H10 Casa del Mar

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 6-09-24 to 16-09-24.
The property is idealy situated on the beach front with all amenities close by.
The room is spacious with great views and cleaned daily. The rooftop pool/bar is a must visit the views are spectacular!
I found the front of house staff and receptionists very helpful and knowledgeable on the local area. The restaurant staff were polite and helpful. There was a great variety of food from the buffet and breakfast and the restaurant staff were always on hand to help.
All in all a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm already planning to return visit!!

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staff friendly helpful. Had an problem with the room 1st night but got sorted very fast.
Entertainment Staff fabulous very hard working lad that's very funny and really made are stay 10/10. The cafe coffee and cake was delicious and breakfast every morning also 10/10.all round very good hotel.

We didn't stop here,but really wished I had! Hotel was gorgeous. We stopped near by and popped in for cocktails most evenings and had a dinner once, A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Drinks was amazing, great service. Food was delicious and was one of our favourite places to eat, however we ate there our last night,so only got to eat there once.food was really good.

We had a great stay at H10, service was great, clean rooms, reception is awesome.
Compliments for all employees! Except for 1 waiter downstairs bar, sorry to inform.
Without following experience my rate would be 5 stars.

First evening we would like to use our voucher for free drinks in the bar next to the reception, de waiter, I believe the oldest and also the smallest of them was very stressful, doesn't speak English and not friendly at all. Maybe a miscommunication, but ok.

After that evening we finished our evening daily at the terrace on street side and being served by a nice lady waitress. But then 'that' day.. :-(. The waiter I mentioned saw us coming in sitting at a table. Watched us several times and let us wait for more 15 minutes!
A group of Non-Guest came to sit next to our table and the waiter didn't pass our table on front, but decided to pass us at our back and serviced the group immediately, within a minute.

I called him saying "We were her first and sitting here for al long time"

He made fool of me by just ignoring me totally... Not even a look.

I was soooo mad that we didn't drink at that bar anymore.

An earlier review there is someone with similar experience. I wouldn't be surprised it was the same waiter

My message to this person is "Never ignore customers based on personal preferences!"
It's damaging for the hotel, especially in these hard times.
I would wait for 30 minutes if it was crowded and not be avoided and ignored.

But still happy I was in H10. No worries!

My sister and her husband stayed here in September and were very impressed with the hotels location, fabulous rooftop spa, beautifully designed hotel, helpful staff and cleanliness of their room. They so enjoyed their wonderful holiday there. Thank you. ❤️
