The hotel is great. Very good food. It is a family hotel and I really liked it. Great animation, special mention to Poli who made us have a great time. Thanks to him the experience was unforgettable.

Stay in September 2021. The hotel is very beautiful and very well maintained, the common areas are flowery and wooded, there are small fountains. The buffet is well stocked and very varied and compared to other all-inclusive formulas, of very good quality (quality meat and fish) varied and well-cooked vegetables. The beach is right in front of the hotel so perfect for sunbathing. Ditto very beautiful outdoor swimming pool and also a small indoor swimming pool. Lots of deckchairs and parasols, we had no trouble finding free places despite people reserving "their" deckchair from 8 a.m. The staff is also very friendly and very considerate. Two bars, one near the swimming pool and one near the restaurant with a lot of choice. The anticovid measures are well respected and well monitored. Negative points: unheated and relatively cold pool water.. very nauseating smell of latrine next to the pool bar, yet after a week of searching I did not find a toilet in this place. Hotel corridors that resonate and people who do not know how to speak quietly or whisper and who wake up the whole floor ... Huge waste in the restaurant ... The all-inclusive formula means that many customers serve themselves huge plates which are then unfinished and thrown away which bothers me in 2021 ... The evening entertainment starts too late 10:30 p.m. and is exclusively in Spanish despite the international clientele. Last negative point: hotel out of the city and places of interest, only one bus per hour and stopped after 7 p.m. ... No shuttle organized by the hotel which is a shame. Conclusion: Positive assessment, ideal hotel for resting and sunbathing but no more than 7 days.

Great location, amazing staff and really awesome week in this hotel!! The food is great and it's the paradise for any celiac, they are really prepare for handling gluten free or other intolerances. The reception and flexibility is great, very efficient in cleaning and in all aspects. The food is really good and they have a lot of variety, really great stuff!! My kid loved it and we also did, next year we will return for another amazing week.

It should be great but it just feels like the budget is tight and it just needs a shake up off how things are done to freshen it up. It's feels stale. A couple of great staff. Kevin behind the bar and Lydia a great hostess both friendly and interactive.

The rooms are very good, clean and spacious.
The buffet isn't extraordinary. The snack bar could also have more food options.
Even with the All Inclusive package many options are paid (mostly half price).
The animation is weak. At night the animation is only indoors (4 years ago it was outdoors).

Wonderful hotel, rooms lovely and clean nice decor and bed was big. All staff we encountered ( except the older man who was at the restaurant entrance taking room numbers) were lovely and friendly, especially Marie Carmen on table service. Food was extremely nice, best we have had in Spain and lots of variety and great quality, for example grilled prawns, razor clams, swordfish, roast lamb, a honeycomb and desserts were so nice, usually in hotels desserts look nice but taste awful. Drinks were good, cocktails lovely and the bar people always took time with cocktails and didn't taste like syrup.Evening entertainment was just ok, aimed more towards the French, but we still had a good time. Hotel itself is spotless and beautiful, pools were cold but it was may. Beach across the quiet road was stunning and the quietest beach we had been to. Location is very quiet, but we knew this when booking, and made a lovely change.

We loved our stay here, very friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows and lots of food options.

The hotel is nice, especially the buffet if you eat there. You can have two communicating rooms if you are a family. You can walk to the sandy beach easily or swim in the hotel swimming pool which is pretty big. The gym has the best machines we have seen in Spain so far. The only drawback if you are not in full inclusive stay is that they make you pay for every little thing you want to do: the drinks during meals... Also parking is pretty expensive and not included which was a surprise at the end of the stay.

Just love this place, lovely location, great hotel with friendly staff, lovely rooms and the food offering is always great. Been a few times now and will be returning. Strongly recommend booking directly rather than a package. This area of Spain is still relatively unspoilt with very little British influence. Very close by is the small but beautiful town of Ayamonte, you should visit, it's lovely.... and if you are able bodied and fancy a good walk you can walk into town. If not, it's 12EUR in a cab. Recommend visiting the church at the centre of Ayamonte, it's breathtaking. If you are looking for a quiet, sunny break with very little hassle, this is the place.

We were happy to spend our vacation in this hotel. The service was definitely great and the staff were friendly. We were impressed by the variety of food and drinks - every dish and drink was delicious. There is a large beach within walking distance, which was nice to spend time on. The hotel had organized daytime and evening leisure activities in a great way, including water, sports activities, etc.
Also we were very happy to get a present from the staff with my lover – a bottle of sparkling wine. The hotel is definitely worth visiting again!
