The service was great from the first to the last minute and thank you to Adrian at the reception for his warm welcome and for upgrading us to a junior suit with sea view upon arrival at 23h00 after an exhausting journey!
Great gardens and beach club too, and also a special thanks to Jon, Celia, Miri and Mar at the Kids club that took so good care of our son! He spent hours there and couldn't wait to go back every morning and afternoon!
Breakfast was fabulous, too. So a great choice and we will definitely come back, especially for an October holiday because the weather is perfect this time of the year! Asta la vista !
The food was excellent, offering both variety and quality, with something to please every taste. A highlight of my stay was the spa experience – the Don Carlos Ritual massage was absolutely fabulous, one of the best I’ve ever had.
Overall, Don Carlos Marbella exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and outstanding service.
Breakfast was a bit simple and small.
There are two pools only, one for adults and one for toddlers. They don’t have a private beach but they have an access to the beach. They have access to the Lucia Summer Club (paid separately).
They have a very nice kids club with indoor and outdoor activities.
The place is located 18 minutes by taxi from Puerto Banus and Old Town.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I liked staying there, but they need to add more varieties to the breakfast menu. I also didn’t like that they didn’t have a suitable swimming pool for young children.
The hotel is lying that they have a beach, but unfortunately they don’t. Nobody is informing you that you have to book for Nikki beach ( which is right next to the hotel and used to have an agreement with them, their customers to use their beach area) or for the other beach club, which is a total disaster with horrible food. After a request to speak with the manager she tried to book a beach bed, but without any results. Even showing that in Agoda and Booking was clearly shown that the hotel has beach, she didn’t offer any compensation , when saw that we are disappointed. They definitely don’t care of satisfying their customers.Forgot also to mention that the hotel staff is extremely slow. The lifts are also not working all the time. Definitely will not come back here and suggesting other people to not stay with them.
