One of the best hotels in its category. Very good food. There are rooms overlooking the railway, passing over the hotel but it in no way interferes with rest. The hotel is away from the noisy nightlife of Salou, which is easy to reach by public transport. Recommend for a family holiday.

The nearest bus stop is 30 meters, taxi stop – 20 m, night bar 2 km (Salou), restaurants – 150 m, supermarket – 50 m, pharmacy – 150 m, ATM – 150 meters

The experience you get from this hotel will fully depend on who you are. English will not have a great time. Spanish guest get better service.
Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to ask about whether they had allergy lists above the food due to me and my daughter both having an allergy to peanuts, I never received a reply.
We noticed the use of nuts on on certain foods but with no labelling at all!
The food was good but a very poor choice for children.
The entertainers in pink shirts were great.
You have to get your own umbrellas if you want to sit outside, something they don’t tell you, I only worked it out from watching others do the same.
What is included in the all inclusive is confusing and we had to ask many times.
Overall we had an okay stay but hoped for better with it being my kids first time aboard.

It was a good stay at the hotel, we didn't face any problems. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work. If you have a room overlooking the highway, it will be difficult to open the balcony door to get some air in, as the air conditioning won't work because the cars will disturb you and make it difficult to sleep. The food was good and varied.

I stayed here with friends from 26/5/2025 for 5 days. Absolutely terrible hotel! This is definitely NOT 4 star, I don’t know how they can call themselves that! Reception staff very rude! Basic room with no iron/ironing board! No kettle. My friend asked for a kettle was told we had to rent it! Are you serious?! No welcome pack in the room. Not even a box of tissues. We found a huge cockroach in our room. Phone didn’t work! AC didn’t work either! Food was absolutely atrocious! Had to eat out every day! Spending extra money! Absolutely terrible hotel! Would never recommend to anyone. More like -1 star! Wasted my money!

hotel is in a quite part of cambrils with a lovely beach just a two minute walk away. the rooms was very clean and house keeping came every morning. wardrobe had plenty of space and beds were comfy. the food was okay. same food every day so did get a bit boring and chicken wasn’t always cooked fully. but i would go back again and did enjoy my stay.

Hilton in Manchester wouldn't even be fit to clean this hotel's shoes—because it would only get them dirty!
Pros and Cons
* Pros:
- The hotel has a well-divided swimming pool (0.8–1.2m & 1.5–1.7m), a separate wading pool for toddlers, and a medium-sized jacuzzi featuring two waterfall-style fountains—perfect for a soothing body massage. There are always available sun loungers for relaxation. There is also a gym (I didn't go inside) and a small playground for children.
- In the evening, the hotel hosts dance nights—mostly to seniors and kids.
- Reception staff, like everywhere, vary—some are friendly and helpful, others less so.
- Overall, the hotel maintains a high standard of service, offering abundant breakfasts with delicious hot chocolate, coffee, and more.
Lunches and dinners offer something for everyone, thanks to an extensive menu. All-inclusive guests can always enjoy a pitcher of sangria, a bottle of wine/ water, or a glass of Pepsi with their meal.
Additionally, the pool area features self-service machines providing beer, wine, low-alcohol cocktails, and soft drinks, as well as hamburgers, ice cream, fries, and more.
- A special perk: if you book a stay (minimum of 3 nights) directly through www the hotel's, you’ll receive a club card that allows complimentary late check-out (for example, extending from 12 PM to 6 PM) and other benefits.

- On the third evening, my room lost power, electric card stopped working. Fortunately, reception resolved the issue immediately.
- I was unpleasantly surprised when a cleaning staff member entered my room while I was using the bathroom—despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign I had hung up on the second day. I have no idea why he entered (though I have my suspicions based on another guest’s comment).
In front of the hotel, there's a small convenience store stocked with "everything" as well as a souvenir shop. Nearby, you can find a minimarket, restaurants, and stores selling magnets and other trinkets.
The beach is just across the street.

3 stars at best unfortunately.. Biggest issue is the service and talking from experience being a manager in 4 star hotels, to improve the service is an easy fix.
Water glasses and juice glasses all were unpolished with orange juice stains in them. I checked many glasses before leaving them down and grabbed a coffee mug instead. Wine glasses and tumbler glasses at the bar, same story. Straight out from the glass wash and not polished.
Most servers barely talk English. I felt intimidated as a simple word as "coffee" wasn't understood, sadly. Alex came to the rescue! Thank you Alex for helping us. Sadly, no coffee at the restaurant after dinner. Coffee was provided at the bar opposite of reception, but the wait was long. The sangria was delightful! Food a bit repetitive. We stayed 5 days.
Rooms are spacious and clean! No issues with the housekeeping team. They did a fantastic job throughout our stay. Drinks in the room are not getting replenished, so grab some water from the shop. At the hotel you'll pay for it even on half board deal. All I see is loads of room for improvement.
Breakfast is busy at all times. Maybe extending the breakfast time would help with that.

Staying here for a week, the location is good close to the beach but can be noisy from the main road! The showers are dangerous, they run from extremely hot and then cold each time we have used it! Was told it's a whole hotel issue.
Daughter had another room 7 doors down but got moved due to very noisy neighbours every night until early hours!
We hired a car for 4 days to get out and about, and it was quite nice to see other parts of this area. Also spent a day in Barcelona.
Food has been nice, sometimes not very warm. It can get very busy in the mornings in the restaurant. We are all inclusive, and the cocktails are from a tap! Not very nice!!

It was pretty okay
The room was clean but bed wasn't really comfortable, bathroom a little bit used, small window and kind of dark inside.
The pool area - big minus - no umbrellas, neither small tables next to the sunbeds.
Food - I only had breakfast, it was decent, nothing special, just regular breakfast.
The beach nearby was beatiful and calm.
The big advantage is bus stop next to the hotel, you can go to Barcelona or Port Aventura.
The room was clean but bed wasn't really comfortable, bathroom a little bit used, small window and kind of dark inside.
The pool area - big minus - no umbrellas, neither small tables next to the sunbeds.
Food - I only had breakfast, it was decent, nothing special, just regular breakfast.
The beach nearby was beatiful and calm.

Stayed at the Best Cambrils for a week all inclusive:
I will start with the positives:
- Nice and friendly staff
- Nice and generous amount of drinks specifically the sangria
- Snacks are at a discounted rate for all inclusive customers
- Organic and a good variety of tea’s available
- Good cleaning service and generally clean rooms
The negatives are:
- if you’re young, looking for a lively location. This hotel is definitely not the right place
- Poor entertainment, mostly spanish speaking and not multicultural
- Poor vegetarian options during food hours.
- The cutlery and dinnerware is always dirty and stained
- Overcrowded lounges by the pool. Claustrophobic
- Food is always cold, poor quality of produce and no variety at all. Always serving fish.
- Pest proofing screens for balcony doors
- Not a good variety of snacks
- Definitely not a 4 star hotel

We had a lovely time at Best Cambrils at the end of July 2024.
Food was fantastic at all times, drinks were plentiful with service most times and self serve around the pool.
Our rooms were clean, as was everything around the hotel.
Only couple of negatives were the usual sunbed rush / towel holding and staff favoured the Spanish (there was an episode where they duplicated a hire booking and we were instantly expected to go without despite us being there first), whilst the Spanish family were prioritised.
Other than that, a great hotel and fantastic time.
Food was fantastic at all times, drinks were plentiful with service most times and self serve around the pool.
Our rooms were clean, as was everything around the hotel.
