I stayed at this resort on an all inclusive package with my wife and daughter during the October school half term.
The hotel was an excellent choice!
Food was lovely with lots of choices throughout the day all freshly cooked and prepared. The chefs and staff were amazing. Every request was acted upon instantly which was appreciated.
The children’s entertainment was fantastic especially since this was the last week of trade for the hotel. There were no compromises. Cesar and all the animation team were exceptional. They kept everyone motivated even throughout the rainy days - thank you.
The reception staff were wonderful too and always ready to help.
The apartments were cleaned dally without any exceptions and extra towels were always available when needed.

had an excellent stay at Rosamar Garden Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The accommodations were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. There were so many activities for the kids that they were entertained from morning to night, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time as well. The resort is perfect for families looking for a fun, worry-free vacation. The buffet was full of delicious foods.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 9-day all-inclusive stay with our family—my wife and our two boys, aged 8 and 16. Our experience was truly exceptional, and I'd like to share our thoughts.

We stayed in a fourth-floor apartment with a view of the mini golf area and parking. This turned out to be the perfect choice, as it was on the side without direct sunlight, which was ideal during the hot July-August weather. The hotel and the apartment side were both beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. We were impressed by the diligent staff who cleaned daily, attended to the rooms, and changed towels consistently. The air conditioning worked perfectly (and logically required the balcony door to be closed), making our stay comfortable despite the heat.

The culinary experience was outstanding. While breakfast offered a familiar spread each day (which was fantastic in itself), lunch and dinner provided a delightful variety of dishes that changed daily, ensuring there was always something new to try. Over our 9-day stay, we didn’t even have enough time to sample everything! The slides and water activities were a hit with all ages, providing endless fun and entertainment.

One of the small yet significant details we appreciated was the welcoming atmosphere created as soon as you stepped into the hotel. The cool air conditioning paired with a pleasant fragrance provided a refreshing and warm welcome, instantly setting a positive tone for our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sea, adding to the appeal of its location. We also found the hotel’s parking facilities very convenient, especially given how busy the area can get. The entertainment team was fantastic, always ensuring there was something fun and engaging to do. Additionally, the presence of a security team and lifeguards made us feel incredibly safe throughout our stay.

Traveling by electric vehicle (EV) from the Netherlands, we found France to be well-equipped with charging stations approximately every 40 km along the motorway. While Spain had fewer chargers, we still managed to find them in the cities, making our journey quite manageable.

In conclusion, after reading some negative reviews before our visit, we were pleasantly surprised and somewhat puzzled by the contrast. From our perspective, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness, proximity to the sea, exceptional staff, and delicious food made it one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The management and staff clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of the guest experience.

We stayed here as a family of 4, 3 adults and a 16 year old. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms and corridors were cleaned daily, all of the grounds of the hotel were well maintained and constantly kept clean and tidy. The pool is clean and spacious and the slides are fun for all ages.
The food had a large choice at every mealtime with plenty for all tastes.
But a big positive of our holiday was the animation team. Every member of the team were kind, engaging and enthusiastic to everyone that engaged with them, they said hello everytime we saw them and asked how we were. We were known as the 'English family' amongst the team as we participated where we could with the activities and my daughters even taught them their favourite dances.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families of children of various ages, and would definitely go back for another stay as it was relaxing, fun and thoroughly enjoyable.

We vacationed as a family with children this summer. The service is excellent. The staff is responsive. The cuisine is simply gorgeous, everything is very tasty, including seafood and ripe fruit. In rainy and cool weather, you can take refuge in the SPA area. I would especially like to mention Oksana from the staff, who works at the reception. This person will always advise you and give you tips regarding the hotel and resort town. A very good person. We have a desire to return here more than once.

Stayed for a week in May 2024 all inclusive, family of 4. It's a very well run hotel. The rooms were basic but comfortable and serviced every day.

The all inclusive was great overall. Food was a good standard. Great selection of drinks. Snacks were available between breakfast and lunch too. We found the lunch service was consistently the best of the meals.

Staff were very hard working and attentive.

Kids loved the pool and overall there was a nice vibe in the hotel throughout.

My only negative comment was for breakfast. It was often chaotic during peak times. There weren't enough staff clearing tables compared to the efficiency of lunch and dinner. Only 1 coffee machine was working for several days out of 4 I think, so there was a fair line on those days.

Very enjoyable holiday though and would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant for families. We are here for 6 nights during Easter holidays and wish we were here for longer! The pools are great, huge outdoor one with slides and indoor one which is warm. The food is so nice, I’m vegetarian and there’s always a lot of options. We’re half board but would definitely go all inclusive when we visit again! The kids club is great and lots of fun for the kids. There is evening entertainment and kids disco club every night (apart from Tuesdays) and the staff are lovely and so much fun, get all the kids involved in games and dancing. Highly recommend this hotel, we’ve had an amazing time so far and don’t want to go home!!

Rooms are basic but have everything you need, cleaned daily but TV / remote didn't work and WiFi was throttled to the point it was unusable some times even at 3 in the morning.

Staff were amazing all round from the bar staff to the catering team and house keeping. Everyone was so polite and helpful.

Facilities are good and clean, made use of the pool and hammam daily never had any issues.

Food was hit and miss, breakfast was spot on every day but I struggled at lunch/tea to find something vegetarian some days.

Would really benefit adult only swim time either an hour before or after when kids at breakfast or tea.

Great Hotel. We had a lovely week here. Pools and slides were amazing (especially the indoor pool).

The staff were brilliant. Very helpful, they went out of their way to help us with a bag issue. They were great I have to say.

The breakfast buffet was lovely, great choices and always restocked.

The life guards were brilliant, always filling and friendly, especially Aqqa he went out of his way to be kind to my boys (my middle son is autistic and the pool is his favourite place) Aqqa was just lovely with them.

The animation girls, the security everyone all great.

Brilliant location, quiet part of town, but a nice short w all to the busy part and right beside the beach.

Really enjoyed it.
