This hotel is stunning. Its so bright and is surrounded by the sea. We had the best view from the jr suite. Watching the sunrise and set was breath taking. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and there were loads of shops, restaurants and bars around the hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, new, modern and clean! We had a Sea view room, which was incredible with amazing views. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, and was always spotless. The pool area is huge, with plenty of sunbeds. Bar staff friendly, and great cocktails. The hotel is in a great location, as it is only a 10 minute walk into the busy area of Palma nova, where there are plenty of great bars and restaurants. It is a bit of a steep walk back up the hill when you return, but nothing too strenuous! The hotel had ocean access via some steps, which was beautiful. We had a dip every day, and the water is crystal clear, and a great spot for snorkelling. Breakfast was great - huge selection! sweet, savoury, full English, Omelette station... it will not disappoint! We had rented a car for our trip, and always found space along the road outside the hotel, so never needed to use the hotels parking facilities which are charged at €17 a night! The only negative I could think of, which other reviews mention, is the lack of privacy in your toilet in your room, as it is just separated from the entire room with a frost glass door. no biggy, and certainly didnt put a dampener on our stay. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, we will 100% be coming back!

Amazing hotel with fabulous facilities. We took room 752 overlooking the pool and seafront. The room was spacious, spotless and had every need we could think of, especially the Nespresso coffee machine which went down well. We just loved sitting on our balcony watching the sunrise/sunset. We were b&b so couldn't comment on evening meals. Breakfast was plentiful, our favourites were the omelette and coffee stations. There is no way this is a 4 star, 5 star at the least.
Would not hesitate in recommending this beautiful hotel. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed in one of the best rooms at Elba sunset last week over looking the sea with sun loungers on our large balcony. The beds were big and comfortable and the air con was great. We stayed bed and breakfast and although it had large variety of foods - we felt it was average. The hotel has amazing views and a lovely restaurant where you can get some nice lunches. However, on my second day my happy emotions quickly changed as unfortunately the cleaner left my room door open. I was very upset to see this as I had cash, passports and valuables in my room.
We raised the issue with two different staff members but got no response from management.
This lack of response was disappointing, particularly given the hotel's high reputation.
We felt undervalued as guests and I had hoped for a more pro active approach regarding this matter.

Wonderful experience staying in this comfortable stylish hotel. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The room itself was well designed and practical. Breakfast had a huge array of quality options, my favorite being the omelet station. We spent several days just relaxing in either the main pool area or the sky pool, as well as a few services in the spa. My only feedback would be that the ladder into the sea (outside the hotel) needs some maintenance.

Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here. We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca. The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation. Thanks to the team and staff at the Hotel for an amazing vacation!

The whole staff is really friendly, the food excellent and the service outstanding. The hotel is really clean and you feel really welcome. Furthermore thy hotel offers a shuttle service to Palma, it really easy to rent a car at the reception and the rooms are modern and clean. All in one we are more than happy with our choice.

Excellent hotel with great staff.
We were initially unsure when we booked as we’re not certain about the location but actually it’s perfectly placed.
The rooms are superb and everywhere is exceptionally clean. Bedding and towels changed daily
Excellent restaurants a short walk away.
As a group of friends we had a very enjoyable holiday and highly recommend the Elba Sunset

I hate writing this review, but I really feel the urge to…
I would like to say that it’s not my first stay at Elba Sunset, first time was in 2021 during the pandemic when the hotel was brand new and not very crowded, so the experience was totally different (so as the price tag).
I had a long stay of 11 days this time, and I’m EXHAUSTED from staying at this hotel, because there’s absolutely NO soundproofing whatsoever. The crowd has lost its quality since 2021, lots of super noisy neighbors. I did report when my neighbors were having a party at night and the reception did their best to quiet them down, but I was constantly woken up at 2,3,4 AM by people behaving extremely loud, and going as far as playing music on their phones loudly in the hallway, I was sleeping with earplugs and with a pillow on my head, I still could hear everything.
Next, the housekeeping is so poor, I was left speechless. It was inconsistent, 3 different days out of 11 the cleaning was great, but other days… disaster, they wouldn’t even bother to clean the toilet, or replace coffee and creamers for days. I had no tissues, was asking a reception for 3 days and still wouldn’t get any, until I caught a cleaning lady in the hallway and asked her for a box… Asked to fix the scale which wasn’t working upon my check-in also 3x, and it wasn’t fixed. I don’t like being difficult and nagging, so at some point I just gave up and accepted all the flaws of my stay. Towels had holes in them and some had even been ripped, I don’t understand why there’s no quality control for textiles.
The food wasn’t good, there’s a variety but very very poor cooking and just not tasty. A couple of dinners the fish was great and I liked the carrot cake from a desert bar. I had a half-board, but last 3 dinners I just couldn’t take this food anymore, I went dining in restaurants.
I gave 2 stars instead of 1, only because the staff is very pleasant and all are genuinely lovely people, that said, inefficient with multiple requests not being fulfilled.
I agree with one of the comments that the hotel looks good but has no substance.
The quality of the audience has dropped big time since 2021 and I don’t understand why because the price has gone significantly up.
I’ve stayed in other 4/5 stars hotels in the area, and was very excited to return to Elba but they cannot compete anymore, sadly. I will never return there. At a very least I want to sleep well on vacation…

This hotel was a shot in the dark for me and my family seeing that we were unfamiliar with the brand. The entrance was very esthetically pleasing and the staff is very welcoming.
Beware upon arrival there was no bellman to take our luggage and we had to hoof it to the other side. But if you stay in one of the sea view suites(400 block) then the hoofing was worth it...wow!! Clear skies every night and stars as far as the eyes can see. The air-condition is not an option during the winter months despite it getting warm some nights so we had to open a our sliding door and pretty much keep it open during the nights it was warm. The down side is the seagull birds that sound like humans screaming on the water throughout the night. It was a bit startling. Breakfast is worth paying for with a buffet spread that attempts to satisfy every need and desire. The restaurant was packed for the weekend even though it was low season, then it eased up for the start of the week. There is some music entertainment and grabbing a taxi is not hard. The area where we were gets to be rowdy and crazy during peak season so we had to sign a waiver...yikes!! There are two pools on property but a natural beach was about a ten min walk away. Overall this was pretty nice choice for a hotel, better than most that we saw when driving in.
