GF Victoria

Great hotel for families. They have thought of everything. Small dressing gowns for the little ones, great kids menu, pool area and ball games. Our 2nd visit here and never been disappointed! Only thing i would ask for is the entertainment to be mixed up. Exact same acts as last year and just okay. But that's a minor thing and wouldn't stop us booking again. all the staff are super friendly and really helpful.

Flawless stay. From start to finish. Honestly cannot fault this hotel. Clean, house keeping 10/10 and amazing kids club - they were fantastic. Special shout out to Juan too - he was so good with our girls, always had a smile on his face and nothing was too much to ask. We will be recommending this hotel to everybody and can’t wait to visit again!

We attended the Bio-Spa….GF Victoria in Tenerife had the perfect solution with their private family spa suite inside Bio-Spa Victoria. We've struggled to find spa spots that let us relax without worrying about childcare, but this place nailed it. They offer a great experience with an hour to enjoy the facilities and a 25-minute massage to unwind. Plus, you can opt for just the spa if massages aren't your thing. Adults get champagne, kids get OJ - everyone's happy! The customer service was top-notch. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area! They also offer other services as well. I was able to get a 25 min prenatal massage with no problem in the same area. They do kids massages, but my little one was not having it. My husband and I just took turns.

What a Holiday and where do I start. The hotel is 5 Stars for a reason, it’s the best hotel I have ever been to and they have literally covered all basis to ensure their customers stay is a memorable one. The staff were excellent and the rooms amazing. Each floor is well thought of and the hotel caters for all whether a family with kids or adults alone. It has its own water park with amazing slides and its own adult only area for a more natural experience, if you know what I mean. Each floor has pools and bars with food served. The entertainment team for kids were absolutely fabulous and special mention to Gabriel whom all the kids loved. All staff from the cleaners all the way to reception go the extra mile above and beyond their duties to ensure each customer has a pleasant stay and brilliant experience. I can’t wait to revisit Tenerife and will without a shadow of doubt return to the GF Victoria.

Great for family’s, main pool and water park pool excellent for kids but there’s also a lower level pool which does not allow floats and does not have shallow end so is great if you are looking for a quiet pool. Also small pool on roof for adults only. Rooms are spacious with 2 bathrooms which is great when travelling as a family of 4. Facilities are excellent and well maintained. Staff are friendly and happy to help. This is our 2nd year here so that speaks for itself.

Lovely hotel, great workers in a great position for families. only complaint is the lack of access to fresh water like closer hotel (see Iberostar nearby) provide to all its guess in a free refillable way. plenty of sunbeds and your towell will be removed if you leave it there unattended (nice one). night entrainment could be better and shame for the lack of promotion on the kids activities altought there is a great team of guys on site.
Fab slides and excellent board surf experience (not free). Food was nice fresh and of good quality overall.

Amazing, we have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it just gets better. The staff make the hotel what it is they are all amazing. We will always come back as much as we can. Thank you for making our holidays special!

This is our second time staying at the hotel, an exceptional experience all round. Well located at the centre of the more luxurious part of Costa Adeje, the GF Victoria is immaculately clean, has friendly staff and an abundance of sun loungers, you never have any issues finding a good place to sit. The pool areas are all excellent and offer something different, including fun water slides, a family pool area and a quieter salt water pool.

Can’t fault this place - hotel is immaculate, food is amazing, and the staff can’t do enough for you. Location wise, it’s pretty much perfect. So much close by from designer shops, to normal holiday junk! Pools are brilliant, really nicely spread through out the gardens and kids stuff separated off from adults and quiet areas. Would highly recommend. Easiest 5* review I have done. We will be back.

We’re just back from our third trip to GF Victoria and we have had a great time. My daughter has also had a great time and the animation team are all fantastic! They really are great with the children. The whole staff team at the hotel are great from reception staff to cleaning staff, restaurant staff and day bar staff - faultless! I would recommend the premium or harmony suites if that’s possible because you do get more space in the room. Overall a beautiful hotel and we will be back next year. Thank you team GF Victoria 🙌🙌
