The location is very good and convenient. It is right next to the Avenue des Grazies. It is convenient for shopping. It is within walking distance of Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. However, it is a little far from the Sagrada Familia and you need to take a taxi. It is not very convenient. The facilities are satisfactory. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of Gaudi's three-piece suite. The hotel service is also very good, actively helping with points, providing luggage delivery, etc. Since we left early, they also helped prepare a takeaway breakfast, which was very rich.

From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to my needs. William ensured my check-in process was smooth and efficient, and his local recommendations truly enhanced my stay in the city.

The hotel is in the heart of Barcelona, close and walkable to all the famous places. The location is perfect, allowing us to explore the city easily and return to rest in the afternoon or for an evening walk.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed rooms. I especially loved my prestige corner room, which was beautifully set up with great amenities. The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with lots of variety—we really enjoyed it each morning before heading out to explore.

Came to pick up a guest from this hotel and wanted to wash my hands. The doorman that barely speaks English was very rude and told me I can’t wait for my guest there + tried to physically remove me from there. I recommended my guest to stay here and somehow got this treatment. Teach your 3rd world doorman some manners on how to treat people
