Hotel Planas

It was close to the Expo i attended during my business trip, The breakfast for me as a bacon lover was amazing.

But for someone living in Greece only the coffee was not to my liking it wasn't strong enough.

Anyways had enjoyed my stay and would return again

This hotel has everything you need!! Clean and spacious room with furnished balcony, great air-conditioning, nice pool area, great location close to the beach, shops and bus stops and bus station, has lockers to leave your suitcase,a small gym and spa service,whole staff from front desk to cleaning and restaurant is just extra nice, big breakfast with lovely pastries and even different options of milk,has the most beautiful veranda/patio area.

Just had a 7 night stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Great location opposite the beach. Staff were very helpful and room was ready early. We had no complaints will be back in the future. Pool area and bar very relaxing.
Great hotel would give more than 3 star.

Nice location just across from the beach front - rooms pretty much basic no tea and coffee machine in room - clean and basic but at the price is okay -
Breakfast is a buffet - got cold and hot food etc the usual not as good as some but okay
- I had evening meal which you select of a menu -can be hit and miss .
Staff all friendly can't fault them at all
And the pool well small but adequate

I am a solo disabled traveller and the care and help I got was the best I've received in Spain (I've stayed in 100s of Spanish hotels 3/4/5 stars.).
My review is based on the cost I paid per night in May 2024.
Lovely welcome. Clean and welcoming reception. Room was perfect. Excellent air con. Comfy bed. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast good and plentiful considering it was included! The hotel is in a PERFECT position and my favourite authentic side of Salou (old town/harbour). Everything is within easy reach!. Best authentic Tapas. Boutique shopping, Mercadona supermarket (cheap for toiletries and SPF).and areas to unwind as the beach is literally a 2 min walk. The outdoor terrace is inviting and classy. 1 glass of good wine was only £2.40! I intended on staying 1 night as travelling through Spain. I ended up extending my stay to 4 nights! People mention in previous reviews about the external noise but that seems to be only on a weekend from neighbouring bars of people enjoying themselves. Go join in or pop some Ear Plugs in like I do until the bars have closed. A special mention to Christine the Receptionist (native English speaker) who went above and beyond for me. 💐💐

I didn't stay here but I had a drink whilst my friend had a massage in the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and lovely, clean, comfortable surroundings.

Favorite hotel to stay at in Salou. Located next to the beach, shops and the best restaurants in the town! The staff was very friendly and always available to answer any questions. Also, the massage service at the wellness center downstairs was amazing to recover from the long beach days! Very cheap prices and best masseuse I’ve had in a while.

Nice cheap hotel only 5 minutes from the beach, room was half refurbished but was still a good hotel.

Great location in the quite end of salou.
Very clean modern room with decent facilities. Great pool and in a much nicer setting than what the website implies.
Breakfast is what you expect, perfectly edible but it's not going to win any awards.Slight variation of options for my two mornings.
Ten min walk into the tourist busy area or 2 mins from the lovely beach and green space over the road.
Directly behind the hotel are plenty of more traditional style restaurants and bars at more reasonable prices.
Ideal location for single travellers.
Plana bus which takes you to Barcelona airport is 700m down the promenade opposite McDonald's. Roughly 15 euros each way.
