filthy and need a good clean.
Lastly we had a pool view from room 443 and needed the balcony door open for fresh air, but the music from the restaurant is loud, through poor quality speakers and goes on until 11 at night.

We stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely stay. We were upgraded to the royal suite and it was beautiful. We enjoyed lunch in the lobby which was very nice. Thank you to the lobby staff for being helpful.

I recently stayed at the Hilton on Alexandra Corniche for three days, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the sea. Amenities like the pool and gym were well-maintained, providing excellent opportunities for relaxation and exercise. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I would give my stay a 5-star rating and highly recommend the Hilton to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay.

Really great location right on the sea! And near an alive neighborhood where you can discover food and shop. The service is excellent my dad wants to thank Mr. Ahmed Salem for huge efforts. The food was also great with huge variety.

Sadly our room in this hotel suffered from external noise, which whilst not the fault of the hotel directly. I did feel that better efforts could have been made to sound proof the rooms.
The hotel services were absolutely fine as were the room internals.
A good cooked and continental breakfast was offered.

Room was a bit dated. The pool area is quite small and only has a few lounge chairs, which are taken by families very early in the morning and held all day - so do not plan on lounging in the sun. The pool water is also cloudy and full of kids, so not enjoyable either. Also service at the pool was terrible. It took an hour for someone to take my drink order, and then 30 minutes to return and tell me my drink is unavailable.
To top it all off, I cut my hand on a rusty nail sticking out of an umbrella in the deck. I’m leaving Egypt early to get a tetanus shot back home

The cigar bar was nice though. The food and service there were excellent with great entertainment. Cigar Bar is the highlight of the hotel.
For the price, there are better options. This definitely is not a 5 star hotel. 4 stars at best. I regret staying here - I think I would have enjoyed Alexandria more if I were in a different hotel.

Alaa and Salma are very friendly and professional customer service representatives. They made our stay above our expectations; they even recommend places to visit. We highly recommend booking at this hotel. Breakfast and variety of restaurants are excellent. Lobby area is huge with nice sea view. Thanks 🙏 for your nice hospitality; we will visit again.

Very nice hotel and staff friendly.
The major problem is construction of the beach line and traffic. The beach is all but impossible to use.
Hotel has good location with shopping close by. Restaurants outside of the hotel is a little difficult to get to by walking.
If you're just going to enjoy the beach I would say maybe look somewhere else.

I had the worst experience ever at the Hilton hotel.
Firstly, we paid for an extra meal, but when we went to the hotel restaurant, they kept sending us to different restaurants within the hotel. The waitress was extremely careless with our situation, leaving us standing while they discussed the issue among themselves. It turned out to be a mistake from the reception, which is totally unacceptable.
Secondly, I felt unwelcome at the hotel. Most of the staff were unhelpful and gave us unpleasant looks.
Thirdly, I called room service to come at 11 PM, but they only arrived at 1:20 PM. When they finally cleaned the room, it was done quickly and poorly.
I did not expect to encounter such issues at Hilton, which is supposed to be a professional and five-star hotel. Just two weeks ago, I stayed at the Sunrise hotel in Alexandria, where the staff were caring and nice. I came to Hilton hoping for the same quality, but it was the complete opposite.
I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I can't wait to leave.
