The room had really weak air-conditioning.
The cleaning service starting too early, and multiple days we were waking up to it. We had an indication on the door that we do not want cleaning.
The other days when we needed cleaning, but the cleaners only did the beds and left everything untouched!
Sand left on the floor and wet towels left without changing.
The hotel receptionists are teenagers and don't even know how to say hi to people entering the hotel.
Also no parking possibility, which I understand as it's on a busy street, but the receptionist was extremely rude with me not believing that they don't have parking.
The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, but the staff constantly bothered us and did not leave us to have a quiet moment.
Overall extremely poorly organized staff.
We were not able to rest, we needed to sleep with earplugs to be able to have the proper amount of sleep.

I expected much more from the hotel.
It started with us arriving, the receptionist was annoyed that she couldn’t finish her cigarette and came in to check us in. She didn’t explain us anything about the hotel and was keep speaking to someone else standing there in Spanish. Once she checked us in she wanted to charge the taxes and asked if we can pay cash, I said I wanted to pay by card, she insisted and said twice „please cash“. I explained that I haven’t got any cash yet. She was super rude and accepted the card payment.
The same receptionist was there the next days in the late shift, I kindly asked for advise on which beach to go to rent sun beds, she was rude again and gave me a fake smile. She just said, I don’t know, how should I know.
NO DRINKS with your food, nowhere mentioned in any booking. The restaurant has a very bad Ambiente, the waiters are not happy working there. Nobody says hello or looks you in the eye. At breakfast many times there were over 25 tables dirty and everyone that came in was looking for space. In the meantime 3 older ladies just chit chatting in the corner, whilst one of them polishes glasses.
No body uses trays it is very loud when they come around like unprofessional waiters with their kitchens trolleys and throw food faste und cutlets super loud next to you in the boxes.
The kitchen staff was at least polite, but does not know how to cook, breakfasts very simple with pastry and eggs. Dinner was a disaster every day, not well cooked meat, sometimes even undercooked chicken, gives cantine vibes from the look and taste, for every dish and nothing tastes good. It always made me feel sick.
It was mentioned there is 2 pools, there was only one. There are 2 hotels that are together apperantley and it is advertised as one, they are on the same road but you cannot go to both.
The best thing about the hotel was the bar staff, that was always friendly and helpful. And also the housekeeping that was always taking care of everything and was cleaning thoroughly.

Traveling with children we requested upon booking a connecting room. We know this is not guaranteed, but a preference. Upon check in the rooms were allocated on both end of a long hallway. Not practical at all. We asked Alina of the reception if this could be changed to rooms next to each other or opposite of nearer. Due to high season this was not possible. Alina told us to come back the next day. The next day she told us that Thursday and Fridays are peak time, more change was offered on Saturdays. So we returned on Saturday. We asked if we could get rooms at Beach instead of Park. Alina tried to reach her colleague, but no answer. I asked if i could ask myself? So i crossed the street and asked. But they did not understand and after that Alina said she had not told us to go ask. So strange!
I understand this is a preference. And i understand it is difficult during high season. However our neighboring rooms both left and right side were vacant for days in a row. No one was using the rooms. Same applies to the rooms next to our children’s room. Therefore we feel that it was not a matter of possibility, but the reception staff was unwilling. If you work in hospitality, you sound be service minded! We were staying for 15 days!
Furthermore the pool was dirty. Oil on top of the water on a daily basis and full of leaves.
And we were charged for use of a fridge at our room, €6 per day. While other guests we spoke used the fridge free of charge. Double standards. Why?
In the evening there is lots of noise and yelling youngsters. That is fine for us, we have been young before. They make noise before midnight, before hitting the club and also after they return in the early mornings.
I understand this is a preference. And i understand it is difficult during high season. However our neighboring rooms both left and right side were vacant for days in a row. There is air conditioner at the reception, however as soon as you go upstairs to the first floor there is none.
There is air conditioner in the room we booked but you need the card(room key) to turn it on. If you open the balcony doors the air conditioner will stop.
We paid for breakfast (from 8 to 10:30), which is pretty good deal with enough variety from fruits to english breakfast and fresh pancakes. However the vegetable selection is poor. There is only fresh tomatoes to choose from. The cleaners at the breakfast was already making so much noise that we could not enjoy our breakfast properly
To enter breakfast you get a sharp green bracelet which was annoying me for the whole holiday as it was accidentally hooked up on my skin, my husband’s skin, my clothes, my hair etc.
The walls are pretty thin so you could hear the cleaning lady moving furnitures in the next room and eventually knocking on our door (9:00am) to check if she can clean.
Although we indicated that we do not want cleaning. On other days when we needed cleaning they did not do a good jobs and had ants everywhere.

It was the worst experience I ever had with a 3 star hotel. It is not worthing spending your money here. The bath was full of mould, and the room smelled like that. The air condition was defect, so it was always on when you had the room card in. It is actually not a normal air condition but a ventilation with cold air. As it was too cold for me in the night, and I asked how I could switch it off, they gave me some blankets. The last straw came, as at the third day I had ants attack in the room , so ants were everywhere, still on the bedroom. I kindly ask for an other room, but obviously they were overbooked. The reception man brought a spray from an other hotel on the other side of the road, and with that he thought the problem was solved. The room smelled like that spray and still I found ants on the bedroom, so I asked again for an other room or for a refund. After an intense discussion , he found somehow an other room, even though it supposed to be full. In the new room all hinges were so old, that you heard every movement. Horrible!!!

For what we paid for half board it was very good. It's a budget hotel so is not going to be the best. The hotel lobby is nice and spacious with plenty of seating areas. The bar is nice and sells snacks and drinks. The pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers, some in the shade and some in the sun. I had plenty of nice swims. The water had some leaves in from the surrounding trees but hey ho who cares, it appeared otherwise clean and the temperature was nice. Food was good. I'm a fussy vegetarian and always had plenty of options. Obviously not as I would eat at home but better than at many Spanish hotels I have stayed at. Lots of different salads and vegetables on offer and different cheeses. Different carbs to choose from. Lots of different meats and fish which I don't eat but the person I went with said a few of them were good and some were bad. Breakfast good - selection of traditional English cooked items, continental sliced cheese and meats, different fresh breads, pastries and fruits. Good coffee included. An improvement would be serving water with dinner. Water is available at breakfast but not dinner unless you pay for it. Gluten free options included at breakfast. Limited vegan options, I think vegans would struggle here but it is Spain. The room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room but when we opened it it emitted a strong caustic smell so we left it alone. Housekeeping good, we were given fresh towels and toilet paper everyday. This hotel is in the quiet area of El Arenal and we had no issue with noise, other than in the morning which meant we had to close the balcony door. Other customers we saw at the hotel were a mix of groups of young Germans, young couples and some older couples. We saw no children. Everyone was well behaved and we didn't see any loud drunken behavior. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the promenade where all the bars and restaurants are. Staff very helpful and polite. The bar closes at around midnight and the local shops stop serving alcohol at 9pm so probably not the best option if you are looking to party, but it is close enough to the bars.

There was a receptionist that was rude and kinda rude , our room had dirty sheets and when we asked someone to change them they said that there is nothing wrong with the sheets EVEN THO ONE OF THE COVERS HAD BROWN AND YELLOW STAINS but not long after out of frustration they changed them. Also we expected our towels to be changed daily but lady that was on our floor had decided only to fold them, when we came back to the room, towel with the foundation stain was in the same state just folded. Breakfast and Bar at the Pool were great.
Since we booked online over Check24 App we took the offer that included everything but that everything was just room and meals. Mini fridge, wifi,safe.... if you want it you have to pay for it again. Wifi & Safe cost about 4€ per day which is an insane amount considering that everything was "included"
Overall its a fine hotel I just have learned my lesson and wouldn't go again.

It is a good place, in a quiet neighbourhood, near to the beach to supermarkets to restaurants also.
Room service is good, the food also was delicious 😋
One thing should every tourist keep in mind in Mallorca you pay a tax for the Government 13,20 € as a fee in order to improve some things in the island 🏝
We also paid for the Wi-Fi for 3 nights 9€ and just for one person, for one mobile phone.
The receptionist was kind too, overall was perfect.
Room service is good, the food also was delicious 😋

This hotel is excellent value for money:
Very clean everywhere, good location close to the beach (abt 5 minute walk), bus stop with 2 bus lines to Palma and to the airport just 3 minutes away, large breakfast buffet with good coffee, and quiet. The pool is certainly big enough and quite deep. No party crowd at all, mostly 30’s couples.
4 stars because it was not possible to regulate the A/C, only on of off. Luckily the temperature was perfect for us. The A/C was also a bit noisy, but with earplugs, we slept really well.
