We enjoyed our stay in your hotel. A quiet, comfortable break. Our daughter loved the indoor pool which was great as we visited in April.
The hotel itself is clean and staff are very friendly. The Spa was lovely and relaxing.
The breakfast and dinner buffet was surpsingly very good and offered a range of options that were varied.
I also particularly liked the small beach which was quiet this time of year and the sea was great to swim in. The snorkelling was quite good and we tried other beaches to compare. There seemed to be live music each night too!
Location is easy to get to from Palma and also has a supermarket nearby, also nearby options for hiking and trail running.

This property is advertised as a “beach resort” that appears lively and energetic in the photos. The “beach access” is a small shaded rocky cove just under the pool area that is mostly populated with guest 65 and older. We saw two middle aged families. Additionally, the hotel is outdated with bulky furniture and tacky decor that looks like a retirement home. Lastly, and most unfortunate, the hotel has a terrible sewage odor that seemed like they were attempting to mask the odor with a perfume type fragrance. It was awful! Oh…and even though you pay 32 euros each for breakfast (that is accommodating to primarily a German/Dutch culture) you cannot take the breakfast anywhere but the dinning area. My husband and I had an excursion planned at 0900 and our driver was waiting on us. We had not eaten and were hurrying to make ourselves something to-go, and the hostess stopped us and told us we could not leave with our food. I explained to her that we had an excursion planned and a driver waiting on us, but she still would not allow us to leave with the food that she had charged to our room. I did however get those charges removed at check-out, but regardless…I still am not happy that I was treated that way. My husband and I were relieved to get out of there and onto our next location, but saddened that 4 nights of our vacation was spent smelling sewage odor and feeling the need to leave the “nursing home” each morning.
Only downside is they don’t have parking or hotel transportation.

As soon as you arrive, they take care of you and do everything they can to get you into your room a little earlier. Which worked well. The house as a whole is in top condition as is the room (216) where we stayed from Sept 10th to 22nd.
The breakfast was absolutely top class and there was nothing missing! We didn't have dinner here so I can't comment on that.
The garden area with pool and sea access was also very well maintained. This also includes the pool bar and the garden bar. There was nothing missing and the prices are perfectly acceptable! Almost too cheap for such a house...
Last but not least, we would like to thank the staff. Everyone, but really everyone, is super nice, courteous and takes perfect care of the guests. From the reception to the cleaning staff - TOP!!!
I would still like to write a small negative review to give the hotel a chance to improve: 1. the WiFi network is too small for the size of the hotel. As the hotel was fully booked and many guests were using the network, it was correspondingly slow. Unfortunately, the mobile phone network was not an alternative either, as the reception was also poor.
2. the access to the sea with an old, not so good ladder could also be improved.
Despite the small critical points, we can really highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back.
Hard working friendly staff kept the property spotless and provided excellent service in restaurants, front desk and spa. Daily breakfast buffet was excellent and would recommend. The outdoor seating area is lovely for breakfast or sunset drinks.
Prices around the property were beyond reasonable with cocktails under 10 euro and some spa services under $50.
We had a superior room and it is one of the most creative room designs I’ve seen. The room design is definitely sexy but with thoughtful touches. Balconies are large and welcoming- even if we didn’t have a beach view. The bathroom isn’t the largest but perhaps the most innovative with see through shower, shower bench, separate toilet and double vanity.
Spa area with gym is incredible and clean! Indoor pool and spa oasis is truly zen!
Love the staff especially Carmen and Anna at breakfast. They made the stay truly special!
