Luxury hotel in the style of hi-tech for a great vacation. The hotel has an exotic parkland with numerous ponds, which allows travelers to relax alone with the nature. For a more exclusive holiday suitable accommodation in villas that are a little removed from the main area and have a more luxurious interior. Can be recommended as VIP accommodation.

Location: 45 km from Malaga airport, 12 km from the centre of Alicante, 18 km from Puerto Banus, on first line beach.
Consists of 2 main buildings - a 4-storey and 14-storey.
Total of 265 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, 50 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. Pool towels: free of charge. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 6 km away.

However, Sam truly made our stay unforgettable. Her kindness and attentiveness to guests are outstanding. She always went the extra mile to ensure that we felt comfortable and welcomed. Her recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were perfect.

Rooms clean and comfy beds.
Rooms maybe in need of a refurb. But I’ve heard that is coming.
The rest of the hotel is immaculate.
The bad: It was recommended to us by a friend. Pictures are deceiving. The building is old. Most it remodeled but it still feels old. Food is terrible. We tried all restaurants and many menu items and the food was simply BAD. The mattress in our room was higher on one side of the bed and it felt like you’d fall off the bed when rolling over in the middle of the night. They have events on the weekends with terrible loud music that can be heard in the rooms. But … they did a great job training their staff. Very professional and helpful. While this review is for the hotel, i have to add that I was overall disappointed as to the entire area as it felt very worn out and in bad shape. It simply felt like a poor country and not a modern European country. Maybe Covid
The only things that spoils the
experience is. There are too many steps to go anywhere. If you want to go to the beach it us quite a walk.
The food that is served in the Bahia restaurant could be more varied. There is not a good amount of choice. If you don't like fish then you are disappointed.
Territory is very beautiful.
Breakfast:
1. Lettuce in the breakfast was not fresh and too much flies (maybe seasonal)
2. Everyone can cut the bread touching it with hands
Rooms:
Hotel is quite old. Don’t expect to get new room. We got the room with sea view, the view was beautiful.
There should be a bar with options in the room according 5 stars hotels criteria, but in our room was only 2/3 bottles of water. For additional water we payed 5 or 6 euros for 1 L bottle.
Room is cleaned by the team everyday.
