Shout out to Mercedes at the front desk. I made a mistake with our departure date and only book us for four nights. She called me when we out sightseeing and asked me if I was ok and that we had only booked for four nights. I checked the reservation and she was right, I made a mistake. She able to keep us in the same room for a extra night at the same rate, our flight was leaving the next day. She really took care of us and I am very grateful to her.
