Gran Hotel Flamingo – Adults Only in Lloret de Mar

We have just returned from 12 days at the hotel and on the whole it was positive. Hotel well located on main *****, lots of bars and restaurants surrounding so it can get very noisy come night time, It appears to be very popular with younger people. Hotel was very clean and had quite a sophisticated edge which you expect from adults only hotel. They had many sofas in bar area which were extremely comfortable and great place to relax. We were upgraded to a superior room which was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The aircon and ceiling fan were very much needed as extremely hot during our stay. Both of the rooms were sited on the outer side of building opposite neighbouring hotel so no view other than the people across the way so it limited time sat out on balcony. My son was in a standard single room which was cramped but he managed well during the time. The housekeeping staff work extremely hard and should be commended. The food was simply amazing and restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The range of foods was superb (my son developed a serious cake habit) but only criticism was the food wasn’t always hot enough. The bar staff were great especially francesco who went out of his way to please and he made the best Irish coffee. The ground floor pool area did not have enough sun beds for the amount of guests and they had a 15 min policy where they removed towels if people didn’t come back however this was not put into practice so quite a few guests “saved” beds for several hours without using which limited other guests, this was raised with reception and basically were told not our problem. Also no parasols which was crazy as have stayed at lower star hotels who had parasols so it limited time you could sit out as pool area was sun baked by 1pm which was a shame. Although we were upgraded to superior room we didn’t get given access to rooftop bar and pool, we asked several times and were told no yet other hotel guests in standard rooms were given wristbands and access which seemed unfair. we found some of the reception staff stand offish and at times rude. But on the whole it was a lovely holiday

Great for birthdays, hen parties, stag dos with friends. Had a great time. The place was lovely had a great time. The Hotel was lovely and the breakfast was 5*

From the minute you walk into reception you are meet with an amazing smell. Check-in was so easy with very pleasant and informative staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are bright and very clean. We booked a superior room which gave us access to the rooftop terrace and pool, which was gorgeous! The dining room is huge and the buffet style breakfast caters for all tastes and cultures. Although, I would suggest replacing the two toasters with an industrial toaster for the sake of speed and convenience but that isn't a criticism as I cannot fault anything aspect of this hotel. If you like to hit the gym whist your away, you will be impressed with the modern and stylish gym. Shops, bars and nightclubs are minutes away as is the beach. I recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely be staying there again.

I traveled alone at the end of September to relax for a week. I really got to do it. Incredibly nice and accommodating staff. I would especially like to thank Anna in the reception who was so nice to me during my week there.

The hotel is located in the city center and close to the sea. Perfect place to jog in the morning! The rooftop was very nice to be in during the day.

Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station at one side and the beach the other.
Fantastic views from the rooftop pools and bar. (Even provide the towels, so you don't need to pack any.)
Breakfast was all you could eat from a wide selection of foods.
Note this is an over 18s hotel. No children!

Our stay at Hotel Flamingo Adults Only in Lloret del Mar was fantastic. The room was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. Breakfast was a daily highlight—super tasty with a great variety. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding a warm touch to our experience. The fact that it's an adults-only hotel made our stay even better, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere amidst a city often bustling with children and adolescents. The rooftop was the star of the show, providing stunning views and the ideal spot to relax. Highly recommended for a tranquil adult getaway!
