Great hotel, but this is a hotel predominantly used by Spanish and Portuguese. This led to some problems with language barrier, but in fairness to the staff they were very patient and helpful. Great place to stay with the kids and perfectly located right next to the beach. Only downside is that dinner is served after 9pm and entertainment is after 10:30pm so if you have young children they might not last fo catch the shows.

The hotel is very nice. The location is a little far from the airport, but it is worth it when you arrive. The room is very clean and has nice modern decor. The food is also very good and varied, with so much choice! Staff have been very friendly. Literally can't say anything bad about this hotel!!

Great place, lovely vibe. Rooms are super spacious and cozy, mattresses are made of stone, internet is barely useable, also from the stone age. (the wifi is 1.5Mb down... phone hotspot 40Mb down...which is also wireless... l o l ) Fine for a night though!

Lovely hotel, rooms a little basic. Breakfast was a challenge as the hot food was always on the cool side and the bacon was like chewing rubber. Location is on the quiet side but the grounds and pool area definitely the best bit of the hotel.

It was the perfect place for a business conference. The building and rooms were well taken care of. The food was excellent and plentiful.

We have loved this hotel from the very first time, so we returned again after 2 years, the place near the sand afore, gardens of the hotel very nice, the town clean but poor in services and restaurants out of season, lots of buildings all empty end of may, must be very very crowded in high season. The period we have been there, mid may, there has been lots of children (school classes), running around...

Good rooms, swimming pool is great and with enough space for all, garden is beautiful. Breakfast is great, but lunch and dinner have a lot of space to improve. (this is reason why I don't give a 5 starts to Service) Staff very kind. Hotel for families, great environment.

Very good Hotel with a wide range of services and activities to do inside it. The food is good, where you have different dishes for all wishes and tastes. Everyday you have an after dinner show, where you can enjoy and laugh with the performance of Ernesto. You can also participate in the show. Definitely, was an experience which we'll repeat.

Amazing hotel with good service, good food variety and nice bedrooms. Nonetheless, has loads of kids and can be a bit noise in the nights. It's 3min walk from the beach. The hotel has a entertainment team that every day in the morning, afternoon and night have some activities for everyone (pool party, dance party, foam party, slides, hydro party, polo aquatic games).

Standard room sizes decent but slightly older. If you taking half board or room on the service I would not recommend as there are no tea or coffee makers in the room. Standard room bathrooms are with the bathtub not great if you are not about the plan but it's good if you like bathtub. Overall it’s an ok place. Room is nice, though balconies facing the back pool are very noisy. Breakfast is a mixed bag with some nice items but some of the staff are poorly-trained and could be more hospitable to guests. Services are limited outside of the summer season and the outdoor pool was closed. Definitely some improvements can be made but more or less ok, especially if you’re a golfer.

The staff is nice, friendly, working hard since hilton reduced cost. Rooms are renovated and improved, but.. the buffet is slightly less than it was with Islantilla, you feel the american style in the reduction of the luxury experience. The staff tries to make amends and they almost do so, friendly, helpfull, always service with a smile, but they need to do twice the work and it shows. Still a nice...

Overall a nice stay with a good atmosphere and the staff going above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Thanks a lot to the entire staff that has been very attentive. Specials thanks to Sole (reception), Enrique (Bar) and the lady from the Dominican Republic (sorry I forgot your name) for always being extremely caring and happy to help.

Ate in the Beach Club restaurant. Food was excellent and service was friendly. Others used the pool and had drinks. Probably return next year.

Have been coming here for over 10 years. The golf is wonderful the staff even better. If you are looking for 5 star livery and a lovely nightlife this isn't the place for you but if you are happy with a good buffet selection including fresh fish and meat cooked on the grill, comfortable rooms, a great 27 home golf course and the most helpful staff some of whom have been here longer than I have been...

Great room. Family room for the two of us. A bit of a lucky last minute trip booking. Great long beaches. Also enough choice of food when you are enjoying all inclusive.

Hotel and service is good but not more then average.between eating times there is not a lot of snacks to get. dinner rooms are not very large so it can be crowdy and also to get drink there is often time to wait.

The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away, so it's a bit in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are amazing, lots of room and extremely clean. All inclusive is a bit weird as you have to pay for most of the survices even tho you booked all inclusive. Food is good, no more no less. It isn't anything special.

Very luxuries appartment (De Luxe family room). Great service @ the reception. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are fresh but sometimes it is very busy. Nice and helpful staff. Nice swimming pools and sauna's.

Location is great, beautiful surroundings. The food in general tastes good tho they could have some more options on warm dishes. Rooms are marvelous, beds are nice and soft. Overal a great resort (also free WiFi everywhere which is capable of HD streams and video calls)

Acceptable 2-bedroom apartment. Sofa bed impossible as a bed and uncomfortable as a sofa. The pool is magnificent and the lifeguard is pleasant. Beautiful and well-kept gardens and the receptionist was very attentive. Very close to the beach and the shopping center

2 bedroom apartment. Ground floor, a wonderful, spectacular place, we loved it. Excellent service, we asked for a crib at the last minute and we immediately had it installed without any problems. Good location close to shops and walking distance to the beach. It has a swimming pool with limited hours. Spacious apartments, especially the lower ones with terrace. It is impossible to sleep on the sofa bed. The receptionist Ana had exquisite treatment, helping us with everything we needed. The wifi worked quite poorly.

The 2 bedroom apartments are smaller than expected. Some bed in poor condition. Lack of desirable elements in an apartment. The location is very good, close to the beach, not first line, and very close to the shopping center. The excellent pool. Parking spaces that are excessively narrow and expensive, in the ORA red zone, you can park for €2/day.

We were warmly welcomed/ushered in by Joseph/Jose the receptionist,Juan served as so well for dinner and Bien for breakfast,this is such a lovely and good cocktail of team👌,we shall come back because of these three amazing staffs. They deserve awards in customer services or even salary increment👏👏👏.

Three stars. Great service from excellent staff, even took the effort to print our daily menu in English. Rooms were neat and clean.. Position was perfect for getting to all the beaches. Would recommend this hotel.

Charming and calm hotel with beautiful flowers (lots of jasmin) and a well kept garden, surrounded by orange and grenade trees. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep improving the hotel. The issues seen in the comments were solver when I stayed there (i.e. hairdryer and fridge in the room). Will go back when the chance arises.

Lovely hotel with very nice people at the reception, as well as the people attending the tables at breakfast time and the housekeepers. The room, a twin room with terrace, was big enough and with 2 confortable beds. Very clean and quiet. There is no hairdryer but you can ask for it at the reception. The hotel is in a silent and strategic position, perfect to reach all the best beaches and villages...

Quiet place out of the beaten path. We stayed in October. This was during low season and services were limited. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast has no hot items and coffee was not great.
