Hotel Sant Roc

The highlights of our stay were the restaurant, the stunning views, and the excellent location of the hotel. The cleanliness was also impeccable and definitely deserves recognition. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff, particularly at the bar and restaurant. While the front desk team was polite and professional, the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant was anything but professional. There was a general sense of immaturity and lack of seriousness—young employees laughing, joking around, and behaving with an air of arrogance that made us feel uncomfortable. The most disturbing experience happened during the night shift with one of the staff members, a young man with dark hair. He took several minutes to open the front door, as if he had been asleep, and when he did, his attitude was completely inappropriate. He looked us up and down in a lewd, unsettling way, and we even overheard what seemed to be sexual remarks made between him and a colleague from the bar. It was a very unpleasant and unacceptable situation that made us feel disrespected and unsafe. In times like these, such behavior towards women should never be tolerated. It is not only deeply inappropriate—it can be more than reportable. No guest should have to experience that kind of treatment, and we sincerely hope the hotel takes this matter seriously.
