Consists of two 6-storey buildings.

The hotel has 355 rooms (non Smoking). There are 5 rooms for the disabled. Access for the disabled to reception, pool, restaurant, bar, restrooms, Elevator.

Beach: public sandy beach 800 m from the hotel (3-beachfront, Playa de Llevant). Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Pool towels: Deposit. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 1.2 km away.

Despite the higher price, my family and I returned to this hotel for the second time because we were very satisfied with our stay in 2023. However, it seems the hotel has changed ownership, and in my opinion, everything has changed for the worse. What was the main highlight last year—the food—is now mediocre and, in some cases, even bad: the food lacks variety, the breakfasts are always the same, the food quality is average, the fruits are terrible, there are few seafood options, the coffee from the machine is instant, and there is no option to order drinks at the table. The only staff we have no complaints about are the restaurant and reception personnel—they are always friendly and welcoming.

Regarding the room: we paid for 2 adults and a child, but they gave us 2 small 1,5x beds, which are difficult for 2 adults to fit on. The soundproofing is almost non-existent—you can hear phone notifications from the neighboring room. The bathroom has very old plumbing—when taking a shower, half of the water leaks out of the faucet. The front door creaks loudly throughout the hotel. Although the room is cleaned daily, the quality is mediocre. Lastly, we were disappointed to find that there were no luggage scales, even though we remember they were available last year.

Great location and Salou and the Port Aventura parks are great, although their toilets and changing rooms are disgusting. Bus to park is great going there but we have no idea where it comes back to collect you because we never saw it return and had to get a taxi twice! Hotel room stinks of smoke for some reason. Refurbished rooms but it's basically been cladded in parts so it still feels a bit old. Air conditioning absolutely terrible. Doesn't work so room is boiling. The hotel definitely isn't a 4 star. Pool toilet is terrible. Main hotel toilets run out of loo roll. The queues at the pool bar and dining room bar are awful at all times. Takes ages to get served as it seems they only have one person at the bar. My husband went out from the dining room to the pool bar to get a drink. We are all inclusive but the drinks in the dining room have to be ordered from the bar and the queue is huge. Should be self service. Dining room is nice but not fully staffed so plates build up on your table. Food is mainly tinned at salad bar like tinned peppers, asparagus, mushrooms etc. Desserts terrible and not much choice but fruit is good and yoghurt choice. 3 timing sessions for breakfast and then for evening dinner and you have to book them in advance using their app. You must arrive at the start time stated and only have until the end time to eat, which is around an hour. The waitresses tell you that the buffet is closing for the next session as you're rushing to eat your food. So basically hurry up and get out. It's ridiculous! Not relaxing at all and no one can possibly relax and enjoy a three course meal with a drink in that time. Not sure what they're trying to achieve by having 3 strict time sessions. If you queued up for a fried egg, pancake, then for the toaster, you'd have no time left to eat anything! Music and speakers so loud at night so you won't sleep in your room until any shows finish at midnight. I'll write a full review on trip advisor. Definitely wouldn't recommend or return in future.

The hotel was nice and the food was ok for a cheaper all-inclusive hotel. The things that let the hotel down where my daughters got given a double bed to share and we couldn't swap their room for 2 days and the adults roof area was really amazing but the bar wasn't covered by the all inclusive wristband. Apart from that entrainment and location where really good.

Our third time staying but likely our last.
The rooms are very clean and cleaning staff do an excellent job. The pool facing rooms are very loud due to the constant music that's doesn't need to be so loud. Nighttime entertainment starts quite late and can go on until 11:30pm. Again, very loud. You must use an app to book breakfast and dinner times in advance, which is very rigid, in my opinion. The food is average and bland. However, the staff in the food hall (if you will) are pleasant. The walls in the rooms are thin, and you can hear your neighbours, especially if they are loud, which happened to be the case during our stay. Not a bad hotel, but it could be better.

If you want access to the parks and beach it's great. If you also want to sleep get a drink within half an hour use the pool without a child jumping on your head and hate chaos whilst eating its not for you. The walls are so thin and people think the children screaming running around at all hours whilst the parents sit drinking on the balcony or at the bar is OK. The staff enforce no sunglasses in the pool but kids fighting jumping in everywhere and being horrible is fine. Plus if you have teenagers you will be charged for adults but they carnt use any facilities like the roof pool even if there with three adults or the gym and there is no facilities for teenagers. At best this is a two star. All inclusive are second class. None of the staff have any common sense. Just don't come I'm sure there are nicer hotels. Very basic and the pool is a joke.

Sound insulation in the hotel there. Noisy from 7 am loudly begin to walk through the corridors, talking very loud day constantly someone runs, yells, moving furniture, even at night. . . . . . . . . All night to hear if someone is using the toilet, showering, snoring neighbor ((
To the sea very far to go ? ? 800 m through the bustling Boulevard, you can of course pass through the dimly lit streets.
The neighborhood is within 1 km of Ferrari Park, you can hear every time the screeching people who ride on the hill, and at 00:00 night fireworks ?
2 pharmacies and far away.
The sea is dirty, on the beach, though the second floor get comfy... you Can certainly go to the right 5 km to Cambrils, and there are fewer people on the beach or take a taxi for 13 €
Either go by taxi for 25 € left to taragona, there is also the beach better and cleaner sea.
In General this Salou suitable for people who want to just keep drinking and walking, this city is not for couples!

Solid. The food is very tasty and varied. The only drawback is the lack of lunch and dinner free drinks. For Breakfast coffee tea. Overall, the hotel itself is not bad, just big, in a small hotel once more "domesticity".

The hotel is like from another century, but nevertheless the rooms clean enough. Towels for a fee - again, some relic of the past. Drinks with half Board to pay for everything, even water.

Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and Port Aventura. Delicious and very varied food. Perfect purity. Russian-speaking staff. A two minute walk a supermarket and a street with shops, cafes and entertainment for children. The two pools. Evening entertainment. Of disadvantages: very small rooms, no kettle, no iron or bath robes with Slippers, mini bar empty.But the bathroom has everything you need. Poor soundproofing. A lot of people.

Second time vacationing in this hotel, this time a little spoiled the impression that I had to get the administration to fix the air conditioning. Had to be very persistent! Super kitchen! Overall highly recommend
