The hotel is large, with a nice pool, a variety of snacks, great animation for children and adults, cleaned every day, with friendly and smiling staff. But unfortunately my room smelled musty and bad, I say that as constructive criticism!

Very good experience overall, nice pools, bedroom could me more confortable, restaurant should be improved for making healthy vegetables dishes without addition of specific sauces because in case of babies it will prejudice food routine, a lot of fun activities to kids and also adults. We've been to this hotel on several occasions and it really is lovely, right on the fantastic beach. The only downside were some of the waiters in the bar, it would be nice to have a smile when serving drinks, they seem to be miserable.. Good location close to shops and walking distance to the beach. It has a swimming pool with limited hours. Spacious apartments, especially the lower ones with terrace. It is impossible to sleep on the sofa bed. The receptionist Ana had exquisite treatment, helping us with everything we needed. The wifi worked quite poorly.

The 2 bedroom apartments are smaller than expected. Some bed in poor condition. Lack of desirable elements in an apartment. Parking spaces that are excessively narrow and expensive, in the ORA red zone, you can park for €2/day.

Great place to stay with the kids and perfectly located right next to the beach. Only downside is that dinner is served after 9pm and entertainment is after 10:30pm so if you have young children they might not last fo catch the shows.

Very good Hotel with a wide range of services and activities to do inside it. The food is good, where you have different dishes for all wishes and tastes. Everyday you have an after dinner show, where you can enjoy and laugh with the performance of Ernesto. You can also participate in the show. Definitely, was an experience which we'll repeat.

Amazing hotel with good service, good food variety and nice bedrooms. Nonetheless, has loads of kids and can be a bit noise in the nights. It's 3min walk from the beach. Overall it’s an ok place. Room is nice, though balconies facing the back pool are very noisy. Breakfast is a mixed bag with some nice items but some of the staff are poorly-trained and could be more hospitable to guests. Services are limited outside of the summer season and the outdoor pool was closed. Definitely some improvements can be made but more or less ok, especially if you’re a golfer.

I've just returned from a week playing golf here and enjoyed my stay. It's the 2nd time we've been and chose it again over other golfing resorts because of the 2 bedroom apartments we stayed in which are 2 minutes walk from the main hotel. The hotel has excellent staff and they helped a large group of us from Northern Ireland when we encountered a health issue. The facilities are perfect for both large and small groups. Magic Room was a great family experience. We've done it last year and we liked it very much, so much we decided to repeat the experience this year. Alba and António were great hosts. Overall not a bad experience. The resort is well organized, the food wasn't bad and the pools and kids entertainment are nice as well. Service could be better from the reception to the overall staff. They divide the restaurants into 2 shifts, so you cant eat when you want, and the second shift you start having lunch at 3 pm. Overall the space is good, its close to the beach, weather is great, they just need to improve the restaurant part.
