Boutique Hostemplo Sagrada Familia Mini-hotel

The location is great. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. The problem comes in if you are traveling with friends. On their official website, the promote two twin beds, but once you pay and get to the hotel, they don't have anything available. A complete trap. If you need separate beds, don't waste your time and money with this place.

This place doesn't deserve the rating it's got, honestly overrated and living in its past glory. The location is good if you want to capture early photos, and don't expect a view of the Sagrada from the balcony. The AC only works intermittently, so if you're jet lagged, good luck getting it to work during the day in 28C and 80% humidity. Twice in our four day stays, we had it go out on us. If you find a young man at reception, he won't help you. Lied to my face about wifi password, and was wholesomely unhelpful. This place would be rated 3.5 to 4 if not for the location.

absolutely worth it if you are a family but if youre a couple like us then absolutely NOT worth it. for almost the same price compared to the family suites, you get a smaller rm, no amenities, the AC even smelled of pee, you hear everything so when a couple does their business on the upper floor then you will wake up in the middle of the night. all the closing opening of doors and conversations you will hear. BUT i must commend the staff on the 276 Bldg but not in the bldg who accepts check ins. They at least did something when i complained about the smell. If you arrive late, then you will have to look for the bldg where you need to chk in, no advise at all that the chk in counter is diff fr where youre staying so if it's raining then youll be completely @##_€.

Where do I start? My stay was a nightmare, I've never seen such an unprofessional manager.

First of all, the sink was blocked and smelled like a sewer. A maintenance person came and unblocked the sink, but the smell remained throughout my stay, and the manager told me that there was work going on in the street and that there was nothing he could do.

Secondly, the breakfast, make sure that the products are fresh, the turkey had a bad smell, and a disgusting taste, when I sent a message to reception, I was told that the breakfast was well prepared, basically that I was a liar, this establishment will never question itself apparently. In the end, the manager admitted that the turkey was a bit limited.

As I have a sensitive stomach, of course I was sick.

I reported all these problems to Booking, the manager told me we'd refund you, you'd have to leave, as you weren't happy with our service.
Leaving and having to find another hotel at the last minute when I had booked my accommodation well in advance was out of the question.

I won't mention the mould in the shower, the photos speak for themselves.

When it was time to leave and I asked for compensation, to be reimbursed for half of my reservation, of course the manager didn't want to know anything and told me that I had shown him a lack of respect, but this was in no way the case.

I think the manager needs to take a customer service course, because this attitude is unacceptable.

I stayed during 3 nights , nobody came to clean 1 time the room and change the towel.

I wonder how this establishment can have so many good reviews.
