Cleaninig lady was nice. Under our bed we found dirty sock. Hair was everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. Hair on towels. Thin walls, I heard everything from the room next to me.

I would give this place no stars if I could! This is not a 4* it is more like a 2* the rooms are not cleaned properly full of dust and bugs look under your beds 🤮 i was told the cleaners where overwhelmed and didn't clean the room properly but they where happy to put me and my children in them. I complained they moved me to a different room to be faced with the same problem but the room was alot worse cracked floor tiles that where sharp dust everywhere poo stains in the bathroom thick with dust and under the bed looks like it's never been cleaned. All around the door was cracked and hanging off the wall it wasn't pleasant at all. I booked a 4* for a reason my children have autism and can become very overwhelmed when in new environment it looks nothing like the pictures so they where overwhelmed and upset so that made me upset. After backwards and forwards conversation with anna I had to start recording as she was being very rude she left me and my children sitting in reception all day and said there is nothing she could do didn't even offer for the cleaners to go in and clean the room properly. She also said that she has been to a 4* in London and it's worse than garbi park i had to laugh at that 😆 I started recording our conversation and I told her I have recorded it and she all of a sudden started being nice and moved us to the gran garbi hotel so if you are going there with children and children with additional needs be causuous. The gran garbi on the other hand was lovely

No, no, no how this hotel has four stars is beyond me.
Firstly the airport transfer drops you on the main party Street with no instruction on how to get to the hotel which is five minute walk from the hotel but still difficult to find we had to use Google Maps. We arrived checked in and took our suitcases to our room in the tiny lifts that struggled to fit two people and two cases in and most certainly would not fit a wheelchair and the person in, we booked a double room and there were two single beds. The bed is uncomfortable scratchy and we spoke to a British couple who also stayed and they were leaving halfway through their book stay as they had been bitten by bedbugs all over The food options are minimal flavours don’t seem to exist here. They often reheat leftovers from the evening meal the next morning. There are only four options for a main meal supplement by rock solid bread rolls and dry pastries. The dessert is poor and both my partner and I experienced Food poisoning The staff miserable the restaurant was not very clean. There were many obnoxious guest shouting across the room to other people are really unpleasant atmosphere disrespectful not welcoming in the slightest and staff didn’t seem to batter an eyelid at this. Advertises the splash park which doesn’t seem to exist when you’re there it is nowhere to be found. The pool is unclean and has lots of floating debris on the surface. There was a lifeguard although he sat on his phone all day paying no attention to anyone in the pool we booked a cheap holiday not expecting anything special however with the four star rating and the £500 price of this we expected much more than what we got. This is a two star possibly scratching a three on a good day in my personal opinion the location is decent It’s easy and about a 10 minute walk to the beach right next to the centre of the nightlife which is good if you come for that however if you’ve come for a family friendly holiday as advertised you definitely will not find that there is rowdy groups constantly making obnoxiously loud noises screaming shouting and partying until 4 am almost every night I serve a drink in a glass with lipstick stains on to which the bartender serve me a different glass but simply poured the contents into that. I really would not recommend unless you are travelling solo and simply need a bed to sleeping transfer also ignored us as we were leaving my partner and I stood in the road with our suitcases arms out waving at him and he just drove straight past also when speaking to the staff about the hotel transfer said that we needed to sort one with them and tried to charge us another €70 when we had already prepaid for a coach , do not come here !!!

Arrived at the hotel finally at around 3am after a 6hr plane delay. We came out for a group holiday with friends. Already absolutely exhausted from travelling nearly 14 hrs. When arrived we weren’t greeted with the warm welcome we expected. I asked the guy when checking in if he knew if the room had a double bed in as we were trying to sort out rooms and he snarked in my face and said why would i know that. We were also stereotyped as being a loud, rowdy group of teenagers, probably due to the high number of german students shouting in the hallways through out the night . However we are a very respectful group of adults and practically got our heads bit off before we had chance to walk through the door. Non the less when we arrived in our rooms they were some what clean. My friends rooms however were quite dusty and the bed sheets were never changed , probably why we’ve all came home very ill. When coming in one night we got shouted at by the man on the desk as he claimed that my boyfriend hadn’t checked in and claimed him as a guest ? when we had a room and had checked in the day before! apparently he hadn’t seen his passport? when trying to explain this me and my girl friends were belittled and told to ‘be quiet little girl’ . bar staff were very lovely and helpful. food was okay could be a few more options for breakfast but it’s decent there is always something for everyone. Overall , not bad but would suggest taking the reviews into consideration.

It was a total nightmare our room was super dirty, we had dirty sheets. There was blood on my pillow, a stain on the matras, mold in the bathroom, dead bugs on the ceiling and even a gum was sticking to the wall. We asked for a new room but this was not possible, instead they offered to clean it, but it was still dirty and my pillow was still the same as was the matras. And the food was even worse, breakfast looked like it was laying around there for already a month or so. It was so worse we needed to go to a new hotel.

on return from my holiday to Garbi park hotel Lioret da mar . I When we arrived and got into our room , the towels was dirty , old cake in the drawers, bath was absolutely filthy and the floor was dirty . I complained and eventually our room was changed . When going to the bar the staff was very rude no manners at all , and even the reception staff said they have many complaints about them and that they dont even ask for coffee from them . The food was disgusting and many times we was eating out and we found dead flies in our food and our customers said they found hair in their food . There was no entertainment some evenings and was told there would be , no music around the pool area . We wasn't allowed to take our food around the pool when we tried to eat their , also if we wanted to take food to the room was told no we can . area and no organisation. There were only snacks between 16.00 and 18.00, which was microwaved, so absolutely no taste . Something needs to be done about this . We was so happy to be coming home when really we should be wanting to stay . I paid £1904.00 for this holiday , for 5 nights . This is rated 3/4 star hotel I would rate it 2 star no entertainment for young child in the day , we was all inclusive and we was given a token which we had guve whwn we wanted a drink and if we lost the token or didn't give the empty beaker back as this was not a glass we would have to pay 1 euro . The drink was made from a machine and had no taste . When I asked for rose wine again in the beaker I was given a small measure and had to ask for a proper drink not a sip. I was told dint tell them how to do their job , I said I'm a paying customer and don't be rude . I wouldn't stay here again and avoid the place like the plague
