Great location and super friendly staff. It's a nice hotel for inner city but not quite a full 4 star. The rooms are nice and have the basic amenities. Bathrooms a little tired looking. Overall a nice hotel with great access to the metro and sites, but lacks that 4 star hotel quality.

We are delighted to have found this amazing boutique hotel which is located a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, we felt safe.
Metro and buses are a stone throw away.
Room was very clean and quiet. Staff were all very friendly. It had been a very pleasant stay.
Highly recommended!

I have stayed in a few different hotels in Barcelona, but none compared to the hotel well and come. The facility, the staff, the location were all so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everything was free inside the room, it was not something I saw frequently from a hotel. The rooftop pool was lovely for spending down time. This is easily one of my favorite hotels in this world.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was great for two friends traveling together, clean and with everything we needed. We also liked the location, in a great area near lots of attractions and good food, but removed from the most touristy areas. Also all of the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful - they shared great recommendations in Barcelona and Spain more generally. We’d definitely go back!

Horrible Experience / Avoid this Hotel at ALL COST!
I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. First, we had a power outage that lasted for an hour. The staff did nothing to help or explain the situation. It was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially for a hotel that claims to offer quality service.
The worst part came the following day when my diamond ring was stolen. The hotel staff was completely unhelpful and dismissive. They did not even have the courtesy to understand the gravity of the situation or to review the security camera footage. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking.
I have traveled extensively in Spain and have never had such a terrible experience. This hotel is an absolute disgrace, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooftop area was really relaxed.
The rooms have relatively think walls, so I kept thinking someone was coming into our room every time our neighbours opened or closed their doors. Also, the hallways really needed a vacuuming.
We needed a place with parking and the garage they use is very close to the hotel and generally easy to get into and out of. Special note that the parking garage is closed on the weekends, so you need to get a key from the front desk, but it's super simple.. just make sure to allow for an extra minute or two.

This hotel is phenomenal. Not only is the location amazing , walking distance from all of the major attractions, the rooms are extremely modern and clean, rooftop pool deck is amazing and most importantly service is some of the best I’ve received in Barcelona . They worked with me to make changes to my booking and help curate an amazing trip. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, was a great stay, will definitely be back next time I’m in Barcelona

The front desk was extremely helpful, especially Marina. We arrived very early, and our flight out was very late, but even though they were not able to get us a late checkout, they store the luggage so we could go sightseeing.

Wonderful, cute and cozy hotel! Great location, super staff. Room 12 is great with a nice terrace. Nice cafe on the ground floor, easy access. We recommend for placement!

Great stay with near central location in Barcelona. Super safe street and the hotel breakfast was awesome. Most importantly though the staff were absolutely impeccable in making sure the stay was worthwhile, in particular I got to know Marc and another gentlemen who’s name has unfortunately slipped my mind (both equally unforgettable people), they both have amazing service and most importantly are amazing people, they
are the ones who truly make this hotel worth every penny. Don’t hesitate to book your trip as they will most certainly take great care of you!
