Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast – honestly one of the best I’ve ever had (they even had fresh avocado slices!). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downsides were that the hotel isn’t directly on the seafront, so you don’t get sea views, and the flooring in our room was in need of urgent repair.

Stunning hotel with amazing service and facilities. Beautiful rooms in a modern decor, well furnished with large bathrooms. Very large and deep pool located between the main buildings. I stayed here from 23/05 to 27/05 with my boyfriend. Wonderful hotel, very clean, the girls at the reception very kind and available for any doubts (plus they provided us with ideas on what to do on vacation). Varied breakfast is delicious. Room with double bed, hairdryer included and room with pool view. It is the right place to spend your holiday with all the necessary comforts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The location is good, in the centre of Es Pujols, famous for the movida. The room is not very large, but is comfortable. It has private bathroom (without bidet), TV, safe-deposit box, and a balcony. The staff is kind and helpful, and con speak different languages.

Excellent position: in the heart of Pujols and fews steps away from the beach The check-out is at 12.00 in the morning but the staff allows you to deposit your luggage and take a last swim, giving you clean towel, shampoo and access to a bathroom with shower, even in the afternoon. We stayed in a standard room on the first floor, which can get a bit noisy at night with guest arriving late and the kitchen early morning. Room was very clean just a bit too basic if you stay more than 2 nights. Little storage space and the shower was really tiny, it was uncomfortable for my partner who is tall and with big complexion. The bed and pillows are not great/comfy. Prices felt too expensive...

Small but nice hotel, recently renovated with super friendly staff, to feel at home. The location is perfect to reach the beaches and centers of the island in a short time. Short but intense stay in Formentera in this hotel which is located not far from El Pujols in a truly strategic position both to reach the most beautiful beaches to the north and to those to the south. I had a very nice stay - really liked the location - my room with the balcony, the outside breakfast area and the pool. The Hotelcrew was lovely. The only bad thing was that you can hear really everything through the walls - and a lot of the guests were super noisy and slammed the door....

The hotel is only a 3 min walk to Sa Roqueta lovely beach which I found better than the famous and busy Ses Illetes beach. Also close to a bus stop that takes you to the main spots in the island. Very pleasantly surprised with this place as the location is prime, the hotel has a great pool, beach, volleyball court and bar with beautiful sunset views, and we got the half board with buffet breakfast and dinner, which for a hotel buffet was pretty good! Our reservation got changed to Santos as Tropicana was not opened yet. The hotel staff was friendly, the pool was nice and a good breakfast. The room was really outdated, smelled very humid, bathroom door would get jammed and wifi did not work on 3rd floor. The beach access is convenient and the hotel location is great. Hospitality was great, location was perfect and the actual room itself was clean and up to date. Overall a beautiful place to stay with lots to do around and even more to eat. Should be mentioned for people sensitive to noise- the rooms are not sound proofed and the walls are thin. Don’t be alarmed by the fridge not being cold they’re more like outdoor coolers.

The hotel is not bad for a short stay, really simple and convenient. We had breakfast included and was very good quality for food and enough choice. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, specially the pillows, like you are sleeping on rocks, i would’ve loved if the rooms would have kettle and some tea. The pool area is nice but quite crowded, nice music, the drinks quite expensive.

Property was ok. Staff weren’t the most helpful. Aircon was not working in the room so was just extremely uncomfortable and staff couldn’t help with this. Electric panel fell off the wall on arrival. However, Food was excellent. Lots of choice. Pool is small and you have to keep moving to follow the sun as it gets blocked by the big buildings next door. Lunchtime DJ was also a bonus!

Lack of variety of food for all meals. Drinks on AI is poor for the amount you pay for AI. Although rooms were cleaned daily they were not cleaned properly and bathroom was never cleaned once. This trip was a total splurge and absolutely worth it. Upgraded to to a penthouse room and it was amazing. We never wanted to leave the room/outdoor balcony. What a view!! The breakfast buffet had a good selections of food to choose from. The Spa was fabulous and both of us had wonderful, relaxing facials and massages. The best option, the rooms are so clean and large. With a balcony and a great view of the sea. And it is close to the airport. The best part was a variety of different kinds of foods and desserts.

We had our second stay at Torre del Mar and it was as fabulous as the first time. Good rooms, beautiful pool area with spa, live performance, friendly staff, fair prices. I like the overall vibe around the hotel. The only improvement I can think of is the lobby bar and the sofa area on the ground floor which is in my opinion too brightly lit, and feels a bit boring and impersonal.

Stayed on a Saturday in late June. About 300 euros for one night. Nice large pool and good location near Den Bossa beach. Room furnishings were modern. Comfortable beds. But the tile floor and bathroom were a little dated. A bit pricey for the quality, but this is summer in Ibiza.

All you need for a good holiday! Nice rooms, plenty of space around the big outside pool that gives you a lot of sunshine all day long, but also some natural shade. Fitness and Spa area provides you with everything you need for a good workout and relaxation. Finally, breakfast and dinner cuisine is exceptional! Nice boutique hotel. Rooms was super tiny, but with a large balcony and excellent bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. There's no parking, which means you need to find parking nearby which is quite difficult. It is one street away from the boulevard and the sea, which makes it a great location. No sea view though. All in all a nice experience.

Amazing staff, excellent breakfast, great pool and lounging area. The location and facilities were also excellent and the room had a beautiful view of the courtyard and sea. Breakfast until 11am and check-out at 12pm was very useful after a few late nights. Will 100% be returning on our next trip to Ibiza.

Excellent hotel, air-conditioning it top notch an works well, large flat screen in room, very clean with coffee machine and capsules in room, quite and comfortable, great breakfast. The roof top pool is small, but when you're a minute walk from the beach, I wouldn't expect anything more, it does have sunbeds and comfy chairs up there as well.

The hotel is fairly well located and a quick cab ride away from some great beaches. The rooms are spacious and the A/C works great (a must have in the summer heat). Free breakfast is also a huge plus :)

I came from the airport by bus number 10 to the stop Bar. Fenix AV España 101, and from there I went down the street, literally 10 minutes to the hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the city of Ibiza with bars and restaurants. However, the hotel WiFi was never working in the two days of our stay, and the front desk wasn’t being helpful at all.

Very comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.

I have not stayed at this hotel. My buddies stayed. The place gave me the impression that the whole environment was clean and tidy. Sea front located with also a pool it may be an interesting place to stay. The view on the bay is great. Talking to my buddies I found that prices were somewhat high when compared with what you get.

Service was excellent. Location is good but a bit up mountain so if you don’t want to walk uphill that is not your place. Room was clean however you could hear everything around. Beds were ok. I arrived late to breakfast but was a very basic one.

Great value for money! Clean rooms and great service. I forgot my jacket and Pepa was a great help with getting it back. Also great location, only 5-minute walk to the city. I can very much recommend staying here.

First off, if you have more than a backpack, take a cab to this hotel. I had a large suitcase and a small bag, by the time I got to the room I had to shower and straighten by back. Top-class hotel in the shadow of the city walls, the bastion and cathedral. Perfectly located for all that the Old Town offers yet in a calm and peaceful setting with a wonderful ambiance. Great location up hills with ocean view and walking distance from both central Ibiza town and the touristy beach. Clean and spacious. Breakfast area is a closed one though and I didn’t like the quality of the breakfast included with the room.
